Yuwu final verdict: Good story fun read, hits you with the hidden knives after luring you in with an ostensibly silly premise. The Meatbun knives, as always, are real. 10/10 would recommend.

Big asterisk, however-- disappointing lack of puppy play for a story in which the ML starts the book thinking he is a ferocious and magnificent male wolf. Like, Gu Mang should have brought Mo Xi a dead squirrel or sth he hunted as a mating gift.
