hyello ! i have some questions for Pernilla *v* does she have a favourite style of dance? a favourite outfit/place to practice in? favourite illusions to make? as a norn mirage, how does she feel about elona/ the desert? how is she dealing with toypocalypse?? :o

Favourite style of dance:

I don’t think she has a specific favourite dance, she does love graceful and flowing dances, So I suppose something along the lines of ribbon dancing, and using Mesmer spells to create the ribbons and making it all pink/purple flowy as she dances! When she first starts out dancing and learning magic she gets frustrated being so tall and cumbersome and thinks if she was smaller and more delicate she wouldn’t have nearly as many problems, but eventually with time she realises that actually she can be powerful and skilled as she is, and there is room to still be graceful and delicate she just need practice and to love how she is!

Favourite outfit:

Ooh a lot of choices here xD She likes lavished clothing, with lots of deep rich tones mainly in golds, pinks and purples. She tends to wear close fitting/ less covering clothing that allow a lot of movability for dance routines. Here’s some of her favourite outfits, the second one specifically because the booty shorts and flowing robe are perfect for looking the part and functionality! ( I also added her Wintersday outfit in for fun >:3). She spends most of her life distancing herself from Norn culture so very rarely wears anything that you would call typical of Norns, think big and fancy!

I realised now that you meant like her favourite outfit to practice in oops I separated them. I Would think she still likes to get dressed up to practice tho, so she can get used the feel of the outfit in the moment, as well as give herself a confidence boosted for being stress up nice! 

Favourite place to practice:

I would say in stately gardens and other green spaces. She tends to perform a lot at parties and at grand events, so practices where she can and this is normally in the areas around where the event is held. Being a Norn she prefers the open air, to the stuffiness of a studio or stage, so likes to practices outside as much as possible. As time goes on I think she also practices in her girlfriend Axelia’s gardens, Axelia probably dedicates a part of the ground to it for her, so she can come and practice whenever she pleases. (providing Axelia isn’t being too distracting) 

Favourite illusions:

Her clones for sure! She uses them as part of her dance routines, as well as for battle if need be. I head cannon that her clones are more like alternative versions of her, rather than literal copies.  So I think she has like one smaller more elegant version, that’s more soft and tactical and then the other is like a larger bulky punky kinda one, like a tank. So think sort of pastel and punk aesthetic, she uses them both differently, so the softer version is used more for dances and as an illusion accessory, whereas the tank is more for fighting/defence.  They have their own personalities and bicker with one another and have their own likes and dislikes.( I’m not sure if Pernilla is super aware of all of that? Or if it’s only between the clones.) But yea I see her clones as like entities rather than just illusions, and they retain memories and grow with Pernilla.

I would also say the flowing pink illusion she uses for her dance ribbons to? they have the typical Mesmer butterflies and such flying off them as they move. With extra sparkle and flower petals.

Thoughts on the desert:

Good question! So I think she would LOVE, love the lavished and richness of the culture and the big grand buildings and pretty fashions. Also from a dance point of view, it’s probably a great place to pick up new dances and learn new skills. HOWEVER as a Norn, she would probably be rather stifled by the heat and all the sand. I think it would take her some time to adjust and she would probably stick to the more populated areas, like the Crystal Oasis, so she can keep cool and fresh but enjoy what the area has to offer.

Toypocalypse:

I think she would be rather confused by the fact that all these teeny, and I MEAN TEENY because she’s 9’9’’ toys want to fight xD but she’s not stranger to fighting and would happily get involving in protecting those Dolyaks from harm. I don’t know if she would be a fan of the smashing of the model villages for supplies tho, she prefers to use the cap gun from affair and pick them off one at a time, while her clones do all the leg work.
