now that Rocketman is officially out and most everyone has seen it I'm gonna post this thing thats been sitting in my drafts since I got to go to an early screening may 18th thanks to my best friend who's an amc stubz member:
.
I saw Rocketman last friday and other than me sobbing my eyes out bc I grew up with Elton John and my heart breaking from how emotional of a story it was, there was this one part towards the end where Taron Egerton as Elton John is dancing along on top of tables belting "I'm still standing" after leaving rehab and I was sat in the theater, all cried out, and immediately thought to myself that's Billy Hargrove.
And now all I can think about it is how much Billy secretly loves Elton John, how he makes sure he's home alone when he blasts his songs and sings out all the lyrics, dancing around his room, having the time of his life.
And how maybe he gets stuck into taking an art elective at school, needs the credits or something, its required and gets stuck in a theatre class. And how he just sits there with his arms crossed, staring at anything, rolling his eyes, at how dramatic these theatre losers are but secretly listening to the teacher talking about the plot of the next play they're performing because it's half interesting. And how he gets stuck painting backgrounds and building sets after school as part of the class and how one by one everyone else bails for dates or friends or commitments, and Billy's left the only one on an empty stage painting a wall of wood baby blue. But he actually doesn't mind the quiet, the alone time for once, and there's something therapeutic about slow brush strokes, and blue's not a bad color. In the quiet he finds himself softly humming one of his Elton John songs, and it's so soft at first but it becomes this gradual whispering of words to comfortable singing and crescendoes till he's just forgetting about the paint and belting into the brush and spinning and dancing around the stage, beaming from ear to ear, his voice echoing off the walls, just flying.
Until he catches something in the corner of his eye and he stops dead in his tracks, fear in his throat, trying to catch his breath still and the theatre teacher is at the top of the stairs, surprise written on her face. And then she just slowly crosses her arms and her face changes to this knowing grin and endearing eyes, "Mr. Hargrove."
.
ALSO Saturday Night's Alright (For Fighting) is SUCH a Billy song, are you kidding me- I can 100% hear that song playing while him and Steve are back to back fighting off demodogs. YALL GONNA TELL ME OTHERWISE??
.
.
I'm gonna try to find a clip or go back to watch Rocketman to show yall the exact part I'm talking about bc Taron as Elton is just soaring in this denim outfit, full of light and newfound strength and it made me cry.

Coach
Taron Egerton x Reader
A/N: Heyyyy, im really excited to announce this is the first part of my new series Coach! I will be trying to update as often as i can but i am in exam year so it might not be regular. Anywayy, I am hoping you like it and don’t forget to follow me, like and reblog these posts!
(ALSO OMG THIS GIF I SWEAR IT WAS MADE FOR THIS SERIES)
Tumblr media
I excitedly put my keys in my pocket as i shut the front door, smiling at the glorious weather and the thought of surprising my little brother. I had just come back from south africa this morning and my brother hadn't seen me for 2 months.
I had spent time there over summer volunteering as a teacher to young kids because of a scheme my school does for some year 12 students. My plane had landed really late last night and I arrived back home early in the morning.
Luckily, my mum had been able to organise a sleepover for Lucas last minute so it wouldn't ruin the surprise of me coming home. My mum suggested the idea of me picking him up from football practise this morning and I couldn't resist being able to see his shocked face when he saw me waiting in the stands. I walked happily along the pavement towards my school where the local football club was held because of the large pitch and facilities. It was only a 15 minute walk so I was happy to take time to breathe in the salty ocean air. I had really missed the cooler temperatures of the coastal area and the overall freshness of my hometown.
Soon enough, I had arrived at the school and walked behind the sports hall to the football pitches and stands alongside. I could already see a group of parents waiting along the side of the pitch and I excitedly walked towards them, knowing that there was still 10 minutes left of practise so I could watch Lucas play for a bit. When I reached the side, I spotted Maria, one of my mums close friends a little further along and went to stand by her.
As i approached, she looked up and beamed when she saw me. "Oh Lexi! It's so good to see you again, how was africa?" She asked cheerily, pulling me in for a big bear hug. "It was amazing thanks, how are you?" I asked, crossing my arms over my chest as I leant against the barrier. "Im good, the holidays have been great and lovely weather too." I nodded, "Yeah, mum told me, nice change to the normal grey clouds!" Maria chuckled, "yes, Tom and I spent many days on the beach, it was a nice change." I nodded, enjoying catching up. "Loads of tourists though, crowds got a bit much on a few days," she added, "mind you though, good for all the local shops on the front." I chuckled, "yeah I bet Mitchie was happy." The thought of the loud, cheerful sweet shop owner caused Maria to laugh, "bless him."
I heard a whistle sound and my attention drew to the group of boys gathering up the far end of the pitch. I recognised Coach Parker's figure but the younger man beside him was unfamiliar. I looked to Maria and pointed to him, "whos the new lad?" I asked, curious. "Oh that's Taron. Started about a week after you left, transferred from volunteering at another club. I think he's about your age actually." Maria turned to me and nudged me, "Good looking might I add." I crinkled my nose in disgust, laughing, "Eww don't start acting all matchmakery on me Maria, I've got enough of that coming from mum thankyou." The older woman chuckled and hugged my side. "Oh well I made my best shot." she giggled and I shook my head smiling widely.
Not long after, the boys had finished their gathering and were heading back. I could see Lucas walking alongside the new guy back towards me and I stepped forward a little so he could see me easier. As soon as I did I heard a deafening yell of my name and my little brother came hurdling towards me.
I laughed as he tackled me into a hug, squeezing me so hard I could barely breathe. I ruffled his hair and laughed as he looked up at me sweaty faced. I crouched down a little, "Hey lucas." He beamed and hugged me again, "I missed you so much Lex." I chuckled and hugged him back. "Come on let's grab your stuff and head home." He nodded and tugged my arm towards the subs bench. I followed him towards the bench where he grabbed his stuff and I saw a few of the other boys who waved at me.
Once he had everything I took his bag from him and slung it over my shoulder, making to head out of the pitch but he dragged me back."No Lex we cant go yet I have to say goodbye to Coach Parker and Taron." He said, pouting at me slightly. For a 9 year old boy he could be very persuasive just by looking at me. I nodded and let him pull me over to the middle aged coach.
"Oh hey Lexi!" Coach Parker said, hugging me as Lucas beamed at him. "Hi coach, how are you?" He smiled, "Good good, this little tike did really well today." Lucas proudly grinned and said thankyou while Coach Parker ruffled his hair. "Yeah getting better every time I see him." I replied. "Alright well I need to go see Ryan's mum about his ankle so I'll see you soon alright. Oh and say hi to your mum for me." Coach Parker said as he headed off and I waved at him.
Lucas grabbed my hand again and pulled me towards the equipment shed where the young volunteer stood packing cones away. As soon as Lucas came beside him, he turned around and smiled down at my little brother.
"Hey Lucas yalright?" Lucas nodded and the young man ruffled his hair. He then looked at me and smiled warmly, "you must be Lexi, I've heard a lot about you. I'm Taron." He extended his hand and I shook it, laughing. "Nice to meet you."He smiled and we broke the handshake, still looking at each other. Lucas elbowed me and I snapped out of it, realising I had been looking at the attractive Welsh man before me for a bit too long.
"Oh um." Taron said blushing slightly and rubbed the back of his neck, "right urm well it was lovely to finally meet you Lexi." He said and turned to Lucas, crouching down to his height, "and I'll see you little man next week. Keep up the good skills and you might play for wales one day." Lucas grinned, "thanks Taron. I'll see you next Saturday." Taron nodded and stood back up. "Have a nice weekend you guys." I smiled and walked away alongside Lucas.
"He seems nice." I said, nudging my brother. "Hes amazing." Lucas gushed, wiping his cheek of mud. I turned back around to look at Taron one more time and saw him watching us walk away. I giggled when I saw him awkwardly wave and shuffle back to what he was doing. "What?" Lucas asked, making me blush a little. "Oh nothing." I said, Taron's face still in my mind.
TARONS POV
When I had finished packing the equipment away I walked over to Coach Parker who had just finished talking to Annelise. I waved as she and Ryan left the pitch and turned to Coach. "Good job today kid those boys really love you." He said, making me smile proudly. "Thanks Coach, I enjoyed it." He zipped up his duffel bag and I grabbed mine, throwing it over my shoulder.
"I met Lucas' sister." I said, trying to casually throw her into the conversation so maybe I could find out more about her apart from the stuff Lucas had told me about her being my age and having travelled to Africa over the summer. "Oh yeah Lexi. Shes sweet." Coach Parker said and I nodded.
We walked together out of the pitch and he locked the gate behind us then turned to me as we walked. "I know what you're thinking Taron." He said, smirking at me. I felt heat rising to my cheeks and tried to cover it up by sniffing. "Oh urm what what do you mean?" Coach smiled and shook his head, "Shes not got a boyfriend." I blushed harder and Coach chuckled. "Oh I didnt mean..." I said, trying to cover up what was left of my pride. "Shes 17 like you, bout to go into year 13." I nodded, "whered she go to school?" Coach chuckled, "I'm not your personal Lexi guide Taron, ask her yourself." I blushed and nodded, "might just ask Lucas, he tells me nearly everything anyway." Coach laughed, "that lad adores you, thinks your superman he does."
I grinned, Lucas and I had formed a really good connection over the summer and I saw him as a little brother. "Anyway, have a nice weekend Taron and don't spend too much time obsessing over Miss Davis." I nodded and saluted him, walking to my mums car which sat waiting for me."You okay darling, how was practise?" She asked as I buckled myself in. "Good, Coach said I did well today." She nodded and pulled out, reversing out the parking lot.
"I saw Lucas going home with a girl today." Mum said and I nodded, trying to act nonchalant. "Oh yeah his sister came back from Africa. Her names Lexi." She smiled and drove out onto the street. "Shes pretty. Look about your age as well."
I cringed and shook my head, "mum dont do that thing." She smirked and tapped her fingers on the steering wheel. "I dont know what you mean darling." I groaned, "the one where you start acting like I fancy her and pester me about it constantly." She smiled, "I dont do that." "Yes you do." I replied, resting my head in my hand leaning on the car door. "I cant help it Taron, I'm just trying to help you find a nice girl." I sighed, "yeah I know."
LEXIS POV
All along the walk home, Lucas chatted to me, excitedly asking me all about Africa and telling me what hed been doing all summer. It was great to be with him again but I could feel sleep wanting to take over my body so as soon as I got home, I apologised to Lucas and told him and my mum I needed to head to bed for a while so I didnt completely pass out from exhaustion.
I was now climbing into bed in my pyjamas, ready to turn the light out and sleep for hours in beautiful darkness and silence. I rested my head on my pillow and turned the lamp off, snuggling under the covers. I closed my eyes and drifted off, drowsiness enveloping me and allowing me to relax into sleep.

The Assistant Part 23
Taron stood in front of the mirror as he finished buttoning up his shirt.  He notices your reflection in the mirror behind him as you walk over in a tight but modest black dress. You watched a smile appear across his face and you couldn’t help but smile back. This was your first time going to a premiere and even though you were going to be working, it still felt special being by Taron’s side, supporting him and not having anyone know about the two of you. It felt dangerous and exciting.
“What?” You ask as you approach the mirror to apply a red lipstick upon your lips.
Taron looked you up and down. Yes, you were wearing a tight dress but it was still professional and you certainly hadn’t dressed up for a premiere, just dressed up for work.
“You look beautiful. I can’t believe I get to call you mine.” He said as he snaked his arms around your waist and held you there whilst he watched your reflections in the mirror before him. He placed a gentle kiss on your cheek once you finished with your lipstick.
“You look pretty damn handsome yourself.” You reply as you pull the tie out of Taron’s hands and turned in his arms to place it around his neck. You just finished the knot when Lindy knocked on the door. You walked over and opened the door to let her in.
