A/N: So, I didn’t notice how long this part was until it was too late. I wanted to slip it into two but I couldn’t find a reasonable place to do it. So instead you get over 3k words. Sorry lol. Also, thank you so much to those who showed interest in being tagged, you have no idea how big that is for me!

“Oh my, does this dress make my butt look bigger?” Sara asks, standing in front of the mirror in a shop.
“Is that what you want? If so, yes. Why do you need a new dress anyway? You have so many beautiful ones already.” Y/n wonders out loud while looking through the racks.
“Because I want to make a good first impression. Besides, I heard the crew of the Enterprise are all quite attractive. I’ve got to live up to that.” Sara responds, walking back into the dressing room.
“Sara, you are one of the most attractive people I know. Neither of us would have a problem if we went in something we already owned.” Y/n laughs, pulling out a flowing deep blue dress off the rack. “What about this?”
Sara pops her head out of the dressing room, watching as Y/n holds the dress up to her body. Sara’s eyes widen and shake her head frantically in agreement before her head disappears back into the dressing room, “absolutely. Go try that on right now.”
Y/n walks into a dressing room with the dress in hand. The dress was made with elegant royal blue tulle with embroidered stars speckled over the top layer. It fell over Y/n’s body perfectly, off the shoulders and stopped to about mid-calf, and whished when she moved. Stepping out, Y/n looks at Sara who was now sitting in a chair with the black cocktail dress she had tried on previously.
“You look like a greek god in that dress, Y/n,” Sara mused.
Y/n walked in front of the mirror and twirled. “Is it too much? If I get this, you have to pick a more exciting dress than what you’ve got.”
“It’s not too much but if it takes me getting that dress that makes my butt look good for you to buy that, I’ll do it,” Sara responds while walking over to the rack where she found the aforementioned dress.
With both dresses paid for, the friends left the shop and headed to Y/n’s apartment to pick up the things she needs to get ready at Sara’s.
“So, Let’s see what we’re getting ourselves into,” Sara started, looking at her datapad with photos of the crew while she walks.
“Sara, we’ve looked at these photos thousands of times. We know what they look like,” chuckles out Y/n, weaving their arm with hers.
“Yes, but that was different. Now we’re performing reconnaissance for the party tonight.”
“And what does your reconnaissance tell you?” Y/n glances at the pad.
“That Lieutenant Uhura is very attractive and only one rank above us.” Sara giggles as she reads Uhura’s personnel entry. “She’s also incredibly smart.”
“And very taken by Commander Spock,” Y/n points to the relationship status on file.
Sara deflates slightly before swiping through the next few personnel files. She stops on Commander Spock next.
“And this is the Vulcan you’ll be working under. Good luck with that, Y/n. I hear he’s rather cold.” Sara comments before continuing to swipe.
“He’s not that cold if he’s in a relationship. Also, isn’t he half human?” Y/n stops Sara before she walks into the busy street.
Sara ignores the potential harm she could have caused herself, and next stops on Lieutenant Commander Montgomery Scott, better known as Scotty.
“Cheif of Engineering. I hear he’s basically married to the ship,” Sara laughs and restarting to walk once the crosswalk is open.
“Next,” Y/n chuckles bad.
“Lieutenant Commander Leonard McCoy, Chief Medical Officer. I heard he has a cute accent but is a bit of a hardass. Remind me not to get hurt a lot.” Sara side-eyes Y/n while she talks.
“Good to know. Bet he knows how to make a good drink though.” Y/n speculates as they enter their apartment building.
“And Lastly, for the head of different groups, Captain James T. Kirk. Quite the looker.” Sara smirks to herself.
“And quite the flirt,” Y/n laughs at her friend as she unlocks her apartment. “I’ll be right over. I just need to pick up a few things.”
Living in the same building as your best friend had its perks. Getting ready for events was one of them. After picking up her makeup and a pair of heels that match her dress, Y/n walks over to Sara’s apartment and opens the door.
“Hey, why didn’t you wake me up this morning?” Y/n questioned, setting her makeup down next to Sara’s.
“Oh, I tried, you wouldn’t budge. I figured you’d make it eventually. And you did! So points for Sara.” She muses as she grabs two hard ciders from her fridge.
“I could have missed graduation!” Y/n fakes anger as she takes the cider from her dear friend.
Both get to work on their makeup and hair. Sara loosely curls her auburn hair, whereas Y/n does her hair in her favorite style. Once they were both ready, they left Sara’s apartment towards the location of the welcoming party, an old-style bar reminiscent of old San Francisco. The two stood in front of the main doors, peering into the windows, unsure if they should just walk in or not.
“Lieutenants! Very nice to see you two could make it.” A strong hand falls on Y/n’s shoulder, causing them and Sara to turn towards the voice to see a hand outstretched. “How about a proper introduction? I am Captain James T. Kirk. You’re welcome to just call me Kirk when we are off duty. And this is Commander Spock.”
Y/n takes Kirk’s hand to shake then trading with Sara to shake Spock’s. “I am Lieutenant Junior Grade Y/n Y/l/n. I just go by Y/n when off duty. And this is-”
“Lieutenant Junior Grade Sara Conners, Sir! It’s a pleasure to meet you.”
“Well, we should probably get inside and join the party, yes?” Kirk suggests, holding the door open for the other three.
The music playing was just above a comfortable volume, but quiet enough where you could hold a conversation without yelling. Sara and Y/s walk up to the bar to order drinks when a young man approaches them with a wide smile.
“Hello, I’m Pavel Ch-”
“Chekov. Navigation right?” Sara finishes for him, reaching out her arm. “Sara Conners. A pleasure to meet you!”
Pavel chuckles shaking Sara’s hand, “Did your research I see. And you are?” He finishes with a soft Russian accent, looking at Y/n.
“Y/n Y/l/n.” She says, shaking his hand. “Got any suggestions on what to order from here?”
“Well, the midtier brandy is spectacular here. But they do have a wonderful mint julep.” He states before waving over the bartender and ordering himself a brandy.
“We’ll take two mint juleps please.” Sara catches the bartender before he’s able to walk off.
“So, are you two in a relationship? You seem very close.” Pavel questions, sipping from his glass.
“No, just really close,” Sara answers, reaching for the newly arrived drinks and handing one to Y/n.
“Ah, cool,” Pavel beams. “Have you met the rest of the bridge crew yet? I can introduce you!”
Pavel leads Sara and Y/n to a table where Kirk and Spock were sat with two others.
