I never see anyone talking about this but one of my biggest struggles as an autistic person with sensory issues is food packaging.

I have SO much trouble with that, having to take extra steps to put in another container or being rendered unable to eat something because of the packaging, this is especially bad with plastic and the kind of aluminuum-plastic lid things like yogurt has.

It's very embarrassing in public; I struggle with sauce packages at restaurants and most lactose products (why do they all come in those packages istg), and it is MUCH MUCH worse if the food itself has any sort of liquid in it, like cheeses and stuff that "sweat" a little.

If I'm starving and my only option is something in that condition, I'll either have to eat it carefully and slowly to avoid Bad Textures or just. Suffer ig

Een aluminium schuifpui kopen? Lees eerst dit!

Tegenwoordig willen veel mensen ruim wonen. Om dat te kunnen bereiken, als ze al in een huis wonen, is het mogelijk om voor het zicht de tuin bij de kamer te betrekken. Daarvoor moet er voor veel lichtinval vanuit het tuingedeelte worden gezorgd. Dat is mogelijk door het plaatsen van een extra groot raam met een deur naar de tuin. Het is echter veel mooier om in de achterwand een schuifpui te plaatsen. Een schuifpui geeft veel licht en het lijkt dan net, indien je in de woonkamer zit met de tuin verbonden bent. De kleine woonkamer zal door het plaatsen van een schuifpui of openslaande deuren veel ruimer aanvoelen. Het glasoppervlak wordt door het plaatsen van een schuifpui ook groter. Hierdoor krijg je veel meer lichtinval in de woonkamer. Dat is zeker welkom, vooral bij donkere dagen.

Materiaal van een schuifpui

Een schuifpui van aluminium is niet zo goedkoop. Wanneer je een goedkopere versie wilt nemen, kun je er beter een nemen van kunststof of hout. Een schuifpui van kunststof is ongeveer 10% goedkoper dan die van aluminium. Omdat aluminium een gering gewicht heeft, maar wel een goede stijfheid biedt, vinden de meeste mensen het de meerkosten wel waard. Het is een sterk materiaal dat je niet snel zal kunnen beschadigen. Wanneer er echter een beschadiging optreedt, is het moeilijk te repareren. Wanneer je dat een belangrijke voorwaarde vindt, moet je er een van hout nemen. Een schuifpui van hout is zwaarder dan van aluminium of kunststof. Een houten schuifpui zal je ook met een vaste regelmaat moeten schilderen. Dat is vaak nodig omdat een schuifpui vaak in de zon staat.

De kleur van een C van aluminium

Een schuifpui van aluminium heeft een grijze kleur. Het schilderen van aluminium is niet eenvoudig. Je moet ervoor zorgen dat de verf goed op het aluminium hecht. Wanneer de inrichting van je huis verandert en ook de kleur, moet ook de schuifpui geschilderd worden. Laat dit schilderen over aan een professionele schilder. Hij weet precies wat voor grondlak er gebruikt moet worden en waarmee het moet worden ontvet. Het is handig om de binnenzijde van de schuifpui de kleur aan te passen aan het interieur terwijl u de buitenkant onbeschilderd laat.

Isolatie schuifpui

Een schuifpui van aluminium heeft een geringere isolatiewaarde dan een van kunststof. Vaak worden daarom de schuifpuien, die van aluminium gemaakt worden, voorzien van een isolerende laag. Er worden extra materialen aangebracht. Door deze constructie zal een aluminium schuifpui duurder uitvallen. De schuifpuien worden tegenwoordig vooral toegepast bij moderne nieuwbouwwoningen. Ze hebben een lange levensduur en vergen maar weinig onderhoud. Bij een moderne inrichting wilt men vaak gebruik maken van een aluminium schuifpui. Het is belangrijk dat een schuifpui de juiste keurmerken heeft.