Lindy briefed you on the evening ahead. You instantly switched your professionally head on and mentally noted down all her instructions. Once Taron was ready, you collectively walked down to the waiting car. Lindy sat in the front whilst you and Taron crammed into the back. His hand reaching out for yours as you set off. You tried to keep yourself calm and distracted. You knew the journey wouldn’t take long at all, you knew London like the back of your hand and you knew you were only a few streets away from Leicester Square. You tried to focus on what Lindy was saying to you and Taron. You knew that these would be the last moments you could be intimate with him until you were back at the hotel. His touch always calmed you and made you feel safe, you didn’t know how you would get through this evening without them.
It wasn’t long before the car stopped and you could hear the music and the crowds of people. You could feel the energy surrounding the car. It made your stomach feel unsettled. There was no turning back now. Taron could sense you were feeling uneasy, he gave your hand a little reassuring squeeze.
“I love you.” He whispered, as he raised your hand up to kiss it.
“I love you too” You quietly replied.
Taron leant over and pressed a delicate kiss on the lips. You pulled away and rubbed the remnants of your lipstick off his lips. Eliminating any traces of your presence upon them.
“Let’s do this.” You said with slightly more enthusiasm. You got out of the car first as Lindy opened the door for Taron. You took a deep breath and focused yourself on the job at hand.
The crowd roared when Taron exited the car. You allowed Lindy to take the lead, you following behind like a lost puppy. The whole experience was overbearing. People screaming and shouting. Cameras flashing. The carpet itself was crammed with people. Your eyes dashed around taking in your surroundings. Taron turned around and gave you a gentle reassuring smile, it made you feel better.
You followed Lindy and Taron as he was guided down the orange carpet. He kept a close eye out for you, lightly brushing his hand past yours in a reassuring way. You constantly stopped and waited as Taron went over and signed autographs, with Lindy watching on closely. You enjoyed seeing him interact with everyone, you could see it warmed his heart too. He was hard working and it made him happy knowing that people appreciated what he did. They were essentially his employers. He wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for them.
You were soon ushering Taron down to the reporters and photographers. He was a total pro. He stepped up to have his picture taken whilst you and Lindy waited at the side. The lights from the flashes blinded you, you couldn’t imagine what it was like for Taron. You had to look down and close you eyes. You didn’t realise how overwhelming this experience would be. Lindy placed her hand on your back to reassure you. You looked up at her, she smiled warmly at you.
“Are you okay?” She muttered in your ear above the sound of the madness that surrounded you.
You nod at her, “Yeah, I’m okay. It’s just strange isn’t it.”
“Better get used to it.” You said as she raised her eyebrows at you.
You didn’t know if she was being genuine or if it was a backhanded comment but you knew it was true. Not only because you knew that if you were with Taron long term, this would be a regular occurrence, but also because it was going to be part of your job. Soon, Lindy wouldn’t be there to hold your hand, you’d have to do it all yourself.
You were thankful to see that Taron was done with the photographers. You pulled out your list of interviews that were planned for the carpet and guided Taron down towards them. Your eyes were enlightened with a number of familiar faces as you approached the press. You watched the faces of the cast mumble away during their interviews. You knew these were Taron’s colleagues but you sure did feel a slight bit of a fan girl arise in you.
You ushered Taron down the row of reporters, standing by his side the whole time. Keeping an eye on what was being said. Taron was thankful for your presence too. He kept giving you flirty looks in-between interviews. You were thankful when the last interview was complete. Taron turned to check on you. You looked lovingly into his eyes, you just wanted to reach out and kiss him. You could sense he wanted that too. As you walked towards the cinema he places his hand on the base of your back and lead you inside with Lindy. The touch felt dangerous, it created a fire inside your belly.
The rest of the evening was far more relaxed. You felt your anxiety release once you were sat in your seat. The film was epic. You felt your heart explode with pride. You were on the edge of your seat the whole time. Once the film finished, the whole cast and crew celebrated with drinks. You tried to play it safe, only sipping on one drink for the whole evening. As much as you wanted to celebrate, you knew you didn’t want Taron to end up looking after you when he was the one that deserved to be celebrating. The evening ended rather late, you arrived back at the hotel in the early hours of the morning. You helped a tipsy Taron into bed and fell asleep quickly in his arms.
The next few weeks were all the same. Travelling from country to country, city to city, promoting the film. You got used to the repetitiveness of the interviews and the crazy atmosphere of the premieres. You were just glad to be near Taron and watch him glow and grow day by day. You had both found some excitement in the fact you could act all professional during the day but you would go back to his room and spend the evening hot and sweaty in each others arms unbeknownst to anyone else. It meant you could tease each other throughout the day, building up the lust for the evening.
You had one more premiere to attend, the LA premiere. You were thankful it was the last but you had also enjoyed getting to see a number of different places and experience the things you had experienced over the last few weeks. You had met a number of people that you had admired and looked up too; some of which, you would now be able to call a friend.
Even though you were excited about this last premiere, you were also nervous. Taron had invited his mum. You knew that you would meet her at some point but it still felt very soon. You didn’t know how Taron was going to introduce you. As his girlfriend? His assistant? Both? You knew Taron was close to his mum, you had been present a number of times when they have been on the phone to each other, which was why you knew he hadn’t mentioned you. Which didn’t worry you, it was still early days. Right?
The day soon arrived. You had flown from New York to LA with Taron and Lindy. Taron was buzzing with excitement from the moment he woke up. He hadn’t seen his mum in months. You had made sure that you had subtly taken all your belongings out of his room and into yours the morning that she arrived. You hadn’t yet broached the subject with Taron but you trusted his instincts. If he wanted to tell her great, if not, the time would come.
Taron had a morning full of interviews to get through before he could see his mum. You had organised for a car to pick her up and drop her off at the hotel you were all staying at. As you sat and watched Taron’s interviews you couldn’t stop yourself from constantly checking your watch. You knew that she had landed and that she’d be arriving a similar time to when Taron finished his last interview. You found your chest getting tighter and tighter as you allowed your mind to think about every scenario. You had no idea why you felt so nervous, you knew that she was a lovely lady. It must have been the situation as a whole that made you feel anxious. You didn’t want to say anything that would put Taron in a sticky situation. Taron’s mum obviously knew that Taron and Emily weren’t together anymore, but what if she preferred Emily to you? What if she didn’t think you were good enough for her son?
Your thoughts were shattered when Taron shook the hand of the last interviewer and walked back over to you with a beam on his face. He looked exhausted but that didn’t stop the shimmering in his eyes. You and Taron said your goodbyes to everyone before heading out of the conference room. You were walking in silence when Taron received a text that lit his face up.
“Mams just pulling up outside.” He turned to you and smiled. You followed him as his pace quickened. He more or less ran outside as the car pulled up. He opened the door for his mum and pulled her into a giant bear hug. The driver of the car retrieved her suitcase and put it down on the pavement next to you. You thanked the driver. You shifted your weight from foot to foot, waiting for Taron and and his mum to complete their greetings. It made you miss your parents. You wanted to give them a hug.
“Mam, this is Megan.” Taron said as he brought her over to you. “Megan, this is my mam, Tina.”
You smiled politely, “It’s lovely to meet you Tina. I’ve heard a lot about you.”
Tina smiled back at you but you could see her eyes examining you. “Nice to meet you Megan.” She replied. You felt an awkwardness in the air. You looked at Taron, screaming with your eyes. He could obviously feel the tension of the unsaid in the air too.
“Let’s get you checked in shall we?” Taron said breaking the awkwardness by picking up Tina’s suitcase and guiding her inside. You felt your heart grow heavy as you followed them both inside. You didn’t know if you should leave them to it, or if you should stay. You hovered around in the background as Tina checked in. Taron noticed and came over to you.
“Would you like me to give you some space?” You asked quietly to him. A quaver in your voice. Taron frowned as he looked between you and his mum. “How about I go back to my room and I catch you both later?”
Taron looked torn. “No. Please don’t. Stay. Please.”
You released an audible sigh, “Ok. If you want me to stay I will.” Taron looked relieved. “But, I need to know where I stand.”
“What do you mean?” Taron questioned you, a frown appearing on his face.
“How are you introducing me to her? As your assistant? Or more? I feel like I need to know.”
Taron’s face dropped as he realised the dilemma that you were in. “How about I take mum back to her room and then we all meet for lunch in an hour? Then I can properly introduce you to her as  my girlfriend.”
The word girlfriend sent shivers down your spine. You hadn’t addressed the subject yet. Were you his girlfriend?
“Girlfriend?” You quietly asked.
He nodded at you, “That’s only if you want to be.” You felt butterflies deep inside your stomach.
“I would love that.” You both locked eyes, you wanted to kiss him so much. “I’ll see you down here in an hour.” You allowed your feet to carry you back up to your room. Once you entered your room you looked around. It felt unloved and empty. You had spent most of your time in Taron’s room, and only really used your room to keep some of your stuff in. You sat on the edge of the bed and sighed. You caught a glimpse of yourself in the mirror. You looked flushed. What a great first impression. You thought. You decided to use your hour wisely. You decided to change into something more presentable. You wanted to make a better first impression.
Once the hour was up. You wandered back down to reception looking a lot fresher than you had before. You instantly spotted Taron and Tina waiting for you. You picked up the pace and walked over to them with a large smile on your face.
“Hello, I hope I didn’t keep you waiting too long.” You say making your presence known.
Taron’s face lights up. “Not long at all. I made a reservation at a restaurant just down the road. We should probably get going.” Both you and Tina followed Taron outside. You all made small talk as you walked.  When you arrived at the restaurant, you were taken over to a table that was waiting outside. It was a beautiful warm day, the sun was shining down on you. You looked around the gardens, it was full of blooming flowers. It was a total contrast to the bleak weather back home.
“Mam.” Taron announced, bringing the attention back to him. “I’m so happy you’re here. I’m really excited for you to see the film.” You watched Tina take Taron’s hand across the table. It brought a smile to your face. You watched as Taron’s eyes flickered over to you. “I actually have some news.”
Tina looked at him questioningly, “Okay?” She said hesitantly examining his face.
“So Megan doesn’t just work for me.” Tinas eyes squinted as you looked between the both of you, “She’s also my girlfriend.”
You felt your heart beating quickly in your chest. You wanted her to like you. You wanted her approval. Tina looked at you and smiled warmly. The silence felt like it dragged for hours.
“Welcome to the family Megan.” She finally said. She stood up and invited you to do the same. She welcomed you into her arms in a protective and loving hug. You felt relief rush over your body. She pulled back and looked at you, “I hope Tan’s been treating you well.”
“Oh, he has! Don’t worry about that.” You blushed as you looked at Taron. His face was full of pride as he watched you both.
“Right…” Tina said as she sat back down. “I want to know everything. How did you meet?”
You and Taron looked at each other and smirked. You sat and watched as Taron filled Tina in on the past few months of craziness. You were glad the tension had eased. The rest of the lunch was easy and relaxed. Tina invited you to Aberystwyth which Taron insisted on. He wanted to introduce you to his sisters and the rest of his family. You were excited to see where he had grown up. The place he felt most at home. You sat and watched Taron and Tina interact and you fell more and more in love with him. You couldn’t wait to see what was in store for you next.

CHARACTER HISTORY [TW: DRUGS]
The Lynch Family has been in the pharmaceutical business for generations but it wasn’t until Kristoff Lynch took charge that the business became less than legitimate. BetterCorp of Salem, Maine was the front to a business dealing drugs illegally, and with major success.
This lead to a life of ease for Taryn and her sister, Taylor. The girls attended private school until their graduation, and had even been accepted to other prestigious colleges for their postsecondary education.
Their father was very concerned about having a legacy, and therefore after his first born son from a previous marriage being less than adequate and not entirely stable, he pressured his wife into having more children. However, he knew that the wait between having another child came from the trauma of their first son’s upbringing and that she felt inadequate as a mother.
He took care of the twins their first two years of life, stressing the importance of balance, math, and science from a young age. He was always very reserved, but did take the twins surfing quite often even if he had to yell at them to stop complaining about the cold. He wanted his children resilient and ruthless, and he would mold them as such.
