Nova is it weird that i keep thinking ur pfp is wing and not drift? Like unless im on ur blog I keep thinking its wing but NO its the gay spiky catboy ninja robot (drift.)

I mean…

Wing is another beloved white & red blorbo of mine. I think he’s spikier than Drift though.

He’s also significantly less…catboy. lol

Honestly, I’m just glad someone else out there is thinking of Wing. He’s easily forgotten as an obscure character even though he played such a meaningful part in Drift’s story.

I remember someone commenting, “Who even is Wing?” during the first round of the Robot Husband Poll, and the temptation to forcefully educate said person was strong. xD

But no, I don’t think it’s weird at all that you keep thinking of Wing when you see my Drift pfp. I made sure to select a favorite pic of mine that I hadn’t seen around that much. I think it captures him in just the right lighting and at just the right angle, effectively conveying how I see him—withdrawn, burdened, a bit ambivalent, but thoughtful and kind. Essentially, an amalgamation of encounters with various key individuals throughout his life: Gasket, Megatron, Wing, Rodimus, Ratchet, and even Perceptor (an essay for another day).
