Is Lysandre capable of human speech and thinking, or is he just

Short answer is: yes he is capable of human speech and thought.

He still has all of his memories and personality and all that, but he's a royal mess...

He can still talk and generally he still acts like himself, however he does struggle with a lot of talking. Like long sentences and stuff tend to become an issue for him for so he's definitely not monologuing anytime soon. Although to be fair the weird raspy "i can't talk anymore" voice might be more intimidating on it's own than anything he'd be saying.

He's a lot like how Archie and Maxie are where they're still themselves technically but sometimes they just have to go a little bonkers... blame the angry legendaries for it. (The biggest difference being that Archie and Maxie only attack each other, Lysandre will attack anything)

So yeah he's still basically himself just that sometimes (a lot of the time) he gets mad and tries to eat a grunt... or Giovanni... you know how it is
