They did confirmed that Amagai has some kind of "special feeling" for Ryo??? He was very confused and didn't know how to act around him, there're some scenes that Amagai talks to Ryo gentler than others but he didn't realise it. And Amagai is serious about what he did (yes he isnt crazy, hes just passionate in conquering the Oya area)

Fujin and Raijin hate Todoroki because they loss to him, not only once, but twice. Fujin met Todoroki during delinquent hunt and got beaten, he then called Raijin but still lose to Todoroki

Sameoka (Fujin and Raijin' friend) is Amagai no.1 hater (bc Amagai uses money to control things and doesnt trust Ryo). He's only in the 3 schools league bc his friends are there. He despises using money and weapons to win a fight, he's actually a fair-play person with his smart and calm personality. That's why he witnessed Todoroki and Fujin Raijin fight without helping his friends, he even keep the promise to not participates in the league if Todoroki win. His strength is still a mystery, but there're rumors that he's even stronger than Fujin and Raijin.

Ryo was "a lonely genius" when he was at Nami High.

Mercy (Maashi) and Yuken often trade information, they both see eachother as "smart".

Binzo challenged Raoh (Lao) to a fight in his first day at Suzuran and loss.

They focus on Todoroki's mentality rather than his strength, he's always been a lone wolf until he got affected by Fujio, he still doesn't want to admit it.

Himuo is described as "cold-blooded reptile" bc he observes his enemy like one.