“This is Nyota Uhura and Leonard McCoy. You’ve met the Captain and Spock already, yes?” Pavel introduces the crew with a bright smile. “Everyone, this is Y/n Y/l/n and Sara Conners.”
Hello’s and handshakes were exchanged. Pavel is pulled away by a few other ensigns towards what Y/n now notices a karaoke machine.
“So, Lieutenant Y/l/n, You will be working under me. Is there a particular area of study you wish to work on while abroad the USS Enterprise?” Spock questions.
“Oh, um yes. I’m looking specifically for new worlds with large deposits of Bio-mimetic Gel. It has many wonderful medical applications but very-” Y/n is cut off by Leonard.
“Regulated by the Federation. Do you have the proper paperwork and training to be handling such a hazardous material, young lady?” Leonard questions.
“Hey, we’re here to celebrate and have a good time, not to discuss work. Give the girl one more night of freedom.” Kirk interrupts and chuckles. “Also, call him Bones, he hates it.”
“I would love to answer your question, Lieutenant Commander McCoy. My last two years at the Academy majorly consisted of training and research with Bio-mimetic Gel under the supervision of Erika Biordi. My research has been in stabilizing the gel for transport and more widely used medical purposes. I have papers signed by President Kenneth Wescott and the proper containment materials that should already be aboard the Enterprise. This could be major for doctors all over the Federation. Also, I wouldn’t be able to do this work unless the Captain has approved it.” Y/n smiles thinly at the doctor.
Kirk, Spock, and Uhura all look impressed by the confidence in which Y/n spoke. Bones looks more apprehensive about the situation. Kirk broke the silence, “Y/n have you met Scotty yet?”
Y/n shakes her head no and notices Sara slinked off at some point to talk with Pavel more. Kirk leads Y/n towards the back corner to a table with three chairs. At the table sat a gentleman in a brown leather jacket and a Roylan both embroiled in a heated conversation about… power converters?
“No, Keenser, that will overload the Warp Drive, she won’t be able to take that kind of power without the proper energy suppressers.” A thick Scottish accent talks tensely between sips of whatever is in his glass.
“Can no one on my ship take a day off?” Kirk laughs, clapping his hand onto Montgomery’s shoulder.
“Ey, not when you have a potential explosion risk due to Keenser, Sir,” Montgomery responds.
“Well, I’ve got bad news then. I’d like to introduce you to Lieutenant Junior Grade Y/n Y/l/n. One of the newest graduates from Starfleet Academy. She will be studying Bio-mimetic Gel.” Kirk pulls the third chair out and motions to Y/n to sit. “She’s not getting along so great with Bones and thought you two might get along better.”
And with that Kirk walks away. The three are quiet, Y/n sipping on her mint julep that She’s about half done with.
“Sorry, I didn’t know I’d be interrupting a conversation. You can act like I’m not here.” Y/n said just loud enough to be heard over the sound of Sara and a couple of ensigns poorly singing Africa on stage.
“Why did you decide to study Bio-mimetic Gel?” The question from Montmonery surprised Y/n.
“Oh, um, when I was younger, Bio-mimetic Gel saved my mother’s life while out on a five-year mission. Her ship shouldn’t have even had any onboard, but they had just commandeered some from a smuggling vessel. If they hadn’t found that ship when they did and the doctor on board willing to take the risk, my mother would be dead and I would never have been born. So, when I heard they were wanting to do more research into it to potentially make it a commonly used substance by Federation doctors, I jumped at the chance. Sorry, that’s probably a lot more information than you were asking for.” Y/n found herself rambling.
The Cheif engineer just shook his head slightly, finishing off his drink. “No, I asked, Lass. I rarely get full explanations of why someone joined Starfleet. It’s refreshing. I’ll be right back, I’m going to get a refill. Can I get you anything?”
“Yeah, Sure. I’ll take one of whatever you’re getting. Thank you, Montgomery.”
“Please, call me Scotty.” He said, before walking off towards the bar.
Keenser and Y/n sat in more silence as they finished their drinks waiting for Scotty to return. Peering towards the bar, Y/n notices Scotty being stopped by some ensigns to chat.
“So, how long have you been on the enterprise?” Y/n asks Keenser.
Keenser babbles in his native tongue something along the lines of “not very long.”
Y/n nods in acknowledgment, “very cool. Do you like it?”
Keenser simply nods as Scotty returns, placing a glass in front of Y/n.
“Thank you, Scotty.” Y/n smiles at the man now sitting across from them.
“No problem, Lass. This will unfortunately be my last drink for the night. Going to head up to the Enterprise tonight to get a head start on some undocking prep. Coming with Keenser?” Keenser huffed in response, Finishing his drink and hopping down from his chair.
“Oh, okay. Have a goodnight then. Don’t overwork yourself. It’s supposed to be a night off.” Y/n waves goodbye to Scotty and Keenser.
Almost as soon as they leave, their spots are taken by Sara and Pavel.
“Y/n! You HAVE to get up there and sing!” Sara’s words slur as she waves her arm towards the small stage in the bar.
“Yes, you should take her advice, Lieutenant,” Pavel smiles towards Y/n.
“No, I’m perfectly fine here. And call me Y/n, Pavel. When do you want to go home, Sara?” Y/n looks with a soft smile towards her friend. She isn’t feeling the alcohol as intensely as Sara but she assumes that’s because she’s had significantly fewer drinks than her friend.
Sara looks at Y/n like they’ve just committed the most heinous crime. “What do you mean you don’t want to go up and sing. You have the most beautiful voice! And I bet your dress would look stunning under those lights.” Sara leans further into Y/n, head now resting her head on her shoulder, and whispers, “You can sing that old Earth song you like so much.”
Y/n chuckles at her friend while shaking her head. “You’re going to have to get a lot more alcohol into me before I’m willing to sing in front of the whole crew.”
Before Y/n could finish talking, Pavel was already up and at the bar, ordering a double round of shots. After a couple of minutes, he returns with a tray of purple shots. The trio cheers the first round to their health and quickly follows it with another to their safety aboard the ship. The trio continues to drink and after about an hour, Y/n is successfully sloshed. Sara convinced Y/n and Pavel to sing Sara’s favorite song that her grandmother loved called ‘Shut Up and Dance’. This was not a song to sing well, but more to just yell the word to. They even got a few of the old crewmates to sing along. Y/n was having a blast and finally thought she couldn’t wait to be working with these people. A group of nurses went on next and sang some modern rock anthem.
Y/n cut themself and Sara off after that song and convinced Sara to drink some water and eat some more food. Both slowly started to sober up, Pavel never seemed very drunk though. People begin to leave back to their homes or hotels for the night. It was starting to get late. Y/n shivers.
