McFly July Day 6: Biff's Grand Opening

Lone Pine timeline, around 1980

“Well, whaddya think? Nice, huh?” Biff swept his arms across the small auto detailing shop, a proud smile on his face. “Finally my own boss.”

“Very nice,” George said. “You worked hard for this, Biff.”

“You bet your a—” His gaze flicked to Marty, and he cleared his throat. “I mean, uh, yeah, you bet I did. Oh! I got a bunch of business cards made up.” He took a small stack from the front desk and handed half to George and half to Marty. “So, you know, if you could help spread the word…”

George nodded. “Of course, Biff. I’ll bring these to the country club the next time Lorraine and I go and pass them out to our friends there. I’m sure I can send a lot of business your way.”

“Thank you, Mr. McFly. I sure do appreciate that.”

“And I’ll hand them out to the other kids in the 7th grade,” Marty added with a smile. “As soon as we learn to drive, we’ll come right here.”

Biff chuckled and ruffled Marty’s hair.

“You know, Biff, my car could use a good wax and detailing,” George said. “I’ll bring it by later this week.”

“Please do!” He wrapped an arm around George’s shoulder. “And you’ll get the friends and family discount, of course.”
