#altho the death one really made me like the idea of more Pharos

//fatexbound got me thinking about swap/alt Arcana Ken and now I got some ideas that I will eventually make all of your problems

Tower Ken - Perhaps add more tragedies to his life or just put him in the wrong place at the right time, he could fall so hard he tries to go through with his revenge plan, but he joins Strega to get it done. He's heard about their successful revenge site but digs himself too deep into the group.

Death Ken - As an Arcana swap, he could just try harder with his revenge plot but try it on his own or much faster. The reason he chose the date in game has meaning to him, something he thought was just. So maybe he just goes right for it and nearly does kill himself or gets more casualties than he had meant to. Could tie him into other events (the priest's death, accidentally causing shadows to follow so they attack civilians he passes, or other stuff?). As a placement swap, Death!Ken can be what Pharos was and have his own version of Ryoji perhaps. This would also lead to a Justice!Pharos which I would REALLY like to see and play with.

Chariot Ken - Similar to Death in trying to carry his revenge plot out quickly, it's more of an "act first, think later" deal. He never intended to kill himself after because he never thought about what might happen after. He doesn't know what to do with himself even more after witnessing the death and instead of escaping his room they confront him head on where he breaks down crying in front of everyone.

Strength Ken - Swap his places with Koro perhaps. He watches over the town and other kids and has to calm down a Justice!Koro, who needs a little more time to grieve and will not forgive anyone or anything that attacked the priest or those he works with now. (Altho an animal/human swap to make him the animal mascot would also be funny LOL)

Lovers Ken - Ok almost full swap with Yukari actually. He immediately joins SEES under the third years and is the one to welcome mc with a gun. He knows his mother died due to one of these Persona users but he doesn't know who yet, and is just playing an even longer game until he fights alongside Shinjiro (something closer to the movies where he does get close to him first tho). He has to deal with the fact he wants to hurt someone, but most of his skills are now support and healing based, with very few attacks. There could be a swapped Justice!Yukari who knows her dad died 10 years ago but doesn't know how or why, and has a big 1 on 1 fight with Mitsuru later when she finds out.

Fool Ken - They really put an 11 year old in charge of a group of high schoolers with magical powers because they think he's the strongest. Would cling to the mc swap of his group probably, or at least someone. It starts out nice enough that he gets respect from mostly everyone (probably pisses Junpei off even more than mc did) like he's so mature and in control but after the monorail box fight he realizes just how deep they are in this and slowly tries not to crumble under the pressure and expectations over time.

Navi Ken - Idk what arcana would fit him best as a Navigator, but that would be like Lovers but worse with how he wants to hurt but ALL his skills now are support. He can much quicker find out who Shinjiro is, but can he still bring himself to kill him if he has more information on what happened? Perhaps, perhaps not.