“Are you cold, Y/n?” Pavel asks.
“A bit, but I’ll be fine.” Y/n smiles at the kind man.
“Um,” Pavel looks around and spots something on the back of Sara’s chair and grabs it, “put this on.”
‘Scotty’s jacket? When did he take that off?’ Y/n wonders to herself as she slides the jacket on. ‘I’m sure her wouldn’t mind. I’ll just bring it to him on the ship tomorrow.’
“Y/nnnnn, come ooon. Barely anyone is left and I got you drunk like you said I had to. Go sing a solo song.” Sara nudges Y/n elbow towards the stage again.
“Fine, but I’m not happy about it!” Y/n laughs, walking onto the stage after the current song ends.
Sitting on a stool on stage, Y/n adjusts the mic to her sitting height. ‘Take Me To Church’ starts playing.
***
Scotty left earlier than he had planned. But talking with the new science officer made him feel odd and he didn’t want to be rude so he lied about needing to work on the ship. She’s much too young for him he thought. She has her whole life of research ahead of them. He couldn’t be with someone who dressed so elegantly, he was a bumbling fool and could never compare. She didn’t need him, some old Scotsman pinning for her. So instead, he and Keenser walked around the surrounding area until they got tired. About an hour had passed when Scotty realized something.
“Keenser, where’s my jacket?”
Keenser looks at Scotty and responds in his native tongue, “you left it at the bar.”
“Damnit, why didn’t you say anything?” He huffs out, turning around to walk back to the bar and get his Jacket.
He had walked further than he realized from the bar and took him about half an hour to return. As he entered the front doors, he watched Y/n walk onto the stage with his jacket on. Confused, he walks up to Kirk who now sat alone at the bar.
“Y/n said you went back to the ship,” Kirk prodded at the engineer.
“Yeah, but I noticed I forgot my jacket.” Scotty’s accent was unmissable.
“I noticed.” Kirk glances knowingly at Y/n who has started singing on stage.
Most people continued to talk but a few people stopped to listen to Y/n sing. Sara and Pavel sat at their table swaying dramatically to the song. Sara even started waving her arms slowly above her head, causing Y/n to chuckle as she sang. Scotty became enraptured in Y/n singing and began swaying lightly to her voice.
On the last line, “Good God, let me give you my life,” Y/n makes eye contact with Scotty, making her instantly blush.
Hopping off the stage, Y/n shuffles towards him while taking off his jacket.
“Sorry, Pavel found your jacket. I planned on giving it to you tomorrow on the ship but I got cold and put it on. Sorry.” Y/n talked fast, face beet red while shoving the jacket into Scotty’s arms and running back towards Sara before he could get a word out.
“Thanks,” Scotty whispers under his breath, looking down at his jacket.
He slides his arms into it, still warm from Y/n wearing it. Her song had entranced him. It wasn’t a song he was familiar with, must be old. He doesn’t usually care for music, but he thought he would listen to music for hours if she was the one singing it. Scotty shook his head free of those thoughts. By the time he came back to reality, Y/n was gone.
“What are you thinking about, Scotty?” Kirk prodded.
“Nothing, Sir. Goodnight” Scotty straightened out his back before leaving the bar and walking to his hotel room.
***
“Sara, it’s time to go,” Y/n spoke quickly
“What? But I’m still having fun.” Sara huffed.
“Yeah, and we both need to be up and on the transport shuttles at 0700. Let’s go, Rockstar. Goodnight, Pavel, we’ll see you tomorrow.” Y/n pulled Sara to her feet and waved goodbye to Pavel.
The cool, damp air was refreshing on Y/n’s skin. The walk wasn’t long to their apartments, which Y/n was thankful for. She helped Sara into her apartment and bed, setting their friend’s alarm with plenty of time to get ready before going to her apartment to do the same. Y/n quickly fell asleep with oddly invading thoughts of one Montgomery Scott.

Series: Detroit: Become Human Rating: T Genre: Adventure/Drama/Action (eventual romance) Summary: Before Connor, first of the RK800 line, began his fateful investigation of deviant androids, there was Jacob, the RK700 that preceded him. He failed in his assignment, but he did not go quiet into the night when he was decommissioned. Rather, he became the thing he had once hunted and disappeared into the depths of New York City in search of a new life.
( < Back to part 1 /< Back to part 7 )
Part 8 - Unattended
The truck had carried him further than Seven had dared to hope it would by the time it exited the freeway half an hour later. He peered carefully out from under the tarp after donning his backpack once more, and was relieved to see no one else around, no doubt thanks to the hour, which meant there was no one but the driver to witness the quick exit he made from the trailer. He kept low and ducked behind the limited cover provided by a light post before peering back at the truck to see if the driver had, in fact, spotted him.
Luckily, the night seemed to be wearing on the human, and they were more occupied with stifling a yawn than noticing a rogue android appearing from the rear of their vehicle.
Seven watched the truck pull away as the light turned green before pushing to his feet and straightening the straps of his bag on his shoulders. The vehicle made a left into the dark, and the android went the opposite direction, cutting across a dimly lit parking lot to the next street over. The ride Seven had hitched had gotten him a good ways towards the nearest Greyhound station, but he still had a long walk ahead of him.
Seven walked into the wee hours of the morning, opting to avoid taking any official, trackable transportation in favor of staying off the grid on his way to the bus station. It would have taken a human longer, but being as he didn't need to stop to rest the along way, the android made good time.
Before entering, he cased the station from the shadows of an alley across the street, watching people come and go until he determined, as well as he could, that there wasn't anyone particularly suspicious within the building. The station itself did have security cameras, he realized as he stepped inside, but it took little more than a thought for him to hack into their simple, low tech system and put the feed on a loop that a casual security guard was unlikely to notice.
He acquired a bus ticket to New York with little issue, though Seven had a brief moment of worry that it might look suspicious buying one at such an hour, and in cash to boot. Fortunately, the tired looking human employee seemed incapable of caring less about what anyone else was doing so long as it wasn't making their job any harder, and said nothing more than the bare minimum needed to complete the transaction.
That done, Seven stepped aside and considered his options for a moment. There were hours to burn before his bus left, and while he could probably sit around the terminal unbothered until then, the thought of sticking in one place for so long made the android feel... antsy. Remaining still left him open to being noticed, and yet he couldn’t go far from the station either, and wandering the streets aimlessly provided its own level of risk.
