Look, smart dean is very personal, precious and dear to me
#I've been saying it for decades#dean is incredibly smart#smarter than sam#and have argued that online before bc a lot of fans#and yes most of then sam stans#will take every opportunity to downplay his smarts and call him dumb etc#the show itself too :/#it makes me furious#bc dean obviously believes it too DESPITE EVERYTHING WE ARE SHOWN TIME AND TIME AGAIN#also the adhd thing makes me relate/empathise even more how he beats himself down#AND HE JUST DESERVES TO BE PROPERLY ACKNOWLEDGED OK???#bc no Sam - you are not always the smart one#and yes you do research really well#i am still ANGRY sam got the witch arc when DEAN was the one who was good with sigils and spells at the earlier episodes#bc he had to keep them safe since he was a kid#and Patterns and intuition ARE HIS THING!!!!!#ffs we deserved witch!dean
