Oh my gosh ADGHSGS THANK YOUU!! That means a lot homie! 💗💗 (⁠≧⁠▽⁠≦⁠) As for headcanons;

🎮 He's very competitive! It doesn't matter if you're good friends, dating, or married. When it comes to games, especially pool, he's cooking you... and NOT feeling bad afterwards!!

🗡️ I've mentioned it recently, but he's familiar with the mines and is pretty decent at combat! He's not doing anything super crazy of course, he does spend a lot of time at his computer after all. But with how often he explores AND how far down he goes, (gifting the farmer void essence and obsidian means he's fighting every variation of shadow brute, and AT LEAST reaching level 81) I have to assume that he can handle himself well! It's probably his only source of exercise tbh.

If you marry him, I imagine that the time he spends helping on the farm would help a ton with his overall endurance and strength! And if you're ever in the mines, and gone later than usual, he'll go in to make sure you're okay. In general he wouldn't hesitate to accompany you in mines, or complete any tasks you have to do in there himself if you don't like going in there.

💜 Over the course of being married to him, he breaks out of his shell. Allowing himself to be comfortable, y'know? He'd start initiating physical affection with his spouse more often. I also feel like he'd be more comfortable with occasionally teasing the farmer, and overall being a little shit to them. Only while you're alone at home though, in public he pretends to be sane.

I still consider him to be introverted, but I imagine that over time he gets better at navigating social situations. (He would still prefer to be at home though.)

I like to imagine that his relationship with Maru improves too. There's a mod that I use, I think it's called Mal's Sebastian Expansion? But in that mod he and Maru interact a lot more. It's really nice seeing their relationship improve. They deserve to be siblings, RAAHH!! I really like the mod overall since it goes into stuff with his biological father as well. I pretty much apply it all to my interpretation of Seb!

ALSO! I feel like he has a very silly laugh, but it's rarely heard because he's so reserved. So while in the comfort of your home (and accidentally around Sam and Abigail occasionally) if something funny happens, he'll burst into laughter. It's SO different from he's normal "heh" that it catches everyone off guard.

🎹 He uses his synthesizer primarily for band practice/ concerts, and for the video game he's developing. When he's not doing that, he makes goofy ass beats for fun.

📍He has a high pain tolerance, so he's totally chill while getting piercings and tattoos!

🐻 And a sillier headcanon, he's beaten 50/20 mode in FNAF Ultimate Custom Night

I know I'm just going to be talking to the air here, but....

Do any of you still hold the words of critiques from college like scars on your heart? Instead of being words to push you to be better, it holds you down and prevents you from making, well, *anything*?

Because you don't hear the encouragement, you just hear your failures, again, and again, and again.

I... know, I wasn't anywhere near the skill level of my peers, and sometimes I feel like I didn't get any sort of focus as a result. I know that I can't just blame other people, of course, I just wasn't as good or articulate or as thoughtful as expected of me.

But even now, nearing 10 years later, I really *can't* draw more than just doodles without seizing up. I get so caught up in the wrongs of the process I can't even enjoy the act in any sort of capacity.

It sucks so much, because I *want* to. And my therapist even said that if I "Truly want to" I'll "make it happen" but despite me trying, it is a horrible experience every time.

I dunno, it's just what's been on my mind lately.

If you took the time to read this, thanks. I'm not looking for encouragement really, but I am still curious to my original question.

SO, its a username i started using on the app drawcast (if you know what that app was ur a real one) and ORIGINALLY, I was going to be 'sarcasticskye'

however, i tried to think ahead.... i didn't want to be so pessimistic in my future, i wanted to be seen as a positive person. thus, the satisfiedskye username was born in 2014 ! <3

and- honestly, ive been wanting to change my username here for a while.... but I'm also so attached to it, its a DECADE old now. plus, I haven't settled on any new usernames I could use yet... but idk. its still important to me! it really cemented my start to my online artist life ✨

That is a very good question, I have this envisioned:

The Vampire DCA:

All three of them would be capable of detecting something being wrong with Y/N's organism far in advance of them getting fully outwardly sick, capable of sensing blood components and temperature change, even the smallest abnormalities.

Y/N would be hauled into a nest of pillows and blankets before their first sneeze, and of course they would cutely complain that the boys are acting insane and that they are feeling fine and well. And then they would finally cutely sneeze and feel their muscles ache and then begrudgingly they would admit the boys were right.

The best food and medicine is already prepared for their darling. Viscount Sun is painting pretty pictures to amuse Y/N, Marquis Moon is playing a soothing tune for them, and Grand Duke Eclipse is showing them his jewel collection and telling stories about how he defeated each enemy's soul that the jewels contain.

Fae Royalty DCA:

Equally caring, if not even more so, the royal Fae brothers would use all at their disposal to make Y/N as comfortable as possible, preparing all remedies necessary for a human to heal, as well as using their magic to make sure there are no serious illnesses threatening Y/N.

Prince Sun prepares a whole private theater show for Y/N, amusing them with word games and silly plots, while Prince Moon recites ancient poetry of forgotten times to keep Y/N's mind off of their sickness. The Fae King Eclipse conjures magnificent apparitions of galaxies and stars from Past, Present and Future, all for Y/N's pleasure and joy. Of course, there are so many cuddles and tenderness and adoration from the boys, they practically see Y/N as their sweet beloved deity.

Anyway I haven't really talked about it in depth, and this is not a fully researched headcanon (which I'll do eventually or at least, add sources to this one), but I think Ana's relationship with her faith is complex, and I believe she does not fully follow all aspects, but rather, chooses tenets to follow that she believes in.

So first and foremost, Islam is the dominant religion in Egypt - 90.3% of the population - and as such, not only was Ana raised as a Muslim, but the faith is also very much culturally integrated. However, as mentioned in the (old) lore and my own personal headcanon, the Amari family is a multigenerational military family, and Ana in her youth actively chose to be secular about her faith.

(also, we can infer given the iconography of Ancient Egyptian gods in Ana and Fareeha's designs, that perhaps, in the game world, some of it is still used - especially since Ana says "the Eye of Horus watches over you", but I believe 'Horus' might've been her callsign in the military. That, or Blizz really just said 'Oh, Egyptian characters? Let's use Ancient Egyptian motifs for them!')

Anyway, Ana chose to get a tattoo which is considered haram under Islamic law, and in her young skins in the game, she does not partake in wearing a hijab. So in my view, I believe she is secular and would still participate in holidays and such, but would not actively go to prayer services or other religious events. Her focus was in the military, and then of course, onto Overwatch internationally.

I also think in her relationship with Sam - who we know was a public servant, likely a diplomat - that she had probably suggested raising Fareeha in a secular way. And of course, just before or during their separation, Fareeha was spending time with her father in Canada, spending a lot of her early teen years in a totally different cultural upbringing than home in Cairo.

Religion was not much on her mind - not a lot was, besides Overwatch and her career. However, after nearly losing her life and struggling with temporary amnesia because of the trauma, she spent a lot of time trying to remember who she was, what parts of her core identity were there under the surface. When her memory returned, and Ana was putting herself back together again, she found comfort in her upbringing and a belief in God that was always there, despite not actively taking part in organized religion. In her travels as a 'dead woman', she began to practice some parts of Islam again, like choosing to wear the hijab, taking part in services in different places of the world where no one would recognize her (and where she would keep herself hidden, out of view).

While she is not strictly adherent to all laws and tenets as a Muslim, it is an active part of who she is today, and a core piece of Ana's inner identity after her near death experience. Faith keeps her grounded to the world.