Realizing that standing about was likely to attract attention, Seven shed his backpack and took a seat along the wall. The chairs would no doubt have been uncomfortable for a human, hard, plastic, and possessing inconveniently placed arm rests as they did, but the android didn’t notice as he examined the room from behind the dark lenses of his sunglasses.
The bus station was a large one, and there were at least a dozen people there, some of whom appeared to be traveling with an android. To a one, all of the humans appeared tired, annoyed, or at least vaguely uncomfortable as they waited around for their buses to leave, and Seven couldn’t blame them. There was something distinctly unwelcoming about the station that the android couldn’t quite put a finger on; an almost dirty feeling despite the fact that everything at least appeared quite clean.
Another, more important, observation Seven made was the fact that almost every human had their attention either on one of the muted televisions scattered around the place, or on their phone. The android’s brow furrowed at this as his gaze drifted across the room. Eight of the twelve humans around him were actively looking at their phones, and the rest at least checked them occasionally, causing Seven to come to a new conclusion.
If he was going to blend in, he was going to need a phone of his own.
Sure, he didn’t technically need one; advanced as his system was, he could access wireless and cellular networks with a thought, after all. Watching the humans around the station, however, Seven had to acknowledge that his complete lack of one would seem strange to the outside observer in this day and age.
Seven closed his eyes and sank down in his chair a little until his head rested against the wall as he cradled his bag loosely against him to keep someone from running off with it, then considered his mission to-do list again. After a moment, he zeroed in on one point in particular.
Bullet point three: Find a disguise that would allow him to blend in with the human population.
Below that he added a few new sub-points:
Acquire cell phone
Acquire further clothing as possible
Synthetic as he was, Seven didn’t have to worry about his own physiology dirtying the clothes he had acquired, but that didn’t mean the world around him wouldn’t. Not to mention the fact that wearing nice slacks with a hoodie and sunglasses was a bit of a strange look. His shoes were also very good quality, and considering he was probably going to need to lay low in some of the less savory parts of New York City when he got there, the last thing he needed was to get jumped for his footwear.
A quick internet search revealed that there was a Goodwill within reasonable walking distance, though it wouldn’t be open again for some time yet, along with anywhere nearby he might acquire a cheap phone. Plan once again in place, Seven set himself an internal alarm, then went into sleep mode to save power, though put his proximity sensors on high alert so he would wake if anyone strayed too close for comfort.
He ‘woke’ once before his alarm went off when a rogue toddler strayed from her parent’s side and into his personal bubble, bringing him rocketing back to active consciousness faster than most could blink, though an outside observer wouldn’t have been able to tell just by looking. Seven didn’t so much as twitch until he registered who the ‘intruder’ was, at which point he raised one eyebrow at the child, who proceeded to make a beeline for his side.
The android watched her as she proceeded to climb, with a great deal of effort and grunting, up onto the seat next to his then sat with a look of great satisfaction. The child pushed some stray strands of hair back from her face with one small hand, then turned and looked at him with a brilliant smile that was missing a few teeth.
“Hi!” she proclaimed.
Seven blinked. “Hello,” he said after a moment, then looked around for the child’s parent in hope that they might even then be coming to claim her. Seeing no one moving in his direction, he asked the child. “Where’s your mom?”
The little girl shrugged, a large motion that ended with her hands up by her head.
Great. “How about your dad?” he hazarded hopefully and pushed his sunglasses up the bridge of his nose as he straightened some in his seat. The action drew the girl’s attention to his face and without warning, she leaned forward with one sticky looking hand as though to grab his glasses. Seven immediately leaned back out of her reach. “Please don’t,” he said. It occurred to him that he could simply get up and walk away from the child, but on the other hand, his morality program signaled that ‘leaving a child unattended’ was not acceptable behavior in a human.
So what exactly was this child’s parent doing, then?
It didn’t matter his human relations programming chimed in, it simply ‘wasn’t done’, even though he had no actual responsibility to the child in question.
The little girl pouted at his reticence and asked, “Why?”
“Because I need them.”
“Why?”
“Because the light hurts my eyes.”
“Why?”
Seven squinted at the child from behind the sunglasses in question, who almost seemed to be repeating herself arbitrarily by that point. “I doubt you’d understand if I explained,” he said archly.
“Why?” she asked, blinking up at him with big, bright eyes. She was far too awake considering the hour, he decided.
The android sighed and sagged back down in his seat once more, resigning himself to playing along for the time being. “Because you’re a child with, no doubt, limited comprehension of bio-” he hesitated before finishing with ‘components’. Yes, she was only a child, but children, his programming told him, often repeated things they overheard, even if they didn’t actually comprehend it. “-logy. Biology.”
“Oh,” she replied, which made Seven heave a sigh of relief. “What’s bialahgy?”
“Biology,” he corrected automatically.
“Biahlowgy,” the child hazarded, brow furrowed in concentration.
Seven quirked a brow and leaned in a little. “Bi-ohl-oh-gee,” he repeated slowly for her benefit.
The little girl watched him closely as he spoke, then repeated “Bi-ology.”
“Good job, kid,” Seven said with a upward quirk of his lips, and she grinned.
“What’s biology?”
Moment of victory short lived, the android sighed again and eventually replied, “It’s a kind of science.”
“Oh. My daddy does science!” the girl said proudly, then reached into one of her pockets and produced a jolly rancher.
“Is your daddy here?” Seven asked quickly, latching onto the subject like a man to a lifeline even as the girl scrunched up her face at the candy in her hand, then proceeded to offer it to him.
“I don’t like green ones,” she said simply, still holding it out towards Seven, who looked at it for a moment, then took it from her.
“Why?” he asked her.
“They’re gross.”
Seven’s mouth twisted into a wry smile, “So you’re giving me the gross one, huh?”
“Yep,” the child said nonchalantly as she rummaged in her pocket a second time and came up with what was apparently a more acceptable flavor, then unwrapped it and put it in her mouth. The android huffed lightly, then did the same with the ‘gross’ flavor she had pressed upon him, and was pleased to find that it wasn’t really gross at all.
Sharp movement across the room drew Seven’s attention as a man stood up abruptly and began looking around, bewildered. Not seeing what he was looking for, he bent over and picked up two bags, one not unlike the android’s own, and another, small and bright pink.
Ah.
Seven rolled the jolly rancher around his mouth, then leaned over and pointed towards the increasingly frantic man. “Is that your dad?”
The little girl looked up and saw who he was pointing at, then smiled. “Yep!”
“How about we go see him? I think he’s worried,” the android suggested, then got to his feet and slung his own bag over his shoulder.
The child seemed to consider this, then finally nodded and said, “Okay,” before sliding off the seat she’d commandeered.
