Lee/Lares (”Gothic” game franchise) This is a case of ‘‘I fell hard and I’ve no idea how I ended up like this”. I really have no explanation, save for pointing a finger into the general direction of the Russian side of the fandom posting on AO3 and saying: “They did it!” But here I am, and no amount of the fandom bitching is going to stop me. You’ll tear this ship from my cold, dead hands.

Roch/fem!deVer  (“Amber Heart: Secrets of Cannaregio”; before the restart, thank you very much). I had such hopes the moment deVer started baring her fangs at him, as a figure of speech, and then the restart happened and “bye-bye 3-dimensional characters, hello bad fanfic”. I just wanted the angry corvid. Don’t touch me, I’m still angry.

Nagron (”Spartacus” series). Basically, my ship is better than yours because the authors said “fuck ‘bury the gays’ trope” and made them one of the very few survivors at the end. Which I wish everybody was able to experience with their ships at least once :’)

Spirited Away. I got the sudden urge to watch it last week. So I did.

Had forgotten how much the Latvian translation on the DVD differs from the original it went into the cinemas with. It’s horrible, some scenes stick out like a sore thumb, and they should have just paid to use the original translation.

Currently reading:

Still trying to finish “Inheritance”. Even more because I have Stephen Aryan’s “Battle Mage” queued up, and I don’t want to read two books at once.

What food are you craving right now:

Pizza with ham and garlic sauce. One of the few things that I can eat without fearing my insides will rebel horribly. I have one in the freezer, but it’s 10 in the morning and I should really go to bed (I should probably let the FAH finish the thing it’s doing, though).