If you ever asked Taryn to draw her mother, a glass of wine and golden bangles would surely be included. Her mother didn’t drink much, but she always used hid behind a glass of wine to ease herself even though she sipped on it for hours. She was beautiful and cunning, a terrible cook but full of effort, and just as much of a snake in her husband’s ears as she collected secrets from others at parties as she was a trophy on his side.
However, she wasn’t a great mother. She was pressured by her husband to have another child for his legacy, and after the twins were born, she developed postpartum depression. She did not want to hold them, touch them, barely even feed them herself. The twins, in fact, spent more time with their father their first two years of life. Taylor needed her mother and easily won her favor while Taryn never truly developed a relationship with her as she was independent from a young age. It was easy to see that Taylor was her favorite.
Taylor, in particular, had been more inclined to join their father’s business than Taryn. But alas, Taryn and her sister have always been inseparable and she has always been her sister’s keeper. Taylor was always the more outspoken of the twins, but it was her mouth that got her into just as much trouble as it did success. She had just as many enemies as she has had friends. Taryn spent most of her life not in her shadow, but BEING it in order to protect her from not only others, but from herself. Even if enemies came with the territory of dealing drugs, Taylor was testing her limits since the day she was born.
The girls were cut off from their parents fortune and told that they had to earn their way back into the will. When the girls attended a private college, the only thing that would be paid for them, the struggled slightly to acclimate to being in charge of their own fortunes. Taryn transitioned better than Taylor. Taylor immediately turned to selling drugs to get more money to satisfy her heavy spending habits. Taryn followed suit to keep an eye on her and they found that they were quite good at it. The girls then agreed to drop out to attend a local college and used the leftover money from their expensive tuitions to buy a building where they would launder the money.
They returned to their hometown, not far from their former school so they kept their clientele, and worked directly for their father and BetterCorp.
Taylor at first began dealing marijuana and shrooms in an attempt to show her father she knew the business well and was careful, and eventually upgraded to higher drugs. At first she threatened to go on her own, but his father eventually gave in.
Taryn, on the other hand, wasn’t too keen on the idea but involved herself solely to keep an eye on her sister. While Taylor was eager and excited to make enemies just as much as friends, Taron was reserved and skeptical of everyone. Taryn eventually combed through her sister’s methods to perfect it and gain their father’s trust together.
Like many identical twins, the Lynch girls had more differences than similarities. Taylor’s first impression was usually that she was a force to be reckoned with, fully aware of her influence and the taste it left in someone’s mouth. She thrived in a social setting and looked for friends with the same intention she did as looking for enemies. Taryn, on the other hand, was always reserved and lived as her shadow in order to protect her from her own antics and their consequences. However, Taryn never really minded. He had his own troubles that Taylor had to take into his own hands to make up for it. If the twins were trouble on their own, they had a whole different breed of power together. From their own hybrid of sign language to similar traumas, they were a force of nature.
PRESENT DAY [TW: DRUGS, CAR ACCIDENT]
Two years ago, business took a south turn. In an attack against competitors, a few dealers were killed. The crime rolled over into a major case. It was revealed that it was done in a retaliation against the movement of the company into the hands of the twins. In order to ease the strife, and avoid further scandal, Kristoff sent the girls down the coast but after Taryn suspected more strife, she made a more permanent move down the coast.
In the Keys, she bought the local tattoo shop on Duval Street and cleaned up its reputation. She put her few years of tattoo apprenticeship, her hobby, into use and eventually the store became a front for the drug dealer she failed to turn away from. She had kept a secret since she knew better than to get into the very business that had driven not only a wedge between the life they knew, but had gotten them into trouble. It didn’t last long though, even more so when it came to secrets against her sister, and eventually the Lynch twins were reunited.
While Taryn seems much quieter than her sister, she reserves her outbursts for different forms of aggravation. Most girls tend to internalize it, but she unleashes it in illegal underground fighting that leaves her tainted in black and blue more often than not, but also winnings that add to more finances she has to cover up. It is suspected that he was never the same after their brother’s girlfriend perrished in a car accident that seemed rigged by the enemies of BetterCorp, a hit meant to take out the next generation of the heads of the company. It was a hit that would have been more useful against the twins, and Taryn holds some guilt because of it. The crash took his girlfriend’s life, and scarred Taryn in the explosion as she had sent him off. She has some of the scars tattooed over but it is the primary detail that sets the girls apart from the tattoos.
HEAD CANONS
In elementary school, Taylor was diagnosed with Intermittent Explosive Disorder (IED) which is a behavioral disorder. It took some time for Taryn to be diagnosed with it as it presented itself differently in both girls. While Taylor was constantly snapping and raising her voice as well as getting into physical altercations with his own friends, Taron seemed to solely take it out on his brother and it was easily written off as retaliation for many years.
They dabbled in drug dealing in high school and used their different positions in their social settings to do it. They dealt schedule III drugs as well as coke. Taryn had the private school social scene, while Taylor reigned the public school setting.
As for their disorder, the girls loved each other very much but they were each other’s weakness. One small comment set the other off, one on the floor in a choke hold and the other slamming them against the nearest piece of furniture. For Taryn in particular, she bottled up her feelings and her outbursts resulted in episodes so extreme that it became Taylor’s job to hold her sister back. Taron would go into full on fits and Taylor had taken responsibility of protecting her even from herself. Eventually the violence that satisfied this rage was fed into by illegal fighting.
Taylor’s vices, though, took a different form. When they began dealing, she started digging into their own supply. Taryn had been the one to revive her from an accidental overdose.
Due to another altercation in their youth, Taryn lost most of the hearing in her left ear. This was Taylor’s fault as in one fight she punched Taryn’s ear hard enough to shatter the small bones. Taron got her back, though, and ended up breaking Taylor’s wrist to the point that she needed surgery for the scaphoid fracture.
The older Lynch brother was never fit for BetterCorp and therefore the twins, youngest and girls, were viewed as the heirs but treated as henchmen for the company first and foremost. However, it didn’t mean that he was forgotten by the girls. They each take care of him and keep an eye on him and his erratic schedule, and always have even when they were encouraged to keep him at arm’s length. There is something off, but with their own poor self management skills, they have yet to identify what.

I’ve only been following this blog a few days and I just love what you’re doing with it! I’ve been a Queen fan for half my life and it’s always such a treat when I find someone who has a healthy sense of humor about the group and their work but still treats them respectfully. keep it up (and I’m excited to see what other As It Began stuff you imagine)!
also! i remember back in the day (a looong time ago fandom-wise, so like 2007) that there was an idea floating around that the Queen movie, instead of being a career retrospective, would just focus on the week leading up to Live Aid and the concert itself. I don’t know how well that might have worked as a full-length movie, but maybe it might do for a Netflix series? how would As It Began handle Live Aid and the periods immediately before and after?
Hey, thanks so much! I really do try to be respectful of their legacy and their privacy. Sometimes I hit the mark, sometimes I don’t. It’s just like anything else. I do my best, and I’m glad you appreciate that <3
As for Live Aid in As It Began....this is gonna sound wild, but what if we just didn’t show it? I honestly feel like BoRhap did a spectacular job of recreating BoRhap. We couldn’t beat that, especially with our netflix budget. What if we had an episode covering the week before with it ending as they’re walking onstage, and then the next episode began with a kind of debrief in Miami’s office or something?
Actually, maybe this would be a great time for that thirty-second Taron Egerton appearance we saved up for fkgjdf
Concept for you: maybe the episode starts with a bunch of old photos from Live Aid with a voiceover by Miami. “One point nine million people...a hundred and fifty countries...” and then it cuts to his face. “How do you think it went?”
and it pans to the band sitting in front of his desk. They look at each other, Freddie says “Well...”
And then it cuts to a flashback. The crowd is roaring in the distance, Queen is just coming offstage and THATS when Taron bursts in and goes “You fuckers! You stole the show!” and Post-Live Aid events follow

Sitting at the bar of the club was Cillian Murphy and Joe Cole. Two of your favorite actors and the stars of your favorite show at the moment, Peaky Blinders. Since starting the show, you have been obsessed with the two men and have been following them on social media, as well as watching their entire careers through earlier works. You couldn’t believe you were in the same room as them and excitement flowed through your body. You felt like you were in high school again, secretly stalking your crush through the halls.
You were at the local club downtown with Taron and some friends, celebrating your new job promotion. You worked extremely hard as an assistant director and Taron knew it. So tonight, he decided to congratulate you with a night filled with drinks and well-deserved, candid fun. Currently, Taron was talking to Bryce and you were attempting to hold the conversation with your best friend, Sierra. But your eyes couldn’t help but wander over to Joe and Cillian. Sierra followed where your eyes were trained and grinned.
“Oh, what are the chances? Both your celebrity crushes in the same place at the same time as you?” She spoke in your ear. “I’m pretty sure this was a fantasy of yours if memory serves me correctly.”
“Don’t make it obvious. I don’t want them to know I’m checking them out.” You chuckle and sip your drink. You hadn’t caught either of their eye yet, which was good for the moment. You were staring kinda hard and it would’ve been awkward. It’s a shock Taron hasn’t noticed yet.
You look over at your boyfriend sitting across from you. He laughs loudly along with Bryce, probably at something he said. You smile a bit at him. The pure joy in his face and his body language in this moment made your heart smile. Your little bundle of joy.
“Oh, come on, (Y/N). Just go up to them and ask for a picture. You’ve been waiting for this moment for years. Take the opportunity now.” Sierra encourages and gives you a little nudge.
Your eyes widen and you laugh nervously. “Are you kidding? I could never go over there alone. I would freak out as soon as I tried to introduce myself. No way.” You shake your head and decline the vote of confidence trying to creep into your system.
“I’ll go with you. Besides, who’s gonna take the picture?” She points out.
“Don’t you want a picture with them too?” You ask.
“You can take mine after I get yours. You need to shake those nerves and just do it. Don’t be a wuss all your life.” She teases with a grin.
Your jaw drops and you put a hand over your heart, faking insult. “Ouch.” You say with a flip of your middle finger. She giggles and shrugs, gulping down the rest of her drink.
“Now or never, (Y/N).” She raises her eyebrow and nods towards them. You bite your lip and look over towards the two men. They were just having a chat with people nearby, casual and candid. What’s the worst that could happen? You were just getting a picture and leaving.
With a quick gulp of the remainder of your drink, you sigh and look at your friend. “Let’s go.” You say.
“Woo!” She cheers and grabs your hand, standing up and pulling you along with her. As you get steady on your feet, Taron looks your direction with a curious smile.
“Where ya going, babe?” He asks, slightly yelling over the music. He takes in your body and smiles to himself before looking in your eyes.
“Just gonna go to the bar and get another drink. Do you want anything?” You answer with a grin. Okay, so it wasn’t the complete truth, but it wasn’t a lie either. You were going to the bar, just not specifically for a drink.
“Nah, I’m good. Be careful. It’s a bit crowded in here.” He says and you nod.
Sierra walks you both over to the bar, slipping in between dancing bodies. At first, it didn’t seem like a big deal. They were just regular people who just happen to be famous entertainers. They also seemed pretty chill. No reason to be scared.
But as you drew closer and their full figures were in your line of sight, your heart began to speed up. Though they were just normal people underneath the titles, you still have been crushing on them since the show began airing. You couldn’t make a fool of yourself now, or you would never live it down. Oh boy, please don’t let this go wrong.
Finally, you and Sierra stood in front of them, a wide smile on her face. “Hello, boys.” She speaks to get their attention. Joe turns around first and his eyes immediately land on you.
“Well, hello girls. Are we in your way?” He asks and flashes his signature smirk. You blush lightly and smile, but on the inside, you were screaming very loudly. Keep your cool, (Y/N). Cillian turned around and took a sip of his beer, showing a grin afterwards.
You breathe and find your voice, speaking up. “Actually, we came over here for you guys. We’re huge fans of Peaky Blinders and wanted to know if we could get pictures with you, if it’s not a bother.” Sierra nods at them and squeezes your hand shortly, a way of saying good job.