Before Seven could even take a step in the right direction, he felt a small hand grab his own, making him look down in surprise at the sudden contact. He was still wearing his gloves, but her little fingers were warm around his own, though luckily, not as sticky as they had first appeared.
“Okay,” he said as his system shifted gears to this new development. Reflexively, he lightly gripped her hand in turn, then lead the child towards her father. The man glanced up as Seven approached, and the look of relief that washed over his haggard features almost made the android pause mid-stride.
“Emily!”
“Hi, daddy!” the girl said brightly, the distress she had clearly caused her father going right over her head even as the man swept her up in his arms and gave her a squeeze that made her squeak in complaint.
“Thank you so much, I’m so sorry if she bothered you,” the man said with a grateful, embarrassed smile over his daughter’s head as he looked at Seven. “I swear I only drifted off for a minute,” he said, sounding just as exhausted as he looked.
Seven’s first impulse was to point out that his daughter had been with him for more than a single minute, but he checked the urge and instead, said, “Don’t worry about it,” then left it at that. He turned and went back to his seat, and as he settled in again, the android glanced in their direction to see the girl looking at him. She waved, and after a moment’s hesitation, he returned the gesture.

Bitty Drabbles 47
(I should not be allowed in pet stores if I have the ability to actually adopt animals, because you bet I’ll leave with something XDDD Why do you think the first thing I did when I discovered online adoptions this happened? Thanks again @vex-bittys and @dragonessloves, I love my children. I hope you enjoy the second part of the recollection of the day where I had no self control. X3)
The bettas, they were so gorgeous! So many different shades of so many different colors! There were so many different fin types, from twintails to half moons. I was mesmerized. I looked at every single fish, gushing over each of its defining traits. Instead of being jealous, I think Crim shared in my enthusiasm, pointing them out.
Of course, we looked through the males first, but then when we got to the females, there was one that I just couldn’t tear my gaze away from. Of course, being a female betta, her fins weren’t as long or luxurious, but her coloration was gorgeous. She was a halfmoon, so her fins ruffled out elegantly.
Her body and fins were a deep, but shining, navy blue, but the tips of her fins, they were the most eye-catching shade of red that faded right into the blue seamlessly. I picked up her painfully small container to examine her further. The store had to be feeding these fish bloodworms for their colors to be so vibrant, and I just couldn’t seem to put her down.
She was pretty cheap for a halfmoon, even if she was female, but I think Crim liked her too. He actually crawled from his spot in my scarf to climb my arm and examine her in her container up close. Before I could put her back down, Jay came over looking dejected.
“She got adopted. The kitten I wanted, she got adopted before I could get here.” I walked over and patted his back with my free hand.
“I’m sorry, Jay. Do you wanna look at the other cats they have?” He shrugged and I took that as an ok, so I grasped his hand in mine and walked him back over to the adoption area, fish still in hand. When we got there, the woman in charge of watching the cats in their enclosures noticed the fish and had me place it at her desk before entering. I felt that that was fair.
Each cat had its own description. The kittens all seemed to be highly energized. I let the woman know about Kin and Crim. As long as they weren’t part of the store’s stalk, they were ok to be in there. She thought it was a good idea that we’d brought them, as she agreed it might be a hazard to bring a cat home if you didn’t know if it would attack other already established pets.
Jay went off on his own, looking at all the cats they had available. He kept his eyes on the kittens. I went over to the older cats. You never knew what you’d be getting with kittens, but older cats already had their personalities mostly worked out. I made sure to hold up Crim to see the cats’ reactions to him. Any who seemed like they wanted to pounce I moved away from. It was safe since they were all in cages.
There were only two older cats who seemed mellow enough around Crim. They glanced over and just went back to lazing about. Both had been there a while and probably didn’t have much hope of leaving any time soon. The male, Big Jack, was all black. He was a big boy and his description reminded me of the corny’s from back when I adopted Crim.
The girl, she was a gray tabby named Tilly. She spent her time gazing out of her enclosure and through the glass that separated her from the rest of the store. Her paper said that she hadn’t taken well to being put in the small cage, but back in the foster home, she was a cuddle bug. I interrupted Jay’s search through the kittens to suggest the two.
Jay waved me off at first, but after going through each of the kittens’ bios, none seemed to be what he was looking for in a cat. Yes, they were cute, but they also had boundless energy. We wouldn’t be able to keep up with them, and in boredom, they would undoubtedly tear up the house. I was finally able to wrench Jay away from their area and pull him over to the adult cats.
He didn’t want Big Jack. Even if he was super cuddly, males had a chance to spray, and neither of us wanted that. The woman was surprised when we asked to see Tilly, but he complied and opened up the cage. It took a little coaxing, but once Tilly realized that we wanted to pet her and show her attention, she came right over, rubbing her face against us. That was all Jay needed to fall in love.
Papers were signed, things were bought, and we soon had a cat to our name. Then I remembered the fish, going to the desk to pick her up. I held her up tentatively to Jay. He chuckled lightly at me. He may not have had enough money to get Tilly himself, but he did have enough to buy my fish. I still hadn’t gotten my paycheck yet, so I was over the moon.
We were both satisfied as we walked back to the car. Jay had a new cat and I had a new fish. Crim had pet Tilly’s fur, against the wishes of a tense Kin, but once Kin saw that Tilly was a gentle giant, he relented. He still glared and kept a close eye, but Tilly didn’t know he was being hostile, so no harm done. Crim stared at the fish as we were driven home.
“Name?” Crim was pointing to the fish. I hummed and stared at her.
“I think I’ll call her Undyne.” Crim smiled. He seemed to like that name. I thought it fit too. Jay and his dad spoke about Tilly the whole drive back. I was just super excited about Undyne. With how Crim stared, I’m sure he was too.

10 Tips for Safe & Affordable Gardening for Seniors
As we move into our twilight years, it is natural to want to be able to continue to take part in the activities that we enjoy; and for many seniors, gardening is a lifelong love. As much as many people love gardening, being able to continue gardening can be a problem. There are two main difficulties that seniors face when gardening; staying safe while gardening alone, and gardening with a reduced budget.
Staying Safe While Gardening Alone
With age comes a reduced physical capacity, and when you combine this with the fact that many older adults live alone and may also be suffering from a reduced mental capacity, it means that accidents in the garden can be hazardous -- and even deadly -- when help is not immediately at hand. Here some tips to help seniors garden safely and enjoying the gift of their green thumbs well into their golden years::
Understand your limits: Admit to yourself that you don't have the body of a 25-year-old anymore. You can't lift bags of fertilizer or potting mix as easily as you once did and some gardening tools may be simply off limits due to the physical strength required to use them.
