I’m so very very close to finishing this one... I’m going to leave it for today and comeback tomorrow morning with fresh eyes just to do the finishing touches. I’m always looking for contrast and harmony in colour, space, texture, brushstrokes whilst I paint. So there is lots of stepping back and looking and usually with a cuppa in my hand! I love the mark making in this piece so much....we have so many talented artists in Australia that are accessible & affordable.
