Bluesky is open for sign ups and allows nsf/w and has built in tools for flagging your posts as adult content, requiring people to click to see it, it's really cool. And it doesn't affect your post or profile or restrict you in any way.

Other sites I've seen so far that might be good are Itaku and Cara, art gallery websites with some social media features like profile comments and etc. I havnt tried them myself, but I can vouch for bluesky as a nsfw artist myself

good to know bluesky allows it, i most didn't want to use twtr because of the ai scraping of art getting more rampant and the fact that blocking doesn't even work anymore on there. i'll keep itaku as another back up just incase policy changes happen.

ok long story ish incoming but i just went through an agonizing realization of my stupidity bc people have quite literally sent tumblr posts to me like "dude check out hazels commentary /pos" and my dumb little brain just absolutely NEVER connected the dots until tonight, in which i quite randomly stumbled upon ur reddit ama and you linked your tumblr and i just went. oh. omy god . OH MY GOD ... IT WAS *THAT* HAZEL ALL ALONG AND I JUST?? NEVER ASKED MY FRIENDS FOR ELABORATION?? and then i promptly went through my blog and metaphorically held my head in my hands at the one time where i responded to your extremely insightful commentary with my own reblog of my conscious stream of thought commentary, which i had wrote with the mindset of "wow!! this person who responded to me had some really great points! :)" NOT KNOWING WHO THE FUCK I WAS TALKING TO ... AUGH....... MY BAD ...

anyways even wrapping my head around the thought that my silly little motorsport blog was perceived by a journalist whom i respect and look up to is CRAZY!! cant even begin to express how much i appreciate your thorough and honest insight/commentary into the world of motorsport (fe in particular), i also couldn't believe some of the anon asks you get here on a regular basis so i hope to cancel out a fraction of their negativity with some kindness today :] thank u for being urself!!

this was such a nice ask to receive I've been really like. uh. I have a problem with praise and stuff cus my brain goes a bit wonky and turns it into digging knives into myself or whatever (not literally) so I am kind of useless with it.

I am just another blogger innit. we are all on the timeline but some of us are looking at the [redacted] and I'm always happy to have people reblog my posts with their own thoughts. the idea journalists' thoughts are more special and correct than anyone else is for precious white dudes, not me.