Always carry a cell phone or emergency alert system: Probably the most dangerous situation to be in when gardening is being alone. We all like to imagine that we can handle any situation the world throws at us, but having an accident in the garden when you’re alone could be deadly. Whether you fall or have a mishap with equipment, it’s imperative to receive help right away. Always ensure that you have a cell phone or emergency alert system with you so you can call for help should the worst happen.
Avoid ladders: Ladders are dangerous at the best of times, and as we age, they only become even more of a hazard. As many people age, lose our sense of balance. And if we’re struck with a sudden dizzy spell while high atop a ladder, then a serious fall is likely. When those taller bushes or trees need pruning, call in a professional and take the risk away entirely. It simply isn't worth the risk.
Tell someone your plans: It sounds silly, but simply telling a friend or family member that you are planning to work in the garden for a few hours could save your life. Telling a loved one will mean that they can check in on you later in the day and ensure that everything went as planned. You never know, you may be able to rope them into helping you!
Protect yourself: Taking appropriate precautions to protect yourself from hazards is extremely important. Always use protective equipment such as safety glasses and safe footwear should the situation call for it. It is also important to remember to wear sunscreen and a hat on those warmer days, as heat stroke or sunburn can be just as deadly as a fall from a ladder.
Avoid heavy power tools: many power tools require quite a lot of strength to operate, and if you don't have the strength to use a tool with relative ease, then you probably shouldn't use it at all. Instead of gas powered tools, try using battery powered devices which are usually much lighter. Cordless lawn mowers, chainsaws, edgers and leaf blowers are all viable alternatives.
Gardening On a Budget
The other main difficulty than many seniors face when it comes to gardening, is the ability to do so within a tighter budget than in the past. The good news is that it is still possible to continue to enjoy gardening without spending all of your savings doing so. Here are some quick tips to help you get the most out of your garden without emptying your bank account to do so:
Buy second-hand tools: New garden tools can be purchased quite cheaply these days. Unfortunately, they seldom seem to last the test of time and end up costing you more in the long run to replace them. I have found that purchasing good quality second-hand garden tools that last for years can be found for a very reasonable price from online auctions, second-hand stores or yard sales.
Take freebies offered to you: For some of us, it is only natural to turn down those free tools and plants that are provided to us by neighbors, friends, and relatives. Afterall, we don't want to be a freeloader right? Wrong! There is nothing wrong with accepting free items from other people; they would not be offering them if they did not want to part with them.
Say thank you and make the most out of having generous loved ones. If you feel the need, you can pay them back by baking them something nice.
Plant from seed if possible: Planting from seedlings or semi-mature plants is much more expensive than growing a plant from seed. Yes, it is a harder to do, but I find that the satisfaction I get from growing a plant from a tiny seed is worth it!
Use free cuttings when possible: If you have friends or family that are into gardening as well, then take cuttings of existing plants when they are offered to you. Maybe you can organize to swap cuttings and save each other money in the process.
Stay Safe and Save Money
So don't give into the idea that you can't continue gardening as you get older. Gardening for seniors has many advantages, it keeps us physically fit and keeps our minds active. It is just a case of adjusting following a few simple tips to stay safe, and within a budget. Author Bio: Aaron Green is a father of two from Melbourne, Australia. Hints
Trash In The Ocean
When you lower your hook from your sailboat near a glowing mark in the water, you might pick up trash, such as a boot, instead of a treasure chest.
Fly Into Mtn On Outset
Go to outset island and use a hyoi pear to control a bird, then fly below the bridge and go behind the rock pilar to where you had to drop down to with knuckles. Note: to know exactly where I’m talking about, use the tingle tuner (and your game boy advance with connector cord) and walk around with tingle near grandmas house, until you run into knuckles and follow his clues to where he wants you to go and at the very end of his trials is where I’m talking about (below the bridge that leads to the forest) and fly toward the mountain until the bird flys into it and you can freely fly around and see the outside of the mtn go towards a wall to exit. Note: you can’t get back in unless you go back to the last knuckle spot.
Ghost Ship Chart
Go to all the submarines and defeat all of them and there enemies and you can also you can just fly across the bottom but you can’t just do that after get the boat you have to wait until you go get your last pearl I hope this was useful.
Easy Money And Get An Oasis
Play hide in seek with the kids on Windfall Island. Then report to the teacher inside the school. Go talk to the kids again and they will tell you that the teacher likes Joy Pendents. Go in the school and give the teacher 20 pendents. She will give you the cabana deed. Now go to Oasis (show the deed to the doorman) and go in the house. (the Oasis will be named after you) look at the mixed up pic on the wall the doorman will ask you if you want to play say yes. When you finish it he will give you lots of money.
Geting The Joy Penants And Golden Feathers Easier
I am first going to state the golden feather glitch: to get the golden feathers easier, you have to have the grappling hook, once you have it go back to the part of the temple where a golden feathered bird is and take its golden feather with the grapple, then leave the room and come back and steal it again with the grapple, you can do this many times to get the max feathers (this may work in other places but hasn’t been tested by me) for the joy pennants glitch, you HAVE to have the grapple, get on your boat and find the submarine in the ocean, there will be a pirate outside the sub, use the grapple to steal a joy penat from him, then go inside the sub and steal the joy penants from the other three pirates, then leave and get the penant from the one outside again and then repeat until you have the 60 joy penants to give to the school teacher on Windfall iland, she will give you 20rupees for one, a house for 20 more, and a mask that can read an enemies health level in Ztargeting (it can also read boss’s health level too) (and this glitch might also work in other places but hasn’t been tested bye me).
Easier Way To Get The Delux Picto-box
After you have found the picto-box, and have completed the 3 picto-box challenges, head to Forest Haven (make sure you have an empty bottle). There catch a forest firefly. Head back to windfall island and go visit the picto-box guy. He will then explain how to make the picto-box show color. Show him the firefly and he will fix the picto-box to create the delux picto-box.
Joy Pendants
If you give 41 joy pendants to the school-teacher on Windfall Island, she will give you a special prize. Howeveryou will be unable to give her them without first finding the key pendant. After playing hide and seek with the Killer Bees, they will ask you to give the teacher an apology from them. Then when you come back out they will be talking about how the teacher loves joy pendants. The leader will mention that he say one on the top of a tree. This tree is the one by the bomb shop. Roll into it, and the necklace will fall down as the gang congrats you. Take the necklace to the teacher and she’ll be so happy that she’ll give you a red rupee (20) Continue to show her your pendants when you have one, twenty, and then forty-one. The final prize is very useful in combat.
