i love amvs as an art form but i dislike the vast majority of amv makers music tastes unfortunately. and i dont even like obscure music or anything. but for example all of the everybody wants to rule the world amvs are for lorde's cover. which fucking sucks

#anyways watch the chain utena amv...#i feel like amvs were uniquely cringe when i was a teenager in a way they werent before and are not now. which is sad #bc i could have been making so many beautiful amvs as a teenager. but i wasnt. because it was cringe #althoughhhh idk what i wouldve made them to bc i dont really respect the music taste i had during my original anime era (8th grade)#so i guess i wouldve looked back and thought it was a waste of time anyways
