Dum Dum is a little more durable so he typically needs it less, and Dagger is used to hand stitching his own wounds and throwing on a dirty bandage (at best) before calling it good and going on like business as usual. He hates vulnerability and it's its own battle for him to be comfortable enough to let someone else even come close to a wound or injury.
