But before that, here is another custom work made for the holidays, again part of the Mamas&Babies promo! Two water turtles, their stripes and spots all hand-painted with love. Aren't their colours just wonderful? Those orange-red bellies are so striking 😁 Both are sculpted with cold porcelain clay, sanded and painted and unique - just like their live counterparts. The bigger one is approx 11 cm long, the smaller 6 cm long. What do you think? Sculpting real animals is a challenge, but a welcome one. It hones the realistic-shaping factor ability 😉 . 💝 PSST.
