oh!!! im not in a similiar situation but i used to dread coming home from school bc i knew i would get swallowed up in my depression and stay in my room all day, so the best advice i have is to make ur room feel like its not part of the rest of the house, if possible, and to take walks to remind u that there's more than just that one place! for example u could start lighting a couple candles once u get home and make the bed, or get a snack or water while wandering outside for self care ๐
2/2 I'm not sure how helpful that is but it is important to find some way to create a safe space for urself that u can always at least think of in times of distress. u deserve and need things that are Solely yours, and to know that u have the power and control to keep it that way, especially in ur memory. writing down things is very good for that too!! I hope this helps even if its just a little bit. you'll get out one day pippen, and u can survive until then. ur vry strong and capable ๐

im trying to think of some area of my space that has been untouched by my Mother or bad memories dhghsjfkl and its like... uncomfortably difficult to come up w anything BUT. im gonna make some space my Safe Space where nothing bad gets inย ๐ค๐๐ also i need to buy bear spray so i can visit the river more often w/o getting worried abt bears dshghsdfjklย
im gonna start journaling again i think too bc writing things down is Really Important and also very therapeutic for me aaaaaa ilysm u are so smart what the heck!!!! im so lucky to know u omg!!!ย ๐๐๐

this was only like... a quarter of the apples we got from our one lil tree sbdhdjsll, luckily we have a dehydrator so we made lots of apple chips!!!!
