I love Mars attacks. I collect the cards, posters, figures and the like. When I saw “alien” as the theme, I KNEW what had to be done. Dib has never looked better.

When your bestie is obsessed with something, you wanna give it to them, right? Zim has taken this newfound ability to “gift give” too serious.

Day 5: Filth
Tumblr media
@aperfecttimeforscreaming @alt-zadr-b1tch3z
Bouts of “the sads” are rough. Cleaning? Showering? Being productive???? Disgusting. Who has time for that?
Good thing for Dib, he found depression comfort in that weird green house at the end of the cul-de-sac just a few blocks away. Why binge your shows alone when you can suffer with a dear loved one?!
Let time slip away and the grease stains of pizza stain your soul. When was the last time he changed his underwear anyway? Eh. Doesn’t matter. That’s tomorrow him’s problem. Or not. Whatever.

There is nothing wrong with a friendly makeover. Especially when your overly-sexualized-under-dressed enemy forcibly kidnaps you and holds you against your will to do so. At least the view is nice.

Love is an interesting thing. Sometimes you can be charmed by a person’s laugh. Long for their warm embrace. Maybe hope to find a partner with a great sense of humor.
What is Zim’s favorite thing about his human? Dib naturally makes the most gorgeous red paint an artist can ask for. And is always so sweet to help the Irken creatively express himself <3

Dib had him. FINALLY had Zim all to himself. And he would make sure that he would took his time memorizing every square inch of what his alien was. Every nook and cranny. Every bone and vein. Don’t worry. The paranormal investigator was almost certain the extraterrestrial would have loved the attention.

Day 3: Blood
Tw- blood. Violence. Bodily harm. Stabbing
Tumblr media
@aperfecttimeforscreaming @alt-zadr-b1tch3z
It’s kinda weird to chase a loved one down, beat them up and stab them violently. It’s even more bizarre when they are ALL GAME for it. No one said Zim and Dib had a HEALTHY relationship but it works for them so who are we to judge?

Alt-ZaDR-Bitch3z- May 29th- RAWR
Tumblr media
For @aperfecttimeforscreaming @alt-zadr-b1tch3z
Shopping was something neither of the boys particularly enjoyed doing for extended periods. A quick stop here and there was fine but an entire day at the “mall” usually ended in frustration, crankiness and sore bodies.
Zim enjoyed the experience far more than his human did overall though. Trying on new outfits and watching his nemesis-turned-partner’s face react to each was thrilling to the elite. Skirts. Dresses. Brightly colored fabrics. Zim was entranced by the freedom of human “fashion”. He had spend his entire life up to this point in assigned uniform, after all, so choosing even the most mundane article was invigorating.
But there was always this one store that Dib constantly seemed to gravitate towards. It wasn’t Zim’s ideal spot for clothing but for his human? It was a match made in heaven.
It was always cluttered, crammed floor to ceiling in shirts, long baggy pants with tons of dangling metallic accessories, coats that dragged on the floor and tight mostly black clothing. The pieces were so much louder than anything the invader would wear but the alien was always eager to enter the strange gated doors whenever he spotted them.
The smell of metals hit him only slightly after the overwhelming sound of harsh “music” assaulted his senses. The people were often nice enough but their ensembles confused the Irken to no end. There was absolutely no practicality to these heavy garbs and he personally thought they looked downright goofy.
But to Dib, this was very much like a second home. He hummed joyfully to the violent lyrics, reaching for spiky bracelet after the next, skimming through body jewelry… this area brought him such joy.
Zim tried. Often the defect would grab piece after piece for his Dib to try on, the human’s face sparking with each suggestion. He may not have gotten the whole fascination with this lifestyle but… it made his Dib happy so for that, Zim saw no reason to complain.
*shoutout to any friend/loved one who was dragged into a hot topic for long periods of time. Ya’ll are amazing and we appreciate you putting up with it <3

