another example of Fallout 4 not building anything, (oh? We want a robot to make and serve beer? Better find a 200 year old one rather than make one!) in earlier fallouts people were making new things, new places to live. Even in Fallout 3 there are settlements built where nothing was before. Fallout 4 the major settlements are built atop Fenway Park and Government Center (Goodneighbour).

It makes the world feel more.. empty when no one else around you seems to affect the world.

fallout 4 is crazy for the fallout series being a post-post-apocalyptic game and for some reason Boston has only one major city after 200 years of apparently nothing until random vault dweller number 52 comes along to create society again
