3. WOLF (FE3) - I’ve told myself, hey! Don’t put Archanea things on any of these lists when you haven’t played those games!!! But I’ll admit someone I used to be friends with told me about Wolf, sending me metas and dialogue from him as well as his design and well… I really like all of them! Okay, this is mostly a design thing since Camuses share arc themes, but the fact he’s a mounted archer is like EXTREMELY pandering to me. I love archers a lot and mounted units bless me with their mobility. Thank you for both, Wolf. The only problem I have with this example is… I’m like pretty certain you recruit him, which should already disqualify him from this category but thanks FE wiki for throwing me a pity point.

2. LLOYD (FE7) - Is it uncommon to like Lloyd more than Linus? Well, I do. I know I typically like the more hotheaded one in duos, but I think Linus is a bit… too much for me for some reason? Lloyd being the more rational one who actively evaluates his opponents and their character makes him more of an embodiment of the Black Fang to me, and I think it makes me feel a lot worse for him because he at least seems to have some kind of idea that SOMETHING is off.

1. HELBINDI (FE:H) - So nobody lists this man as a Camus archetype and I am well aware Laegjarn is the more Obvious Camus of Heroes, but I count him and I love him sooooo screw the rules. He seems recruitable and honorable! He still ends tragically! He counts, fight me!!! Anyway, I like characters that suck at being honest and seem callous but are actually super sweet on the inside. Helbindi’s interactions with Ylgr are sweet (and also the saving grace of Book II for me) and my heart goes out for his situation with Menja.