Alt ZaDR Bitch3z- May 28th- Edge
Trigger warning- blood, guts, dismemberment, major character death, implied torture and gore.
Tumblr media
For the always wonderful @aperfecttimeforscreaming @alt-zadr-b1tch3z
It was strange how somewhere deep down- Zim always kinda sorta enjoyed The-Dib’s company, even in their youth. Their relationship changed and altered many times throughout the many Urth rotations. With every sunrise and set, added a series of complex feelings and emotions weaved through each complicated layer that was “them”. None-the-less, the pair spent almost every waking moment together. Most were enjoyable. Some were painful. A few ended in brawls (old habits were certainly hard to kill).
It took some time for him to pinpoint what it was about the meat-creature that enticed Zim so. Not Dib’s laugh. Or voice. Or the stunning intelligence found in dirty human brain meats. Nor their similarities and long history. No. It was the urth-boy’s internal warmth that kept the invader coming back time and time again like a moth to a flame. And with the evolution of their “feelings”, physical touches evolved as well. When (disgusting) bare skin touched flawless Irken anatomy, even just a tap to the forehead, it sent primal urges surging through the elite’s core. The desire- the need- to own this creature. “I WANT THAT”. Zim chanted to himself obsessively. “THAT WILL BE MINE”.
He had done his studies of human biology, taking careful time to prepare beforehand on so many unsuspecting souls so this one night with Dib would be nothing but perfection. He only had one chance, after all. He only had one Dib. Every microsecond had to be cherished.
He crept through the window, as he had always done, into the paranormal paradise that was his human’s domain. He was greeted with with snark comments and teases, but overall acceptance. They chatted. They hung out. They laughed. The atmosphere was so calm, Zim struggled to contain the feelings fluttering inside of him . What a magnificent way to end this irreplaceable moment.
They eventually moved from mattress to the computer chair as his human carelessly typed away on Internet forums causing fights with other urthlings. The soldier’s small body plopped on lanky lap, curled into the human’s chest peacefully. The heat was even more blinding in this moment. His Dib’s biological core gently ticked away, counting down like a timer to his doom. The term had come, all of the planning and patience all leading to this. He savored for just another second… then struck.
He reached up, swiftly placing a collar around the investigator’s neck. Dib was utterly surprised and shortly recovering from the sneak attack, confusingly made jokes about being kept a pet. But the Irken did not laugh. Bug eyes fixated on the target and the switch of power- how alluring his Dib was like this. Chains ejected from the neck piece, tying the human’s limbs to the chair, piercing into the ceiling to keep the wheeling furniture in place.
Dib begged for his life. Of course he did. But words fell mute to the antenna. PAK legs deployed, carefully slicing to cloth, flesh and bone. Zim was a master of meticulous detail, doing the work the most skilled surgeons could ever accomplish in a fraction of the time. His obsessive desires drowned out the rest of the world.
He hadn’t even realized but at some point, the human’s body had stopped resisting. His Dib was fading and what remained was a hollowed shell and the glistening radiation that completely enveloped the elite. Every involuntary movement of the innards further blanketed the small frame in intoxicating lust. Each pulse and twitch was even more beautiful than the last just seconds before. It was such a satisfying high- far better than he could have imagined.
Was he sad that his human was perishing? Sure. But no one said he would give Dib permanent rest. Now that Zim had tasted the sweet crimson of hot life, there was no way he was going to lose his nemesis turned friend again. Dib’s house wasn’t far from the base after all, he’s sure there was more than enough time to stitch the creature back together before his biological frequencies ceased.
Until then, he would just sit just a few more moments. He really did just adore his human’s warmth for as long as it would last and hoped that next time, the satisfaction was be tripled.

Alt ZaDR Bitch3z- May 31st- Random!
Tumblr media
For @aperfecttimeforscreaming @alt-zadr-b1tch3z
Dib swore to himself he would never give in and succumb to another embarrassment that was “the family photos”. It was a Membrane tradition to do it year after year and even as a child it felt “fake” to him.
To dress up in fancy attire, smiles aplenty and encapsulate the imaginary concept that was the ideal family. In reality, his family was in shambles- A sibling who mostly hated his guts, a father who he was convinced had forgotten his existence years ago, whatever the hell Clembrane was supposed to be. Hell, even Foodio was invited. The whole event was staged to show off to visiting guests that things were much better than they realistically were.
Since moving out, he was no longer really part of the “Membrane family” and he honestly felt it was for the best. Sure, his sister would check on him time and time again but for the most part, he was dead to the world.
So when Zim suggested the misfit ménage to take a photo, Dib was immediately put off. At first he outright rejected the idea without explanation but Zim’s stubborn nature pushed Dib to express his concerns and feelings.
Zim assured him nothing about it would be fake. That they didn’t have to leave the house nor did the human have to dress up. It was for the privacy of the home’s residents eyes only.
Dib was confused but asked “so, if we don’t have to dress up or anything like that, what’s even the point? There is nothing to show off, right? Why bother?”
Zim had not even a moment of thought before he bluntly stated “so Zim can be reminded that he is part of a kinship. So when the Dib is not around, I know that you will always come home. We ARE a family now, are we not?”
Well, shit. Dib was not expecting this. Looking into those sparkling bug eyes melted the investigator into a puddle. He laughed at his pitifulness.
“Fine. But if we do this, it’s on my terms. It can’t feel fake. I want this picture as fucked up as we are.”
Antenna perked capturing the Irkens attention. “What are your demands?” Elite sternly asked.
“You. Me. Those two (Minimoose and Gir). In front of the couch. Right now. No prep.”
Zim glanced at the seat, the cushions stained and absolutely drowning in nachos and cheese. He blinked a few times in thought and turned to the human. “Request accepted. But now Zim has a demand.”
“And what’s that?” The human teased.
“We shall make the heart-shape with our hands. It’s common to symbolize admiration, correct?”
Dib laughed. He might as well go all in for this train wreck. And with that, the group gathered at the furniture, the sky high cheese making an excellent backdrop for what was possibly the most honest photo the human had ever been a part of.

