I keep being nervous and fumble around and stim and everything but it‘s not because I’m faking it’s because Im#nervous! like I GET IT now! anxiety is REAL and I eXPERIENCE it to an extent#and have BEEN for oh so man years#dissociation!!! shit was awful and I HAD IT it was REAL I accept it now because it was real!!!#don’t have a diagnosis but it was real because the things I feel are REAL#i get it now#oh my god#pmdd