“Of course! It’s no bother at all for two beautiful girls.” Cillian speaks. You cheer to yourself and look over at Sierra. She winks at you and nods for you to go first. Giving her your phone, you walk over to the men as she sets up the camera.
“Hi, my name is (Y/N).” You introduce yourself and wave a bit timidly.
“Hello, (Y/N). Nice to meet you.” Cillian greets you and opens his arms a bit. You smile and give him a hug. Very gentle, yet secure.
“My turn.” Joe jokes and you and Cillian laugh, pulling away. You move over a bit and give Joe a hug, taking in his warmth. This was hands down one of the best days of your life.
You stand in between them and wrap an arm around them. Both of them put an arm around you and you blushed. You were in heaven.
“Alright, smile on three. One. Two. Three.” She counts and takes the picture with flash. Sierra shows you all the picture and you nod in approval. You heart was beating a million miles a minute. You just got a picture with Cillian Murphy and Joe Cole! You thank them and step towards Sierra to switch places.
She gives you the phone and you look at the photo as they go through introductions. You still couldn’t believe it. Your other friends were gonna be so jealous. Sierra calls out to you and you look up, seeing they were ready.
You smile and hold up your phone. “Smile on three. One. Two. Three.” You count and take the picture with a smile. “Got it.” You open the picture and show them. They all nod in approval and Sierra thanks them, stepping towards you.
“So, what brings you lovely ladies here tonight?” Joe asks curiously.
“(Y/N) just got a new promotion at work.” Sierra says and looks at you. You blush and smile, nodding at the actors.
“Oh congratulations. What do you do?” Cillian smiles and takes a sip of his beer.
“I’m an assistant director. 4 years strong.” You reply proudly.
Joe lets out a cheer and begins clapping. “That’s awesome. Maybe we’ll be working together on a project someday.” He raises his eyebrow and smiles.
“I would love to work with you guys. It would be a dream come true.” You geek out a bit and smile wide.
“Maybe we can get you and your friend on the set of Peaky as well. Give you guys an exclusive tour and you can meet the rest of the gang. Sound good?” Cillian proposes the idea and flashes a grin.
You nod and smile warmly. Is this really happening? This couldn’t be real. But when Sierra squeezes your hand and smiles at you, you are reminded that this is your reality.
You two decide to stick around and chat with them a bit longer. Joe bought a round of shots for you all and you happily accepted, clinking glasses before knocking back your shots with ease. You chat and share laughs. You find yourself getting closer to Joe, standing next to him and engaging in a conversation about your experience in your field of work. You share gentle touches, nothing more than harmless flirting between you two. Sierra keeps an eye on you as she chats with Cillian. This was clearly a boost on your already great night.
---------
Taron continued his chat with Bryce, but looks across the table at one point. Noticing you still weren’t back yet, he asks Bryce. “Hey, do you see where (Y/N) went?”
Bryce looks around and shakes her head. “Nah, it’s really crowded in here now. But she said she was going to the bar. See if you can see her from here.” She suggests as her eyes study the crowd.
Taron sits up a bit and starts looking towards the bar, trying to find anything to identify you. He stands up and focuses in, determined to find you. Suddenly, he sees your shirt and smiles. Sierra was still with you, which was good. But who was that guy you were with? He couldn’t exactly identify the stranger since his back was facing his direction.
But what Taron did see was Joe grab your hand and kiss it gently. You turn your face away to hide the blush on your cheeks. Taron furrows his eyebrows. Who the hell was this guy? Were you flirting with him? Taron couldn’t put together what he was seeing.
He watches you give Joe your phone so he could put his number in it. Taron glares at you both and lets out a deep breath he didn’t know he was holding in. He couldn’t believer this. You were openly flirting with a stranger! He starts to go over to you, but Bryce grabs his hand. Looking down at her, she shakes her head and pulls him down to sit.
“Don’t jump to conclusions. He may just be an old friend, Taron.” She tries to persuade him. He opens his mouth to protest, but Bryce raises her eyebrows as if to tell him no. He sighs and closes his mouth. “Talk about it at home. At least finish having a good time here.”
“Yea, you’re right.” Taron gives in. But his mind was replaying the scene over and over. He wasn’t happy at all, but he wasn’t going to make a scene. At least not here.
----------
You and Taron drove home in an eerie silence. He had been acting strange since you left the club. He wasn’t talking to you nor looking your way. He just kept his eyes on the road and his hands on the wheel. You were confused, what happened between then and now?
“Baby” You speak to get his attention.
“Hm” He grunts, still not looking in your direction.
“Are you okay?” You watch him closely.
“Fine.” He gives you a short answer.
“Are you sure?” You reach your hand out and place it gently on his thigh.
He tenses underneath your touch and shifts a bit in his seat. “I’m driving, (Y/N). Move your hand.” He mumbles just barely above a whisper. You raise your eyebrows and move your hand slowly. What the hell was going on? You turned your attention to the atmosphere outside of the window and don’t speak until you’ve gotten to the house. This was going to be a long night.
----------
Stepping inside the apartment you two share, you take off your shoes and walk further into the house. Turning around to face him, you fold your arms over your chest and watch him. “Are you going to talk to me now?” You press him on the matter.
“Who was that guy?” He asks and leans against the door.
You furrow your brows and drop your arms. “What are you talking about?”
“I saw you at the bar with Sierra. You both were with two guys and the one you seemed to be rather close with was flirting with you. You were doing the same.” He spoke, but you could hear his voice begging to raise a few octaves. But he was going to be patient and hear you out, for now.
You scoff and rubs your eyes, not believing your ears. “Are you being serious right now? You gave me the silent treatment the entire care ride home because I was talking to som-“
“Flirting, (Y/N). You were flirting with him.” He cut you off in the middle of you trying to clarify this situation. “He kissed your hand and you blushed like a damn teenager.” His voice began to raise.
“Okay first of all, it was a hand kiss. Nothing more. You’re acting as if he actually kissed my lips.” You begin to defend Joe.
“Who was he, (Y/N)?” Taron asks again, his arms now folded against his chest.
You sigh and close your eyes. This is not happening. “It was Joe Cole. Sierra and I noticed him and Cillian Murphy at the bar and went over to get some photos.” You give the full explanation. Maybe now he’ll relax a bit.
But Taron didn’t look convinced. In fact, he looked a bit more pissed off. “So, you were openly flirting with Joe Cole. Did you forget that I existed or something?” He squints his eyes at you.
Oh no he did not. “What are you implying, Taron?”
“You two looked pretty comfortable. Ya know, as if you don’t already have a boyfriend. Or is Joe your boyfriend?” His tone was bothering you and you felt your blood get hot.
“I’m not gonna sit here and listen to this.” You raise your voice.
Taron pushes his body away from the door and slowly steps towards you. “I’m just trying to understand why you were cozying up to him at the bar.” He keeps his eyes locked on you.
“I wasn’t cozying up to him! I was being friendly. If I complained about every woman you flirted with, we’d be arguing for days!” You throw back at him and stand your ground.
“I don’t fli-“
“Don’t even try it! Before I even told you Sierra was my best friend, you couldn’t stop touching and flirting with her. If anyone was giggling like a schoolgirl, it was you!” He stopped a few feet away from you and rolled his eyes. “And let’s not forget your female friends that you make sexual jokes with.”
“They are my friends! Not strangers!” He yells. “Don’t pretend you don’t do the same.” He says through gritted teeth.
You glare at him. Just as you open your mouth to speak, you chuckle softly and shake your head. “I can’t believe this.” You say, figuring out what this was about. “You’re jealous.”
Taron rolls his eyes. “Oh please, what do I have to be jealous for?” He speaks bitterly. You were right.
“You were jealous of the attention that I was getting from one of my celebrity crushes. You’re unbelievable.” You look in disbelief.
“I have nothing to be jealous of.” He warns you with a stern tone. “You’re mine and mine only.”
“Really? Because Joe seemed to like me a lot. Ya know, maybe I should put his number to use. Go out to dinner with him.” You begin to taunt him.
“(Y/N), stop. I mean it.” Taron spit out.
“Why? Afraid to admit I’m right?” You raise an eyebrow. Now that he brought you to this point, you were going to push his buttons. But just how far were you going to go with this?
Taron scoffs and turns his back to you, rubbing his temple. He needed to calm down.
“You know what, I will go to dinner with him. I’m sure he’s a lovely guy.” You press on.
“Oh, I’m sure he fucking is.” He cursed.
“I bet he’s a good kisser as well.” You taunt him with a grin.
His head shot in your direction as his eyes widen. “Oh really? You wanna go there?” His words were warning you to stop before it got out of hand. But you were willing to go there.
“You’re damn right I do. And you know what else?”
“What?” He glares at you, daring you to say your next sentence.
You smirk. “I bet he’s great in bed too. I’ve seen the show enough to picture it. He knows what he’s doing.” You finish and stare directly in Taron’s eyes.
That was the final straw. He takes a few long strides towards you before his hand is wrapped around your throat and you’re pushed against a wall. You gasp as you feel the slight pressure on your throat and Taron’s body pressed against yours. His breath was hot on your neck as he took in your scent. His free hand roamed your body slowly, ghosting over belly and waist.
”I don’t think I heard you correctly darling. Say that again.” He whispers into your ear. You feel the hand on your body lowering until it reaches the waistline of your leather skirt. Your breath hitches as he travels lower. “I can’t hear you.”
You gulp. “I-I said Joe was-oh god!” You breathe out when Taron’s hand finds its way underneath your skirt and is ghosting over your clothed core. His fingers softly rub over your clit through your panties and your body instinctively push against his fingers.
“What were you saying?” He looks dead in your eyes, watching for every reaction. You bite your lip and look in his eyes. As soon as he moves your panties to the side and teases your core with his fingers, you close your eyes and swallow the moan threatening to break free.
“Taron, please touch me.” You whine and try to get some friction from his fingers. But he was teasing you, pulling his fingers back ever so slightly every time you squirmed.
He brings his face close to yours, your lips barely centimeters apart. Reaching out as much as he’ll allow, you try to kiss him. But he pulls his face away from reach, grinning at your frustration. You try again a few more times and you get the same result. With a whine, you give up.
“Is this what you wanted all along? You just wanted me to touch you?” He asks, but already knows the answer judging by how wet you are against his fingers. He teases your entrance with the tip of his finger and you moan lowly.
“Shit mmm.” You bite your lip. “Baby please, I’m sorry. I’ll be good.” You try to convince him.
“What do you want, love?” He teases and begins kissing your neck, biting down softly. He knew your body and knew it got overwhelmed when it was hit with too many sensations at once.
“Touch me, Taron. Please baby.” You whine and give him the best puppy eyes you can manage. He growls and kisses you roughly. You melt into the kiss, battling his tongue for dominance. With your focus on that, you don’t notice him sliding your panties down a bit and pushing two fingers inside you.
You gasp at the feeling. “Oh fuck!” You moan out. He smirks and kisses your neck and collarbone, fingering you fast. He was hitting the right spot with every thrust of his fingers. You close your eyes and moan loudly. God, his fingers shouldn’t feel this good inside you. This wasn’t fair.
“I bet Joe couldn’t make you this fucking weak just from his fingers, now can he?” He taunts in your ear and bites down on your earlobe gently.
“Taron!” You whine and grind against his fingers. You were gushing against his fingers with every stroke of your spot. Your orgasm was building quickly, but you were trying to hold it back for as long as you could. But Taron knew when you were holding back with just a simple feel of your walls clenching around his fingers.
“Oh babygirl, you’re getting close.” He whispers in your ear. “I’m nowhere near finished with you.” He uses his thumb to rub your clit and speeds up his fingers.
You cry out and can’t help but tighten around his fingers. “Fuck T-Taron! I’m gonna cum if you ke-ep oh doing that.” You plea with him to get him to slow down. But that only triggered him to go faster. Your body tenses and you try to close your legs around his fingers.
