sora: with donald and goofy, player character so like we Know where he is

roxas: inside sora? but not fully incorporated back into sora?

kairi: in twilight town with pluto and hpo, saw someone in the black cloak (i THINK it’s ansem?? “which one” Secret Report Ansem), kinda being chased by axel?

riku: who fucking knows frankly. last seen fighting roxas in the another side another story cutscene. if that WAS him????? last confirmed seen at the end of Chain of Memories.

king mickey: In My Walls. turns out when you die during a boss fight you have a very small chance of him popping up to fight and revive you. i think he’s kinda shadowing sora and co (specifically using the darkness corridors which his cloak shields him from) and only popping in when they really need his help??? hence, In My Walls.

axel: last seen on destiny island trying to get kairi to come with him to find sora (and by extension, roxas). a liiiiiittle obsessed with roxas.

malificent: going between worlds, causing general heartless related mayhem. pete is with her sometimes.

org xiii: kinda all over the place?? very sparingly showing up. kinda want sora dead bc they either want to kill roxas or want roxas back.

diz: last seen kidnapping namine before sora woke up, who fucking knows where he is.