Alt-ZaDR-Bitch3z- May 30th-Teh SadZ
Trigger warning- blood, experimentation (implied), character death, body horror, stitches and wounds….all around not fun stuff
Tumblr media
For @aperfecttimeforscreaming @alt-zadr-b1tch3z
It wasn’t long before the lab came into view…and the painful guilt that clung to his heart stabbed into him, reminding Dib to the eternal suffering he sacrificed his nemesis to.
Losing the extraterrestrial meant losing his very will to live, snuffing out any semblance of “reason” to exist on this miserable planet. But tonight he would right his horrible wrong.
He had his bags. He had his weapons. He had his strong will & determination. And now…he was going to have his alien back even if it cost him his own life.
He had had plenty of experience sneaking into these walls from his youth- his birthplace, his inheritance, his lineage… Membrane Labs. He shuttered creeping through its cold, soulless corridors- a perfect comparison to the childhood he and his sister endured.
Room after room yielded no Irken. But Dib was convinced-he could feel it in the pits of his being- Zim was still alive. Somewhere in this horrible scientific prison. He was anxious. Overjoyed of the reunion to come. Almost feeling a little like throwing up honestly.
When he eventually stumbled on the mighty soldier, there was no joyous emotions, all replaced by horrendous dread. Sure, Zim’s flesh and PAK survived the ordeal. It wasn’t so obvious at quick glance but Through the skeletal frame, Dib could see Zim’s lungs(?) taking/releasing air. However, the Zim he knew was gone- replaced by a broken shell of a creature. The fire was erased, the spark of their relationship fanned out by the very people Dib believed held the key to saving the planet.
In all actuality, his own kind were crueler than the elite could ever have dreamed of being. The once flawless green flesh was now yellowed from malnourishment, stapled and stitched together like a rag doll. The body was healing but the mind… Dib could tell it disintegrated to nothingness long before his arrival.
Gloved hands reached to hold the gentle creature, only to have the once mighty soldier cower beneath the digits. Dib got close, reminding Zim of who he was- expecting the Irken to be mad, retaliating with force.
The tiny, nude body instead wearily reached up, begging the human to help him find his Sir unit- the only thing the alien had left.
It was then something within Dib snapped. He lifted the weak frame, holding it close to his own breast, swearing they would find the robot. Even with the pounding of his own fury in his ears, Zim’s shaking and slight sobbing was the only thing he could make out. And every second of it made the investigator feel shittier and shittier.
Alarms were sounded, their precious time was running out quickly. But the sir unit was eventually discovered and his fate had been even more brutal that the invader’s. Ripped piece by piece to the point where even Zim wept for his fallen companion. Gir was gone and possibly forever. Zim was alone.
Now with his mission accomplished, now came time for revenge. Dib grabbed bottle after bottle from his bag, breaking them in various spots as they tried to escape. Zim instantly recognized the smell- gasoline- but said nothing as he watched his human work. Even if this idiot killed them at this point….It didn’t matter.
“Hold on tight” Dib cockily smiled, holding a lighter between his fingers. The Irken did just that, using every bit of strength he could muster to keep hold of both his unit and lanky torso that was his nemesis.
Everything afterwards was a blur to Zim. Exhaustion had finally caught up with him. He remembered the heat, the blinding rage of flame surrounding him. He recalled how gentle he was being cradled even though the rest of the human was tense, panicked. He picked up the faint smell of tobacco. Since when did his human start THAT habit? And then he wavered in and out of sleep.
The next thing he knew, there was a screeching stop that jolted Zim awake. They were in a smelly urth vehicle. His skin was buckled into the passengers seat, cloaked in a purple blanket of sort- he had forgotten how nice it was to be clothed. Eyes flickered up at his human. It was obviously nighttime but everything had this haunting glow to it, confusing him. Still, the human’s heartfelt smile put the body to ease, letting the reality of the situation finally start to sink in. And then he saw the glow reflect off his beloved robot’s remaining eye, claws gripped him close with everything he had.
Zippered teeth opened to speak words- a thank you- but released only the sobs stuck in his throat. He couldn’t do anything to contain them, powerless to fight back. “You need air” he thought the human said as he was lifted, plopped onto the hood of the car. The cool breeze of autumn contrasted with the blazing heat from the nearby burning laboratory. Panic and alarms filling the air, drowning out the crackles of the flames. It was music to their ears.
The human plopped next to him, pulling a smoke from his jacket. “Those fuckers deserved it” he breathed, taking a puff from the flaming stick. The elite held Gir close and nodded in agreement, letting the tears freely flow. Much had been lost along the way but perhaps Zim wasn’t as alone as he thought.