He pries your legs open and smirks down at you. “How close are you babygirl?” He asks.
“So close. Taron pleaseeeee!” You whine and bite your lip. All you needed was a few more thrusts.
But all hope seemed lost when Taron pulls his hand away suddenly. You let out a shaky sigh and pant heavily. You look up into his eyes and whimper.
Taron grins and brings his hand closer to his mouth. Looking in your eyes, he takes his middle finger and sucks it clean. You watch and lick your own lips, desperate for a taste. Once his finger had no trace of you left on it, he raises his other to your mouth. With no hesitation, you take his finger into your mouth and savor the taste on your tongue. You moan at the taste and clean his finger off effortlessly.
He grins and pulls his hands away from your body. For a short second, you have time to breathe and try to cool down, your orgasm still too close for comfort. But it doesn’t last long as you feel him tear your panties away from your body and pick you up in his arms.
You gasp and wrap your legs around his waist instinctively. “Taron, wha-“ You don’t get to finish your question as he cuts you off with a strong kiss. With your body still pressed against the wall and your tongues battling, Taron unzips his jeans and pushes them down along with his boxers and teases your entrance with the tip of his cock.
“You’re soaking, (Y/N). I wonder who made you this wet.” He teases you and bites your bottom lip, pulling gently. You groan at the feeling and kiss him passionately. Taron takes the opportunity to thrust into you fully, swallowing the loud moan that leaves your throat. He doesn’t give you any time to adjust and goes at a steady pace, holding you tight in his arms.
You moan loud as he fucks you against the wall, not missing a single beat in his rhythm. He starts kissing your neck and marking your body. Marking you as his and only his. Your hands tangle in his hair as you fully enjoy the sensation he’s giving you.
“Taron, baby” You whimper out and pull his hair a bit. He grins and picks up his pace, putting one hand on the wall next to your head to steady himself. Your legs tighten around his waist as you feel your orgasm building up inside you. Biting your lip, you try to keep in the obscene sounds daring to leave your throat.
But Taron noticed and wasn’t having any of it. He holds you close and walks you both over to the dining table, laying your body down and moving your legs from around his waist to on his shoulders. “Don’t be shy now, love. Let them hear who’s making you feel this good.” He leans down towards you and thrust into you hard, taking your breath away. The new angle was perfect to hit your spot, and of course he knew this.
He fucks you fast and hard, rocking the table a bit with each thrust. You were trapped between the table and his body, with no other option than to take it. The thought alone made you gush and the way he hit your spot over and over was tightening the coil in your stomach quickly.
You clench around his cock tight and moan loudly. “Taron! Fuck I’m so close!” You yell out and tangle your hands in his hair.
His hands gripped the table and began putting all his force into his thrusts. He was owning you and making sure you would never forget it. “Who’s fucking you like this? Who’s making you scream loud enough for the neighbors to hear?” He grunts in your ear and you cry out.
“You, Taron! Only you baby!” You scream out and feel your legs start to shake. You needed to cum now or you felt like you were gonna explode. “I need to cum! Oh shit!”
“Cum for me, babygirl. Let them all hear who’s making you cum.” He bites down on your neck and grins.
You closed your eyes and let your orgasm go. You felt your body unraveling as your orgasm washed over you. You screamed his name and he grinned at the sight. It only took a few more thrusts from him and he was cumming inside you. Your walls were still gripping his cock tight as he came. He groans into your neck and lays on top of you.
“Fuck babygirl.” He pants and kisses your neck softly. You pant and close your eyes, trying to catch your breath.
“My legs, Taron.” You pat his back. He sits up and lays your legs down, loosely putting them around his waist. “Thank you.”
“Mhm.” He presses light kisses to your neck, moving up towards your face and covering your face in kisses. You chuckle softly and just endure his treatment. Finally, he gets to your lips and gives you a long, passionate kiss. Not too rough or needy, just relaxed.
You break away from the kiss and look into his eyes. “I’m sorry about what I said earlier. I just was upset.” You say softly, gently caressing his face.
He smiles and kisses your lips. “I know love. It was just in the heat of the moment.” He says. You smile and bite your lip. “But, don’t forget who owns you.” He grins and playfully slaps your thigh.

Don’t Stop Me Now
Hello again! Here is some more of this one. And a beautiful reunion about to happen. This one is for @hitmeonmytspot because I know how desperate she is for this reunion and also for @fuseburner because she has been there from day one of the Robyn and Taron journey :)

“I close my eyes, thinking that there is nothing like an embrace after an absence, nothing like fitting my face into the curve of his shoulder and filling my lungs with the scent of him.”
It had been one of the more difficult red carpets he had walked down but only because of those hard-hitting questions about what happened in the 7/11. He had rehearsed with Lyndsey what he wanted to say in reply, his statements short and factual before he brought the interviewer back around to the reason why he was here and that was for Elton’s charity and auction. When Robyn was mentioned, he didn’t shy away from the question but rather answered it honestly, explaining that she was part of his family now and would always be and he was grateful for her quick thinking. Thankfully Lyndsey was there with him and able to move him on quickly. As he shook hands with the presenter from some TV show he didn’t hear the name of, he was so glad Robyn wasn’t with him no matter how much he had wanted her there. This was part of his job and chosen career and not hers and as this woman started to ask those difficult questions again, he could see Robyn’s temper getting the best of her, while he had been almost trained to avoid giving a proper answer with clever distraction and change of subject. He paused momentarily on the carpet to text Robyn about the car waiting for her outside the hotel and when she had replied and asked, he hadn’t lied to her about how tough it had been. He was getting very eager for his hug and the comfort that only Robyn could provide him from simply holding his hand. He stopped again when the text came in to thank him for the flowers and he smiled. However much he was nervous about the red carpet, Robyn had the whole evening to contend with so Taron had wanted to get something for her to make her smile and it worked.
“Taron, you have to keep going. I don’t think you have said the words ‘I am very thankful for her’ enough since you started walking and talking.” Lyndsey placed a hand on his shoulder.
“Yeah of course. Just let me hit send and done.” He looked to his publicist. “Let’s go.”
“You are nearly there Taron and I know you had wanted Robyn here with you but I have to say, I am glad she is running late. I know you told me she is quite fiery. I don’t think she would have held her cool with some of those questions.”
Taron smirked a little. “Oh, I know she wouldn’t have been able to hold her tongue but that’s why I am here today Lyndsey. It was her serious smart mouth that saved my life and I actually like it.”
“Oh, I know you do.” Grinned Lyndsey. “Right let’s keep moving.” She guided him back to the rail with the reporters and taking a breath, Taron psyched himself up for the next round of questions.
Once he had completed his obligatory interviews, he stood in front of the sign which advertised Elton’s AID’s charity. He forgot how blinding the flashes of the cameras were and he had stood as long as he was needed for his individual photos before he had to join in with Elton and David for their group one, giving a small smile when needed.
The interviews and photos lasted just over an hour and he sighed with relief as he strolled into the house and followed the invited guests towards the main room where Elton was going to give his welcome speech.
“You did great Taron.” Lyndsey gave him a half hug. “You can breathe and relax now. The first one after what happened was always going to be the worst and it wasn’t that bad. You handled it with complete professionalism as always.”
“Thank you Lyndsey and thanks for the hand on my shoulder too. I needed that.”
She grinned at him. “Anytime. Maybe not as comforting as Robyn’s and speaking of Robyn…”
“On the way. About twenty minutes away.”
“I cannot wait to meet this girl who puts that smile on your face.”
Taron rolled his eyes. “You will have to get in line Lyndsey and take a number. I have a lot of people to introduce Robyn to this evening.”
“Does she even know what she is walking herself into Taron?”
Taron smiled a little. “Probably not but she will take it all in her stride. Doesn’t shy away from a challenge either.”
“Well she got you to smile again, didn’t she? That was some challenge.”
Taron chuckled. “I am not going to give you a reply. I will leave that up to Robyn. Now if you excuse me, I need to stand near the door, so I can go and meet Robyn when she calls me.”
“Taron just be wary of a rogue photographer still hanging around ok?”
“I am going to hug her Lyndsey no matter how many are around.”
“I wouldn’t never dream of asking you not too but just keep it short if you can and…”
“And I know Lyndsey.” Taron gave his publicist a smile and placed his hands on her shoulders. “I know.”
They both looked as Elton greeted everyone in the room. “Can I just get everyone’s attention for a quick minute please.” A hush quickly followed and the room quietened right down. “First off thank you so very much for coming this evening for what I know is going to be a truly magnificent auction to raise money for something you all know is very close to mine and David’s heart. We will begin the auction shortly but beforehand we will be serving some light refreshments. I am delighted to have one of my dear friends here tonight. Taron? Taron darling, where are you?” Lifting his hand up in the air as he heard Elton call his name, Taron gave a small wave. “I am thrilled to announce that Taron has graciously agreed to sing with me this evening and I am beyond excited to have the opportunity to sing with him once again. I am blessed to have his presence here and overjoyed to be able to have his company tonight.” Elton blew Taron a kiss before he returned to his speech.
As Elton started talking again, Taron’s phone vibrated in his pocket. He pulled it out and grinned. “Hey chicken.”
“This is your ten-minute warning.”
“Ten minutes to back out?” He spoke into the phone as he walked out of the room and towards the door of the house.
“Ten minutes for you to change your mind and uninvite me.”
Taron smiled. “Never. I will be waiting for you.”
“You had better be.”
Taron ended the call and put the phone back in his pocket and made his way out the front door and walked back down the red carpet to the gates of Elton’s house. There were still a few photographers outside and he saw a flash or two as he walked past them. He pulled his phone back out and sent Robyn a quick text to warm her about the cameras, but she sent back her usual man and rocket emoji. Exhaling slowly and inhaling the cold October evening air, Taron wrung his fingers out and rocked back and forth on his feet as he waited just inside the gates. He could feel his palms starting to sweat and longed to wipe them on his trousers but Stella would murder him if he did so he buried his hands under his arms instead and waited. He could feel the rhythm of his heart increase and he automatically started to bite his bottom lip as he waited in anticipation for a reunion he had been yearning for.
Robyn could feel her left knee shaking of its own accord after she ended the call to Taron, the car bringing her closer to him. She took a few deep breathes and begged for her stomach to stop jumping with nerves but also excitement though she knew it was more so nerves at the moment. She wasn’t worried about seeing Taron physically again after two months, that was something she knew she would never have to worry about. Their two weeks together had been amazing and every day since, if it wasn’t a phone call, it was a text exchanged between them, even getting in two skype calls too and their banter and conversations never faltered or felt awkward. It was just natural nerves at actually getting to see him and as she got closer to Taron, that spark they had called ‘their friendship spark’ was quickly igniting again. She pulled her compact mirror from her bag and looked at herself in it, making sure her make was still in place as her so called twenty-four hour lipstick stain hadn’t budged.
“Two minutes Robyn.”
“Thanks Anthony. It is ok to leave the flowers in the car? They won’t fit in my bag and I don’t want to be seen getting out of the car with them.” She asked as she put her compact back in her bag.
“I will make sure they get to your room Robyn.”
“Thank you.”
Anthony gave her a nod and after a minute, Robyn felt the car stop. “We are here and I saw Taron waiting for you. Let me get the door for you. Stay.”
Robyn was glad that Anthony had reminded her to wait for the door to be opened because she had her hand on the handle ready to open it herself. Taking another few quick steadying breathes, she jumped a little when the door of the car opened. “He is just past the gates.”
Trying to remember how to get out of the car smoothly, Robyn lifted her legs out first, accepted the hand that Anthony held out for her, and she eased herself up her dress falling perfectly around her as she stood up, the strap of her bag over her left shoulder. “Thank you, Anthony.”
“Enjoy your evening Robyn.”