No Sound
As soon as you jump into a flower thing, pause and then un-pause. It won’t make a sound when you’re in it.
Tha Amazing Grass-Cutting Pig!
Whenever you slice a pig with your sword a couple of times, it turns red and starts to chase you. Use that to your advantage and run around in the grass. If the pig is still following you, it will run in the grass and cut the grass for you.
Deflecting With Bottles
Phantom Ganon always throws a ball of energy at you and you have to deflect it with your sword. Well, you can also use bottles. Set an empty bottle to X, Y, or Z and swing the bottle as the ball of energy is about to hit you. You will have to hit the ball of energy multiple times just like you did with the sword.
Biohazard Girl
If you look closely at Medli, you’ll probably notice right away that here eyes are red. But if you look closer, you’ll notice that there is a bio hazard sign on her dress.
Salute!
When you come across a Moblin, get close enough to it to where it sees you and comes after you. L-target it and run away from it. after a little while stop, and take a step toward it. It should salute you for a second and he continue to attack you.
Extra Life
This will only work if you have en empty bottle. Equip the empty bottle, when you see a orb with wings (a fairy) catch it in the bottle. Do not use the fairy. When your heart containers run out the fairy will revive you.
Link And The King Of Red Lions Figure
For Link and the King of Red Lions in the Nintendo Gallery, you have to get everyone except Knuckle (Tingle’s brother that can only be found with the Tingle Tuner on Outset Island). After you get it, thou, you can’t ever get Knuckle.
Free Figures
If you want a figure of Aryll, take a picture of Grandma. Take it to the Nintendo Gallery and you’ll get Aryll for free. Buy a picture of the King of Hyrule and get Princess Zelda free. Take a picture of Tetra to get the rest of the pirates. Take a picture of the Rito Cheiftain to get Quill the postman for free.
Hurricane Spin
To get the Hurricane Spin, collect 11 Knights Crests and go to the guy that gives you the sword on Outset Island. You will have to give him one, then he will ask you to bring 10 more. after that, then you talk to him, and he will show you how to do the Hurricane spin!
The Waterfall Cave
On Forest Haven, go to the bit with the waterfall and the grappling point, use your grappling hook, and stop (press R) then get moving again, but only a bit. With luck, you should let go, and land in this little cave behind the waterfall on the right. Doesn’t seem to have signficance, but it sure looks cool.
The Best Potion
To get the best potion, the elixer soup, first youhave to save your grandma when she is sick, whichis after you have gotten the red boat, and youreturn home. To heal her, you have to stand closeto her, and use a fairy in one of your bottles. When she is healed, she will give you the elixersoup on demand. This soup rocks. It completelyheals you and your magic power and you do doubledamage with your sword until you take damage, andto top it off, you get 2 HELPINGS. The onlydownside is that you can only carry 1 bottle fullat a time.
See The Hero Of Time
After getting the password to the pirates ship, go in Tetra’s room over the bed is his picture.
Joy Pendant Stealer
When you are sailing around the oceans you will see tall mastlike platforms that usually have two badguys waiting at the top wiht swords or even telescopes. Use your grappling hook on them and you will take a joy pendant from their pocket. This is useful when trying to get the 40 pendants for the “health seeing eye”.
Find The Lost Sages
To recover the lost sages of the earth air temple you must find the new sages. Makar (the air sage) is to be found at Forest Haven. Listen for violin music coming from the waterfall. (you will see music notes coming from the waterfall) Use your grappling hook on the bar above the waterfall and you will be in the cave. Play wind gods aria in front of makar. (make sure you have iron boots for the temple of course) Medli (earth sage) is found at dragon roost island. Follow the sound of the harp until you come to a place where there is a gap across the ocean. Use the deku leaf (wiht a good wind of course) to go across and talk to medli. Play the earth gods lyric for her and awaken her as a sage.
Learning The Song Of Passing
After you receive the wind waker, show it to Tott on Windfall Island (the guy in front of the gravestone). Then, he’ll show you the movements. With this song, you’ll be able to change day to night and vice versa.
Auto-Heal
If you have a fairy in your bottle when you run out of hearts, the fairy will automatically come out and heal you. The fairy will restore a maximum of 10 (ten) hearts.
Boss’s Door Room
In the Boss’s Door Room in the Wind Temple, you have to get Makar across the wind jets. You can also carry him across. What you do is you push the first block across so that it is blocking the first two traps on the left or right side. Then, push the final block one space to the left so you have a clear path. Put on the heavy boots and carry Makar across. Once you are all the way across, put Makar down and play the Wind God’s Aria to knock down the block and reveal the boss’s door.
Tingle Statues
There are a total of 5 Tingle Statues. You need to use a Tingle Bomb to uncover the treasure chest. They are: Dragon Tingle Statue (Dragon Roost Cavern, Lava Passage), Forbidden Tingle Statue (Forbidden Woods, Treasure Room), Goddess Tingle Statue (Tower of the Gods, North Room 1F), Earth Tingle Statue (Earth Temple, Misty Room B1), and Wind Tingle Statue (Wind Temple, Ledge Room 1F). Once you find them, you can view them on Tingle Island.
Multi-Bosses
In Ganondorf’s tower, be ready for a long fight. You will have to fight the bosses from Dragon Rost Island (Ghoma), Forest Haven (Kalle Demos), Earth Temple (Jalhalla), Wind Temple (Molgera), Phantom Ganon (multiple times), and Ganondorf himself. When you go into the first four boss doors, it will be in black and white. When you fight the first four bosses, you will only have the items that you had when you originally fought them. After you defeat them, you will have all of your items back.
Great Fairies
There are a total of 8 Great Faries out on The Great Sea. They are all scattered over a wide area, but if you have learned the Ballad Of Gales from Cyclos, they’re all relatively close to the warp points. Here they are:1.) The Fairy Queen lives in the center of Mother and Child Isles (B2). The only way to get there is to conduct the Ballad Of Gales.Besides the Fairy Queen, there are seven other Great Fairies. Two of them increase your rupee carrying capacity, two increase you bomb carrying capacity, another two for arrows, and the last one doubles your magic meter. They are.Bomb Faries:: Eastern Fairy Island (E3) Southern Fairy Island (D6)Arrow Fairies:: Western Fairy Island (A3) Thorned Fairy Island (G4)Rupee Fairies:: Northern Fairy Island (C1) Outset Island (B7)Magic Meter Fairy:: Two-Eye Reef (D7)****NOTES*****The main way that you can tell a “fairy” island apart from the others is that they look like short, pin-like towers on the horizon.**The rupee fairy on Outset Island is in the woods where you rescued Tetra. You need to float over where the bridge used to be using your deku leaf, go in the entrance, and work your way through the forest till you reach a giant boulder. Bomb the boulder and fall down the hole.***The magic meter fairy is inside the only four-eyed giant squid in the game (next to the reef). To defeat the squid (and any others), you need to sail towards the circling flock of seagulls, target all the eyes at once with your boomerang and attack untill it dies, and try not to get sucked into the whirlpool.****You have to have certain items before you can reach each fairy. I STRONGLY reccomend that you wait till you’re done with the Earth and Wind temples before you start searching for them.
