seriously though i don’t know what happened. i was fine and then a thought popped in my head to self sabotage and next thing i knew i wanted to hurt my head in the ground like an ostrich 😂 it hasn’t really gone away and im kind of a mega mess but i have a sour pink lemonade ghostie that’s at least keeping my mood up 😅

ahh vapes still aren’t good though! cigarettes are definitely worse though 🤢 i cant stand the way they smell either 😭 i do like tobacco scents in like candles and lotions though 😅

im totally okay though~ i think i just need some time to let my brain do whatever internal damage it’s trying to do and then i’ll be fine again 😅