The night air was cold but she didn’t feel it, her whole-body tingling with excitement and she had to remember she was wearing heels as she made her way towards the gates. “Keep breathing.” She whispered to herself as she walked down the red carpet, hoping that her walk looked confident and steady as she got used wearing high heels instead of her trusty converse. Her dress flowed as she walked, the slit exposing her left leg as she moved and she hitched the strap of her bag further over her shoulder keeping her left hand on the bag. A flash blinded her for a quick second and she was so glad Taron had texted her to warn her about the photographers because the sudden light would have definitely startled her.
Looking ahead and down the carpet, she saw Taron. It was his smile she noticed first and it lit up his face beautifully and a little blush filled her cheeks and the spark started to quickly re-ignite. She had his grin etched deep in memories but her memoires did not give his smile in person justice and even with the distance between them, Robyn could make out his dimples and the crinkles at the corner of his eyes that showed a pure joy in his facial features. Without realising it, the speed of her walk had increased and her smile widened as she got closer to him and saw that his suit was the exact same colour as her dress and she could even see a slight sparkle from it under the lights in Elton’s drive way, the same lace details on the lapels as the top of her dress and even his bow tie was the same colour. That friendship spark was suddenly on fire. Robyn thought Taron looked handsome in his black jeans and blue suit jacket when they went for dinner in Kilcreen, but now he looked striking in his perfectly styled suit. She could see a smirk on his lips as he got closer and knew it was because their outfits matched in every way possible and Robyn was ready to give him a little piece of her mind for their co-ordinated look.
Taron’s heart started to race when he saw the black car pull up at the gates. The pillar had initially blocked his view of her but then he saw her as she walked through the gates and the smile on his face grew and his heart started to beat a little harder. At first, he couldn’t tell even with the short distance between them what colour her dress was, but as she walked towards him, he realised that Robyn was wearing the dress he had picked for her, his eyes wandering to the V-neck cut of the dress and he could feel his heart thump a little harder. He looked down to his own suit and grinned. Robyn was going to definitely have something to say to him about their harmonising outfits. He felt his breathe hitch as Robyn walked, the split in the skirt that Stella has shown him having the desired effect as she made her way towards him. He knew immediately that she was donning heels and he enjoyed how her walk was assertive and poised. The V-neck shape was everything he thought it would be on her and the lights made the diamond details sparkle. Once he was able to tear his eyes away from the dress he could take in her face and he was taken aback to see the darker lip she wore and his own lips turned up in a full grin. Robyn had said she was going to pull out all the stops and make an entrance in her own way and it was just what she was doing. He blinked as a flash from a camera went off and realised he hadn’t actually started to walk yet but rather was almost stuck to the carpet as his eyes apricated how beautiful Robyn looked in her fancy fancy dress and it made his heart warm to see that she had actually chosen to wear the one he had suggested for her.
He decided that the two months he had waited to see her again was too long and soon the gap between them was shorter than five meters and it was Taron who broke into a light jog to get to Robyn first and not even thinking about it, pulled her into him for a tight hug, lifting her a little off the ground and swinging her around for a full two spins before he put her back down on the ground carefully but he didn’t break the hug, squeezing her tight to him.
“You tosspot!” She said into his ear laughing. “You actually did the lift and spin thing.”
“I had to Robyn. We need to keep up with our clichés, it is so good to see you!” He replied hugging her tight to him, breathing in her perfume with his eyes closed, loving how she fitted so neatly in his arms, grinning as he felt her right hand playing with the hair at the back of his neck, her other hand rubbing his back. Immediately he felt the comfort and calming sensation that only Robyn could give him seep from her warm body to his. “I really don’t want to but I am going to end the hug. Photographers. I will resume this hug inside. Lyndsey warned me before I came out.” He felt Robyn nod against him and reluctantly let her go and took a step back but still held her two hands in his.
“It’s great to see you too.” She replied, feeling a little shiver run through her from the cold air as the warmth of his body left hers as he broke the hug.
“Well don’t you scrub up nice.” He smiled. “Someone has good taste in dresses.”
“Someone was a little too cocky with his suit choice? Seriously Taron? You had to get a suit the exact same colour?”
“I didn’t know which dress you chose.” He smiled as she rose an eyebrow at him. “I have missed your disapproving looks chicken and I honestly didn’t know. Stella wouldn’t tell me but you definitely picked the right one. Knew you would love it.” Taron took another step back and felt his stomach drop and fill with butterflies, the same that filled him when he stayed at her house. “You look stunning. It is perfect.” With Robyn within arm’s reach, he was able to very much appreciate the effort Robyn had made. “Thought you didn’t know about fancy fancy?”
“Just because I don’t dress fancy fancy, doesn’t mean I don’t know how to and thank you. You look very dashing. Nice bow tie.” Robyn let go of his hands and rested them on the lapels of his jacket and whereas before images of an unconscious Taron flashed through her mind, now it was just Taron standing in front of her looking gorgeously handsome. “This suit is amazing. Do you have a gold cummerbund?” She asked moving his jacket a little to see under it.
“Yes, I do. It’s all about the details.” He answered proudly. “And my own glitter gold thread. You know I love a bit of glitter.” He grinned.
She couldn’t take the smile from her face as she looked him over. “Oh, I know.” Robyn fixed his bow tie for him so it sat straighter. “Thank you for my dress.”
“Thank you for wearing the one I choose for you.”
“It’s beautiful Taron.”
“You are beautiful.” Leaning forward Taron placed a quick kiss to the right side of her lips. “Would you like to come inside?”
“Only to finish the hug. I think I might go back to my hotel room then.” He laughed and Robyn relished in the sound. Without thinking she placed her left hand on his right cheek, his growing stubble a little rough under her palm. “So, this is what the right side of your face looks like.” She grinned as she rubbed her cheek. “Haven’t seen it before.”
“Looks the same as the left side of my face Robyn.” Taron longed to lean completely into her touch but his instincts told him not too and not because he didn’t want to but because of those rouge photographer’s, but he did know her hand on his face made his skin burn and flush.
“Still nice to actually see it. You look good Taron. Really good. It’s wonderful to see you without a bruise on your face and I am guessing your ribs are back to their normal colour too.” She gently dropped her hand from his face, stroking his jaw on the way down, her little slice of affection making his eyes close for a second.
“I am good as new.” He replied once he quickly composed himself. Turning to stand by her left side, he held out his arm for her. “Shall we?”
“Yes, we shall.” Robyn linked her arm with his and placed her left hand over his right.
“Might have to stop for a photo though I am sure many have already been taken.” Robyn might not have noticed the flashes but he had.
“Do know something. I don’t actually care Taron. I have been waiting to see you for so long, it doesn’t matter to me.”
Taron started to walk with her down the red carpet and as expected he heard his name being called by some of the photographers who had waited after all the guests has gone inside.
“Taron! Taron! Is this Robyn? Taron?”
Robyn gave his right hand a squeeze. “Let’s just stop Taron.”
“You sure?”
“Better to stop and have one taken.”
They stopped and Taron walked in front of her. “Just smile and you don’t have to answer any question thrown your way.” He said as he moved to stand now at her right side. He dropped his arm around her waist, pulling her little closer to him as his hand gripped her left side and Robyn curved her body into him, placing her left foot slightly in front of her right, her left arm bent a little at her hip. She had also googled how to post for a photo, making sure she was fully prepared for her night out. She slipped her right arm around Taron’s waist and both gave a smile for the few camera’s waiting. Their calls were loud and a little demanding, each wanting Taron and Robyn to be looking at their camera for the money shot. The flashes were bright and when Robyn felt Taron tighten his grip on her with a squeeze, she knew it was time to move on.
“Thanks.” Taron called their way, and he walked around her again to stand at her left and letting Robyn link her arms with his again, his pace was a little quicker as he guided her to the doors. He opened the door for her, letting her in first and they both breathed a little sigh when the door closed behind them.
“Can I have my squishy hug now?” Asked Robyn once they were inside and standing in the entrance hall of Elton’s house and away from any kind of prying eyes, all of the other guests occupied by the reception drinks.
It took Taron less than a second to gather her into his arms and give Robyn the hug she wanted but the hug he needed and although he appreciated the need for the heels, Taron wished he could fit her head under his chin so he could get a proper squish into the hug but when he felt her hands run up and down his back, one of her hands going into his hair at the back of his head again, her nails lightly scratching his scalp, it was all he needed to bury his head into the side of her warm neck, his eyes closing with relief. Finally, that comfort he had been craving, he found in her arms and as he heard her sigh against him, he smiled. “You can squeeze harder now Robyn. I’m not going to break.”
Robyn giggled and moved her hands down his back and gave his waist an even tighter squeeze. “You may regret that Taron. I had been holding back because I knew you were hurt.”
“Never. I love a squishy hug.”
Robyn chuckled again and moved her hands from his waist and up his back, and with two hands flat and firm against his jacket, brought him a little closer to her, his body pressed snuggly against hers. She hoped her make-up hadn’t rubbed off onto his suit she hugged him and when she turned her face into his neck, she discreetly inhaled and happily sighed. As much as he needed the relief and security from the hug, Robyn was just as delighted to have him in her arms. Although the nightmares had stopped, every now and again she would get a flashback reminder of what happened and to feel his heart against her chest and how his rose with every breathe he took, just calmed her and as usual he was toasty warm. The heat from his body felt soothing to Robyn and if possible, she gripped him even closer to her.
“I am so delighted you came Robyn.” Breathed Taron, enjoying how she tried to make the non-existence space between them even smaller.
“Me too.”
“Please don’t go back to the hotel after the hug.” He said into her shoulder, lifting his head a little.
“I am not going anywhere. I want to hear you sing.”
“Ugh always about the singing. When do I get to hear you sing?” He asked.
“Uh-uh. Tonight, is all about you.” She said as she broke the hug but still stood right in front of him.
“Figured you were going to say that.” Taron brushed some of the loose strands of her hair away from her face. “Hey where’s your freckles gone?” He asked his whole face frowning, his nose crinkling up.
Robyn grinned. “Tans fade Taron and as my tan fades so do my freckles.”
Taron’s lips fell into a pout. He lifted his right hand and brushed his fingers over her right shoulder. “Still some here though and here.” He touched her left shoulder. He then lightly ran a finger down her nose, Robyn’s eyes closing with the touch. “I miss these ones though. They were my favourite. I guess there is nothing for it. I demand you go back to the sun. I want your freckles back.”
Robyn laughed out loud. “Sorry rocketman. My schedule is full. I told you that my tan would fade and it has. I am slowly becoming pale again. I am still tan just not as tan. I can show you my tan lines.” Robyn bit her lip and fully blushed when she realised what she said. She had no filter when it came to Taron and it was because she was so comfortable around him.
Taron’s stomach dropped as Robyn gently bit her lower lip and he prayed she didn’t hear how he swallowed the lump in his throat.  “Let’s leave that till later on then yeah?” He winked. “I am always up for seeing some more skin.”
“Taron Egerton!” Robyn scolded. “But if this is the way the evening is going to go, then you are going to have to get rid of that bow tie and open at least four buttons.”
It was Taron’s turn to blush now and laugher erupted between the two, Taron bringing her close for another hug. “I have missed you Robyn.”
“I missed you too.”
Robyn rubbed his back and then let him go and took a step away from him. “Thank you very much for my flowers and turtles. It was a lovely surprise. Anthony is going to look after the flowers for me and put them in the room.”
“You are more than welcome. Just a little something to make you smile.”
“It worked.”
“You didn’t give the turtles to Anthony, did you?” Asked Taron.
“No way.” She opened her bag and he saw the red packaging in it. “I will share them with you later.” Robyn pulled a small gold wrapped box from her bag. “This is for you. Originally, I had planned to give it to you before you had to get dressed but plans change. So, you might as well have it now.”
“What is it?”
“Haven’t we been through this already with the book? If I tell you what it is, then it isn’t a surprise, so open it and see.”
“You didn’t have to get me anything Robyn.” Said Taron as he looked into her blue eyes, thinking that although she looked beautiful, a tiredness was hidden in her soft pretty features.
“You didn’t have to get me flowers and turtles. Now open it.”
