Amazing Thai Taste Festival 2017

I have always been following on what events Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) would offer to attract us and foreign travellers into Thai culture and travelling around local destinations.   

In this foodie event I saw one of my favourite dishes, Singaporean Chicken Rice.  I love the uniqueness of the chilli paste that is pretty much different of Thai version of it. I also chilled out while drinking a cup of blueberry soda bought from a drink truck.  

These days I have been inspired by those people who live on camper vans and travel around the world.

As I have limited resources for that right now,  I am just working on a mini project of my car interior design – or more like a simple decoration, which I will be sharing with you later on.  I can make a little space for tea sipping and reading during lunch time or something. 

Living in a camper van is not a traditional Thai lifestyle obviously.  It seems to be associated with the values of liberty and freedom like going wherever you want to go. 

Having said that, I think of this Amazing Thai Taste Festival 2017 exhibition again.. I observed that a lot of foods in the event were international.  This helps me come to a conclusion that it also reflects the lifestyles of people in Thailand right now.  We have adapted to new cultures from time to time.