Yawning Boat
Look at the King of Red Lions boat for a while. Eventually it will yawn.
Defeat Gannon Easier
You Will Need:-Magic shield from Zunari (Purple Prism)-Extended magic bar from fairy in the Squid-4 Bottles-3 fairies and an elixir from grandmaGo through and fight Gannon like it says on all of the other tutorials, but when you get to the part where Zelda gets knocked out, turn the magic shield on, so that you just have to get the parry attacks on him and not have to block his blows, use grandma's soup if you run out of magic. *You can get your magic to last the entire battle using the soup.*
See Opponent’s Energy
In The Wind Waker, it is possible to see your opponents energy. (Note: You need 41 Joy Pendants) After the second visit to the forsaken fortress, go back to Windfall Island. Next, talk to the teacher in the Joy School. She will ask you to take care of the killer bees (the group of four kids that follow you around if you are near them), as in talk to them, because she is fed up with their behavior. Go outside and talk to the leader. He will tell you to play hide-and-seek. Find all four kids (one is on the tree near the gate – roll into it), and they will ask you to apologise to the teacher for them. Talk to the teacher, then walk out. The kids will hint out that the teacher likes Joy Pendants. Go in and give her one. She will say she would like about 20, but she also says that probably wouldn’t happen. Next, use the joy pendants, and she takes 20, and gives you the deed to the “Private Oasis”. Giver her another 20, and she gives you an item that lets you see the life of your opponents.
Finding Makar (for Wind Temple)
In order to find Makar later in the game, you have to do something a little tricky. Go to the Forest Haven, and when you reach the first Baba Bud, go left instead of right. Stand in front of the water. If it is not already, change the wind’s direction to south. Take out your Deku Leaf, and float into the right waterfall. Continue through the hidden cave to find Makar playing his instrument. Play the Wind God’s Aria here.
Alternate Music Part 2
This way is harder but you can choose anyname. Once you beat the game and play the second play game file it will have the same music as puting “Zelda” in.
Get Killed By A Pig
On outset island. Pick up a pig and put it in a enclosed area. If you have a sword slash the pig. It will turn red and then kill you.
Start Out With Deluxe Picto-Box/Alternate Clothes
All you need to do is have the picto-box in the first game, beat the first game, start the second game, and you’ll start out with the deluxe picto-box in the second game.To get the alternate clothes, just beat the first game and start the second game, and you’ll start out with the clothes you had on before you got the hero’s clothes in the first game(the blue pajamas). Aryll will also have some clothes that the pirates gave her at the end of the first game(red skirt with a white skull on it).
Easy Money On Dragon Roost Island
Travel to Dragon Roost island and go up to the mail delivering service and go on the secong floor. There they want you to mail letters for part-time job. Once you mail twenty-five letters, you can keep doing that to earn money.
Defeat The Sorry Disgrace Of A Ghost In Earth Isle
First, there should be a couple of those light holes around the room.Run to one of those and aim your Mirror Shield at the ghost. After a couple seconds of Light[DIE!], It will become nontransparent and then you need to pick it up and throw it at one of the large spiked pillars around the room. It will bust into a bunch of little ghosts and then then you need to run around the room like a nut and whack ’em. Or you could just unleash the power of the super spin. Kill every last one of them and then the mask of the ghost[the fat one] will get afraid and run up to the ceiling where it will get hit by a beam of light and that will finish that sorry disgrace of a ghost in the earth temple!
Pajamas.and A New Outfit.
Beat the game once and you can play through the game wearing Link’s pajamas. Also, Aryll will have a new outfit.
Defeat Ganondorf
When you first start to battle Ganondorf, keep striking at him with your sword. Zelda will be shooting Ganondorf with the Light Arrows, so unless you distract him, he will jump back and dodge the Light Arrow. When Zelda hits him, he will be stunned. Hit him with your sword as much as you can. Keep doing all this until Ganon sees what Zelda’s doing and hits her. Use Parry Attacks until Zelda gets up. Now she will be aiming at you. Pull out your shield when ever she shouts out. The Light Arrow will reflect off your shield and hit Ganondorf. He will pause for a few seconds. Use a Parry Attack to defeat him.
Getting Past The Gaurds At The Casle
At the casle to get past the gaurds simply lift up the barrel and slowly walk when the gaurd looks or smells nere you stop moving and the barrel will cover you.

With the Knights gone, go into the room and play the Winds Requiem on the creast to make the chest to appear.
Triforce Map 6: Outset Island (2,A)
Note: this area has a ton of enemies to defeat, and if you are not that good with your sword, then I suggest bringing atleast 1 bottle of grandmas soup with you in a bottle. Use the Hookshot to pull yoursel up to the tree on the hill. Lift up the Face Rock and fall into the hole. The dungon has 30 levels for you to defeat, with each with almost every enemy game seperated in each floor. As you go on, you will find little floors with lots of money and hearts to heal you if you need it. When you get to the end, play the Winds Requiem on the creast and the chest will appear. If you want to get more money, use the Mirror Shield to destroy the statue and combat in 20 more levels in the dungon.

Find the golden boat and his partners near Needle Rock Island (1,C). Sink it and lights will apear, if the light is in the golden boat then your done, but if it lands in another you must follow the red map that you find. Triforce Map 4: Ghost Ship
Head to Diamond Steppe Island (1,B) and use the hookshot to lift yourself up to the tree. Climb all the way up, again using the hookshot, and fall into the hole. Run around from warper to warper killing enemys as you go. You will soon find the correct path to the Ghost Ship Map. The Ghost Ship appears in certain places depending on the phase of the moon. Go in the school and give the teacher 20 pendents. She will give you the cabana deed. Now go to Links Oasis and go in the house. Use the grapling hook to put the switch on the roof and make your way into the fireplace. Search through the area of mazes in tell you find the crest. Play the Winds Requiem and the chest will appear.