Taron’s fingers quickly pulled the Sellotape off the ends and ripped the gold paper. He saw Robyn had her hands out to take the wrapping so he gave it her. In his hands was a black box. He looked to her before he opened it. Inside the box were a pair of gold circle cuff links designed with two hands holding a heart and on top of the heart sat a crown, the design centred in the middle at the bottom of the circle. “Robyn, these are beautiful.”
“They are Claddagh cuff links.” She explained. “The Claddagh is a real old Irish symbol. The hands represent friendship, the heart love and the crown loyalty. It is normally given in a ring form but I thought these would be more special for you because you do so many of these appearances and red-carpet things. Claddagh is actually a town in Galway.”
“Where cwtch is from.” He asked quietly.
Robyn smiled at him. “Yeah where cwtch is from.”
“Robyn you can’t keep giving me gifts.” He looked at her and her eyes were filled with the empathy and compassion he was so used to seeing in them and it was always for him. “These are way too much Robyn.” He took her right hand and placed it on his heart. “You have ready given me so much.”
“And here is one more.” She could see the emotion fill his face and eyes and let her left-hand cup his right cheek, enjoying how she could do so now without worrying about hurting him, even more so how he learned his head into her hand. “They are something very small Taron. You think I have done so much for you but you are just as important to me. I can bring them back and get you a giant gaudy ring instead if you want.”
She went to take the box off him but he pulled it back and held it in two hands. “I said you can’t keep giving me gifts, not that I don’t love them. Thank you.” He moved a little closer and kissed her cheek. “Help me put them on?” He asked her. “They match my suit and your dress.”
“We shall be having words about the matching outfit choices later.” He heard a slight change in her voice but her face was only smiling his way. She carefully removed one cuff link from the box and slipped it into place on his left shirt sleeve before doing the same for the right, putting the empty box back in her bag.
“Thank you.” He said again and brought in her for another hug. “But really, you need to stop giving me gifts. I am so behind on the gift giving.”
“I don’t want anything from you except squishy hugs.” She replied, enjoying how Taron gently lifted her off her feet as he hugged her hard. “And a promise not to fill my case with post-its.”
She loved it when Taron giggled. “I will do my best.”
“Are you going to keep her for the whole night or does someone else get a look in.”
Robyn lifted her head from Taron’s shoulder when she heard a voice she was sure she recognised and behind them stood Richard, a wide grin on his face.
“Richard!” Robyn exclaimed, letting go of Taron and stepping around him to give the Scotsman a hug. “What are you doing here?”
“Well I was invited. Taron is not the only one who knows Elton John.”
Robyn enjoyed how Richard gave her just as tight an embrace as she returned to him. It was a hug that lasted a while and Taron stood beside his friends with a grin on his face. He had known Richard was coming to Elton’s auction and was going to tell Robyn when she had accepted the invite but decided she was already feeling the slight pressure of having to attend such a lavish evening that he didn’t want to her to know Richard was going too. The three had barely any time to talk to each other with their schedules constantly conflicting and even when they did manage to chat, it was limited on time and Taron was delighted they would all be reunited at Elton’s house. When it turned out that she couldn’t make it, Taron was happy he hadn’t told her because she knew she would be even more disappointed that she wouldn’t be seeing either of them. Now as he watched his best friend hug Robyn, two hands resting firmly around her back and seeing her reaction to meeting Richard again, the surprise was worth the secrecy.
“It is so good to see you again.” Robyn said as Richard let her go.
“Robyn you are a beautiful vision in that dress.” He replied, watching as her cheeks flared red. “Taron, mate, you were right. Not great at taking a compliment at all.”
Robyn looked to Taron who was laughing and she lightly smacked him on his shoulder. “Is it going to be this way for the evening tell me now because I brought my dressing gown with me and I will happily sit in in my hotel room and I won’t share the turtles.”
“That’s the only one Robyn. I promise.” He smirked at her.
“But you do look beautiful Robyn.” Added Richard as he placed a hand on her shoulder. “It is so wonderful to see you too by the way. I was delighted when Taron told me you managed to re-arrange your training day so you could come. It’s great to see each other in a much less stressful situation and actually get to talk for longer than a few minutes.”
Robyn placed her hand on his on her shoulder. “I couldn’t agree more and why you look just as handsome as Taron and I am glad that you stayed away from the midnight blue colour.” Richard looked every bit of an attractive man in his black tuxedo.
Richard laughed. “Thank you, Robyn. I did try to warn Taron about the repercussions of the possibility of dressing in the same colours of you.”
“Sometimes Taron forgets to use his listening ears.” Grinned Robyn.
“You’re here for the weekend?” Richard asked as he took his hand away from her shoulder.
“Yeah just until tomorrow.”
“Well if you can tear yourself away from Taron, I would love a catch up. I would love for us three to catch up.”
Robyn reached out and took Richard’s hand. “I would definitely like that too. Really would like that.”
“Taron Egerton, I can’t believe you have waited this long to come and find me once you came back inside. Is that anyway to treat your publicist?” A lady wearing a long sleek black dress walked over to them. “I presume this is the lovely Robyn I have heard so much about and would never want to take on in a verbal confrontation? Hello Richard.”
“Hey Lyndsey.” Richard looked past Robyn and grinned at his friend. “Taron I will leave you to it. Robyn, you need a break, come and find me.”
Robyn stepped closer to him and gave him another hug. “I am so glad to see you Richard and I will do. I want too.”
Richard placed a soft kiss on her cheek. “Thank you again for what you did for us.”
Robyn watched as Richard walked away from them, leaving space for Taron to stand where he was at Robyn’s side.
“Lyndsey, this is Robyn. Robyn, my wonderful and beautiful and ever so helpful publicist Lyndsey.”
“So, he does that to you too? Try to butter you up with compliments?” Asked Robyn as she held out her hand to shake Lyndsey’s but she found herself being pulled in for hug.
“When he wants to avoid something mostly and do you honestly think a handshake is going to be your welcome? I don’t think so!” Lyndsey gave her a hug that lasted quite long time before she let her go, keeping a hold of her hands. “I know I said it on the phone but thank you so much for looking after Taron and for what you did for him in the 7/11. I know he can frustrate me at times, but I would miss him if he wasn’t here.”
Robyn smiled. “I can understand that and there is no need to thank me.”
Lyndsey let go of one of Robyn’s hands and reached for Taron’s. “You have been a blessing in disguise for him and see that smile, hasn’t left his face since he came home to Wales and of course there is need to thank you. Not everyone would have done what you did.” She placed Robyn’s hand on Taron’s and let their encased hands go. “Get papped outside” She asked him.
“Yeah. A few as we had a bit of a catch up at the gates and Robyn made me stand for some too.”
“I like you. I like you a lot.” Lyndsey turned to Robyn. “You sure you are going to be ok with the new attention? Those pictures will be out for the world to see.”
“I am going to be just fine. Our circumstances are so very different from the norm and I have seen an understanding from the media.”
“Opinions might change now when they see you both dressed up.”
“Well so far it has worked in my favour. Taron and I have been through the mill together so I think we can take on a few rouge stories together too.”
“Taron have I told you that I like her.”
“Might have mentioned it.” He grinned. “Lyndsey if you excuse me and Robyn, you have actually skipped the queue of introductions and I have a few more people who want to personally thank Robyn for saving my life.” He rolled his eyes but squeezed Robyn’s hand at the same time.
“Go and enjoy your night and time together. I know how precious it is for both of you and how little time you have. Robyn, delighted to have actually met you in person.”
“Thank you for helping Taron with all the press and media Lyndsey. I know it plays on his mind a lot.”
“Part of my job and too be honest, he’s actually a dream to work with, even if I give him a lot of stick. Taron…”
“.. Lyndsey.” He stepped forward and gave her a hug.
“She is more than you said she was. I can see why she makes you smile.” His publicist whispered to him.
He let her go with a kiss to her cheek. “Right then, time to mingle and add more celebrities to your catalogue Robyn.”
“A pleasure to meet you Robyn. I will be around, if you need a break from Taron. We can have a girl chat. I am sure I have secrets of his you would love to know.”
Before Robyn could accept the invite, Taron gently took her by her shoulders and turned her away. “Busy busy Lyndsey. Love you!” He called as he walked Robyn away, taking her left hand in hand in his right, linking their fingers together.

“You’re going, end discussion” your friend says as you two walk down the busy streets of the city, it was a chilly day and you were on your way to eat lunch “why do I have to? haven’t seen any of the guys in a long time” you try to make her understand your point of view but you know deep down that is useless, she was going to convince you anyway, It’s not like you don’t want to see your old friends but you feel like it’s been so long. “first of all Harry is going to be there and I need emotional support in case I do something dumb, like getting back together... and second T is going to be there, you know, your friend the one you have a huge crush on that you’ve been ignoring for the past 6 months or more,... and guess what the guy is single again so you don’t need to avoid him” you look at her as you took a seat on the table “I wasn’t avoiding him” you say looking at the menu, memories flood your mind about the things you used to do all together, movie nights, karaoke, going out to dance but as you grow older, most of your friends found jobs and were working so finding time to spend together was getting harder but you kept in touch. The only ones you saw almost every week was y/f/n, Harry and Taron, so it was normal for you to text every day with Taron, friends do that, right?, you never read much into that, texting all day and talk about your days or a movie you watched, him calling you when got a new role for a movie or you being there for him when he didn’t get the part, in the end, all of your talks end up in you going to bed smiling and your heart beating faster, but that wasn't the only thing you did, sometimes you went out to catch up over a coffee or your favorites, when you had your Netflix marathons. You used to do a lot of things together till one day he came to your house and told you that he had a girlfriend at first it took you by surprise but every second that passed of him talking about her your heart broke a little more. It was hard to keep a smile that evening and pretend that it didn’t affect you, but what else could you do?.
That night you went to bed crying, you weren't aware of your feelings towards him till that day, as weeks passed it was getting harder to spend time with him, and knowing that by the end of the day he was going to be with someone else, so instead of telling him how you felt and make things awkward you focus on your job and work your ass off.
You sigh “okay, I’ll go” after the waitress took your order you add “and I don’t have a crush on him” “yeah right” your friend says rolling her eyes.
By Friday noon you were already halfway to your weekend getaway you tried to keep your mind on the road, your friend was asleep next to you and you still have 3 hours to get to the cabin, let's face it you were bored so you decided to pull a little prank on y/f/n.
“y/f/n Oh god we are gonna die!!!!! watch out ahhhhh!!!!!” you scream turning the steering wheel to the sides, your friend wakes up screaming and you burst out laughing “I can’t believe you!!!!” she screams mad at you “you are the worst, you know that?” she adds slapping your arm “ouch” you said keeping your eyes on the road “you know, you are the worst, you are supposed to keep me awake” you tell her “you could have woke me up calling my name, not by giving me a fucking heart attack”, “but I was bored” you turn to her pouting “fuck you y/l/n” then she turns on the radio and Lizzo starts to sound you both look at each other smiling and start singing and dancing to the song.
Why men great 'til they gotta be great? Woo!
I just took a DNA test, turns out I'm 100% that bitch
Even when I'm crying crazy
Yeah, I got boy problems, that's the human in me
Bling bling, then I solve 'em, that's the goddess in me
You coulda had a bad bitch, non-committal
Help you with your career just a little
You're 'posed to hold me down, but you're holding me back
And that's the sound of me not calling you back
After that, the trip went fast and now you were parking your car outside the cabin, your friend rushed out to knock on the door because she had to pee but you stay a little longer taking a deep breath to calm down, then you got out the car, someone finally opens the door and your friend almost kicks the guy down “sorry got to pee” you hear her screaming, you stopped in your tracks when you notice who is at the door “Hi” Taron says smiling at you “Hi” you answered “I thought you weren’t going to come” he said scratching the back of his neck as you entered the house “someone has to take care of y/f/n” you say quickly and with that you run inside not looking at him, yup, up to a good start, not awkward at all.
