Mentally health thing let's go!
I am passively suicidal and am recovering and healing myself.
And when I was in the mental hospital (thankfully only a week) I had a goal "I want to live till Saturday"
Because spyxfamily came out on Saturdays and I really wanted to watch the new episode.
So I lived till Saturday and then I lived to the next Saturday and the next and the next.
And while I was there a told a girl about this and she was like "okay but how about wanting to live till you're fifty" and I reacted in disgust because i couldn't imagine living that long.
I still kinda don't but now I have a new goal. I want to live till my twenty second birthday.
My point in all of this is that it's okay to have small term goals with your mental health. It's okay to have baby steps. It's okay to not be fully ready to take on life. Take it one step at a time and make those short term goals. It's better than forcing yourself to see the long-term and completely lose yourself thinking about the future.
