So, on the Aleph Null website, it's mentioned that there's cybernetics that can change eye colour. Would cybernetics also be able to change blood colour? Not like, at a molecular level, but just visually?

No not really mostly cuz blood is fluid and to change the color of that it’s probs more of a chemical thing since you’d need a chemical reaction to change color with that’s kinda stuff-which that is uh… probs not healthy?

The reason you can get cybernetics that “change eye color” is not cuz you literally are changing the color of your eyes, you are changing the light and cybernetic bits that are on the parts of your eyes that are visible. That that stuff is always solid, on the outside like a tattoo or hair dye it’s on top of a physical solid base. Blood isn’t really solid enough to do anything to it visually there’s nothing to even latch onto.
