Reading ACOD and the priory duology has made me realize that I’ve put literally zero thought into the worldbuilding of my latest fantasy world so I’ve been working on that the last few weeks… it’s been really fun. Right now I’m thinking about history and all the different religions across the different nations hehe

#read those books then looked at this world like. hey why does this story exist in a void that’s not my style at all #cue WORLDBUILDING!#also have been thinking about the series i dreamed up when i was fourteen because while it was unsurprisingly a mess plot wise it also had #probably the most interesting history i’ve ever written. and parts of it highkey remind me of acod actually #the questions of divinity and immortality and return from death of them both…#also the emphasis on a multiple of four lmao. i chose sixteen for my magic number because it’s my favorite number. the problem with that tho #is that sixteen is as a matter of fact a very large number… there were supposed to be sixteen branches of magic but i literally couldn’t #think of any more after ten rip
