what if dovewing tried to save flametail instead of jayfeather. the drama.
#ngl i know its to show that jay is noble and its fine to have him do it#but i always thought it was weird they had the blind cat jump to save him and everyone held him accountable for not succeeding#also why was jayfeather even there#i think jay has enough noble moments in oots for me to move this specific one to dove in rv i think#cause i can see goldenheart maybe taking her out to hang out with her siblings on the ice. and maybe she talks them into being chill with i#but it ends tragically. and can you imagine how this would damage dove's psyche even MORE?#she watched rippletail die (another prophecy cat in this au btw) and she tries to save another at the expense of herself#bc shes so used to risking herself over and over and not putting herself first. but she fails#she fails and dawnpelt blames her for everything and this puts a rift between her and goldie#just fucks her up even more. idk#razorverse#also this may replace her witnessing the one tribe cat die since the tribe doesnt exist#AND THEN IVYLEAF IS ORDERED TO KILL HIM IN THE DF!!
