I think the funniest part about all the Rhaenicent Sept scene criticism is that this is literally so in line with how they are always acting around each other. Like the set up of the scene IS nonsensical but their interactions are completely consistent with the characters they are.

You can complain about it all you want but it doesn’t change the fact that this show has been set up from the beginning to be about these 2 women’s relationship and enduring love for one another, even when that love is harmful to them and their other loved ones. If you don’t like that or think it’s dumb, that’s fine. But don’t throw a fit every time the show does what it always said it was going to do with these 2
