Flip side, if some one is avoiding carbs either for their health or to loose weight, don’t give them a hard time. Low-carb/Keto is effective and very useful tool to manage your blood sugar and cravings (and even epilepsy). Your body is not damaged by avoiding carbs, your body has a process for this. If someone is doing a diet, its healthy for them, and works, leave them alone.

#i'm not doing the science for you its out there#low carb/keto honestly makes my life better and has really helped a lot of people#especially those that have PCOS#i have personally hesitations about zero carbs cause no#but yeah veggies have carbs and they are good carbs and are encouraged in a low carb diet#not eating bread/sugar/fruit doesn't make you unhealthy#just do you research#carbs make me binge eat and have the worst cravings and bored eating#keto has really really really helped me mind my eating habits cause they are bad and it s mental struggle to even try#and eat healthy#like helps me avoid a lot of unhealthy choices I would make without a thought#and honestly there is so much damn sugar in everything#we don't need EVERYTHING to be sweeted but#that is an issue i have with the food industry as a whole#america likes to keep us addtict to food cause sugar is addictive
