I was making this into a comic but then got distracted in writing it- So like, have a little outside POV of our lovely girls!

White pressed their back against the cold metal wall, blending into the shadows of the dimly lit corridor. Their eyes, sharp and observant, remained fixed on the couple by the doorway, their conversation carrying faintly through the air.

Their husband, Cyan, lit up with a bright smile when spotting White. He made his way over, weaving between the other crew members. "Heya babe, what're you looking at?"

Their gaze flicked to Cyan before returning to the mysterious pair. "It's... them." They nodded towards Black and Pink.

Following White's line of sight, Cyan’s eyebrows raised under his helmet. "Oo, our local new love birds," Cyan grinned, his voice muffled slightly by his helmet. "Why the interest in them, baby?"

A heavy silence hung between them as White considered their words carefully. When they finally spoke, their voice was low and tinged with unease. "There's something... off about her, Cyan.."

"Huh?" Cyan turned back to study the two figures, his easy-going demeanor faltering slightly. He knew Black was intimidating, always towering over her partner, her stern expression never wavering. But she wasn't evil, right? "I mean, yeah, she can be a bit scary. But her partner seems sweet enough. They're good together."

White's shoulders sagged, a heavy sigh escaping their lips. "I know, I know. It's probably nothing." But even as the words left their mouth, White's eyes darted back to Pink, drawn by an unsettling magnetism.

As if sensing their gaze, Pink tilted her head, turning to face White directly. Behind the opaque visor, her eyes glowed with an intense, almost predatory light. A chill ran down White's spine, their heart pounding in their chest as Pink's gaze lingered just a beat too long to be comfortable.

"...Just being paranoid," White muttered, tearing their eyes away. But the feeling lingered, a nagging sense of danger that refused to be ignored. They knew, deep down, that something was very wrong indeed.

White is suspicious of Pink, Cyan is oblivious, he just thinks Black is scarily tall.

Also- Introducing White and Cyan! White is the doctor on board, a non-binary person in a long-term committed marriage with Cyan, the technic and part-time janitor. Slowly building up the crew ✨

(Also, used their code names, not their real names. Pink is Hibiscus Rosé, usually tells people to call her ‘Tea’, her girlfriend calls her Marshmallow though. Black is Margret “Midge” Knight, nicknamed Raven by her girlfriend. So often that everyone thinks her name is actually Raven.)