You greet your friends they were happy to see you after a long time, there was a new couple between them "I can't believe you are finally together" you say excited "well, it took us a little but I couldn't resist that cute little face" she says squeezing the guy’s cheek "aww, I'm so happy for you guys" you add hugging them, turning around you see y/f/n talking with Taron and another guy that looks very familiar, she sees you and motions for you to get close, you walk to them "y/n do you remember the bodyguard" you friend says looking at you "which one?" You knew which one she was referring to but you just like to mess with her "the one on Netflix" she answered "I'm sure there is more than one" you said "the one with the really hot guy, with the accent and nice butt" she said quickly and you hear Taron and the guy laugh, then she notices what she just said to the guy beside her and you see her face getting 20 different shades of red, you smile at her, fuck she is going to kill me you think "oh, the serie, yes, I remember" you say "well this is the guy" your friend whispers clearly embarrassed "I'm Richard" he says with his Scottish accent and extends his hand to you smiling "y/n" you shake his hand "what she said is true though, you have a really nice ass" you add smiling teasingly, all of you start laughing and you feel Taron eyes on you, you look at him and he had a smile but honestly he looks a bit mad, you continue your talk with Richard he is a really nice guy (and really handsome) but you know your friend likes him so you started to turn the conversation to her and help her with him, they start talking and you are left to the side with Taron, you get nervous again, you were about to walk out of there but y/f/n stops you "wait, T is going to show us our room" she tells you "okay" you sigh and keep your eyes anywhere but him.
After Taron shows you the room you will be sharing with y/f/n, you left your bags in the room and all of you go to the Woods to explore the surrounding areas, it was breathtaking. You let the smell of grass fill your nostrils and let yourself relax at the nice feeling, it was a much need it change of air. No one was running late to work or the loud sounds of the busy city. Just the sound of the birds chirping and little creatures that live in the woods.
Walking down the path there was a river close to the house, walking a bit farther there was a tree house that had a view of the mountains. You stopped at a meadow to run around and play, suddenly, starts to rain and everyone runs back to the cabin to seek refuge from the water but you take your time, you always loved the rain, find it so relaxing when pours down, the sound that makes when hits the ground so you zip up your jacket and slowly made your way back. "I knew you were going to take your time" Taron startled you from behind "god, you scared me" you almost fall and he laughs at your reaction and helps you to steady yourself "it's not funny" you said fighting the smile making its way on your face, you walk silently together, you are so close that your shoulders bump into each other "I'm happy that you came" Taron says breaking the silence "I am too, I really miss all (mostly you) but I was busy with work and stuff" you said. Neither of you said anything else, close to the house Taron stops walking making you turn to look back at him "something wrong?" You asked, he kept silence for a while debating if he should ask "are you avoiding me?" He asks dead serious "what!! No...not at all, wha… why!? You stutter and he steps close to you "that's how it feels, we used to talk all the time but then we stopped, did I do something wrong?" He inquiries "No...we just...I don't know" you say fidgeting with your fingers not looking at him in the eyes. “We just fell apart” you finally say lifting your gaze, you couldn’t tell what he was thinking, the rain started to pour down heavily “We should get inside before we catch a cold” he says breaking the silence and you walk back to the house.
It was late at night and all of you were on the living room around the coffee table playing games as the fire of the chimney kept you warm or it was the amount of alcohol you were drinking? at this point, it didn’t matter, after a round of drinko and truth or dare, Sophie suggested playing fuck, marry and kiss with an empty bottle of beer, y/f/n was in front of you and it was her turn to spin the bottle, she turned the bottle and stopped pointing right at you, you sip your drink “y/n, fuck, marry and kill” she slurred “wait no fuck, marry and kiss mhm Hugh Jackman, Taron or Richard” she finished looking at you smiling “it’s not fair two of my options are here” you tell her “it’s your turn babe answer or drink 3 shots of tequila” she says, you were a little tipsy but didn’t want to get drunk “fuck Richard, marry Ta..no wait marry Hugh and kiss Taron” you answer, she looks at you satisfied with your answer “good answer, I would marry Hugh too” Richard whispers on your ear and you laugh, you ask the same to the next person that the bottle landed on and the game kept going again you feel Taron observing you but you didn’t let that affect you, now you were playing never have I ever, quickly turning into a nsfw game, you drink at the most boring ones but you didn’t mind as all of your friends were definitely drunk, your friend somehow got closer to Richard and ended sitting on his lap the game came to and end as most of the players passed out, you help some of them to their rooms others lay on the couch and y/f/n disappeared with Richard a while ago.
“that was fun” Taron says sitting next to you on the floor “yup” you say remarking the p “why marry Hugh and not me?” he asks taking the bottle of beer from your hand and sip from it, you looked at him in disbelieve “are you really asking me that? c’mon you know the man, he can do it all and he is funny and handsome” you say counting the things with your fingers “true” he agrees and you took the bottle back to drink “how’s been life treating you?” you nervously ask “can’t complain...just finished press tour of Rocketman now I’m back at home to spend time with my family and friends some of them I haven’t seen in a long time” he smiles down at you “looking forward to catch up with them and finally rest” he adds without noticing you start playing with his hand that was close to you drawing circles on his palm “I think you deserve it, It was a really good movie” you whisper “did you watch it?” he ask not believing you “Of course I did, I didn’t know you could sing” you stop playing with his hand and put yours in your knee and look at him “I do apparently, I used to sing but nothing serious, like in the shower type of thing” you laugh “fuck, you even got to know Elton, I hate you” you two talk for a while till you couldn’t keep your eyes open and after you yawn for the fifth time “I think you should go to sleep, love” you feel your chest flutter at the nickname, it felt so natural, and you die a little on the inside “good night” you say as you got up from the floor.
You made your way to your room but you hear the moans coming from it on the hallway “fuck” you mutter out loud, now what? you think, maybe you can squeeze yourself on the sofa?, walking back to the living you bump into Taron “is everything alright?” he asks “my roommate is kinda busy fucking Richard so I’m going to sleep here” you say looking at the already crowded couch “I don’t think that’s a good idea, there is no space here... maybe….since your roommate is fucking my roommate...we can share my bed?” Taron asks nervously “oh...I don’t want to bother you, I’ll manage something” you say quickly “nonsense you are certainly not bothering, and there is no space here, c’mon let’s go” he practically orders making you walk with him, you were lucky that it was far from the room were your friend was so you couldn’t hear a thing, getting inside the room and looking at the bed all your fears are left behind and crawl into the bed right away feeling exhausted “you are not sleeping with that right?” he asks “well all my things are in my room and I’m not going there anytime soon” you turn yourself onto your back and gaze at the ceiling crossing your arms over your chest, you hear Taron shuffling in his bag and throws a t-shirt at you “you can use that” “thanks” you mutter and went to the bathroom and change, taking off your jeans and shirt, you put his t-shirt and you smile like a teenage girl at the smell that came from it, you were short so it fits like a dress but it did lift up a little on your ass, perks of having a big booty, trying to get the t-shirt as down as possible, it didn’t, well it’s not getting any down than this you finally say, you let your hair fall freely from your ponytail, back to the room Taron was looking for something and he was shirtless, fuck that man is so hot, not wanting to get caught staring you walk to the bed and get inside humming contently with your eyes closed feeling the soft bed sheets hugging you, opening your eyes you see Taron smiling at you and got into the bed too, keeping a prudent space between you “g night” you say turning over and he turns off the light “night” you hear him “wait” he said, "before you fall asleep" you turn around and he says  “... not to freak you out but I’m a cuddler” you see his cheeks getting red even when the light was off and you laugh at his confession “good” you said turning around again, not knowing from where this kick of confidence came, you pressed your back to his chest and grab his hand to pull it around your waist and put your hand over his arm you feel his hot breath against the back of your neck as he nuzzled his head in the crock of your neck, you tangled your legs together “good night Taron” you finally say and fell sleep right away. Being held by him it was far better from anything that you ever imagined.

My comments on John Reid in Rocketman and Elton's and his' relationship [spoiler]
The scene in which they meet is actually quite sweet. John Reid has this sparkle in his eyes when he says that he likes the songs "not quite as much as the singer" and even though he is always very composed, he does seem a little bit nervous or at least excited, behind his flirty, confident attitude. It is clear from the beginning that the two of them are attracted to each other. Like a lot.
The sex scene:
What can I say? It was hot, it was steamy, it was clumsy (they spend like 20 seconds trying to open their pants and get them off). Although it wasn't as explicit or intense as some may have hoped for (at least from what I read here on tumblr), it was the right amount for the movie and it was quite respectfuly done. (Making it a bit longer wouldn't have ruined it though)
This leads us to the "Don't go breaking my heart" and "Honky Cat" scenes:
I still think it's darkly ironic that Elton is recording "don't go breaking my heart" when John enters, ready to fuck shit up. I mean, this scene is still quite cute (and hot) but I feel like it was already possible to see that John started to think more about business. Elton telling everyone to leave and take a break as he sees him enter, checking his hair and breath before adressing him - CUTE. And then being super flirty as soon as he stands in front of him.
John Reid Walking into the room/closet, giving Elton a sign with his head to follow him and then quickly pushing the door shut as they are inside. Let me tell you that makeout scene was something I never knew I needed and it was slightly kinky?!?!?! The way John says "what do you want? What do you Really want?" Made my think for a second 'okaay this is very very kinky'. But then I realized that it was probably just about him trying to become Elton's manager.
Which leads us to the honky cat scene:
I think I have been blessed. It was an amazing scene and THE SINGING!!! And the flirting. But at the same time it also marks the begining of Elton's downfall brought about mainly by John Reid: he is starting to drink, shop excessively and take drugs while John is smiling.
This was also the last scene that showed their relationship in a good light. After that it all goes downhill VERY fast.
Honestly, for someone who acts so worried about being outed, John does a lot of public flirting/ messing around with basicly everone that has a dick.
He also only thinks about the money and not Elton's well-being: when Elton tries to commit suicide, he is angry that he has to cancel a show and nothing more.
Towards the end John even seems a bit sadistic...
I never wanted to slap a character in a movie as much as I did in that moment.
To conclude, Richard Madden did a great job in my opinion. It's the first time I saw him play a villain and boy he does it so well. His chemistry with Taron is great and I can't recommend this movie enough.

Personal Assistant - Chapter One
Hey, everyone. A request for a threesome one-shot turned me wanting to write a multi-chapter story, so here it begins. Will become NSFW rather quickly. Please leave feedback, and thank you for reading!! <3
Taron x Reader x Richard
You inhaled deeply as you stepped out of your car, straightening your skirt before striding towards the door. Today was your first day as a personal assistant to actor Taron Egerton’s PA. His fame had risen so rapidly within the past few months that his PA, Connie, had decided she needed some extra help, and you two took to each other immediately in the interviewing process. You hadn’t met Taron as of yet, but you were sure you would soon enough, and as you stepped into the elevator that would take you to Taron’s suite where Connie and the rest of his crew were this morning, you tried to calm your nerves. First days are always nerve racking, this would be no different but just stay quiet, do as you’re told, you’ll be fine, you told yourself repeatedly in your head. You stepped out of the elevator and knocked on the specified door, and Connie herself opened it with a smile.
“Y/N! Come on in, thanks so much for being on time.”
“Oh, of course!” you smiled back, stepping inside as Connie closed the door. She quickly motioned around the room, casually introducing you to the rest of the crew, who all welcomed you warmly. Good, this was going well. Not as stressful as you had imagined it might be. You followed Connie to a large sofa and sat down beside her, being careful to keep a respectful distance as you perched on the edge of the sofa.
“So,” Connie began as the rest of the crew went about continuing their work and talking amongst themselves, “here’s your work phone.” She handed you a shiny new cell, the latest model of its kind. “Everyone you’re working with in this room has already had their numbers and contact info put into the phone. This will be on you at all times, night and day, never silenced. You will only use this phone for work purposes, and you can contact me at any time on it.”
You nodded as you took the phone from her. “This is what we need to have finished by the end of the week.” You were handed a few sheets of paper. “Everything is pretty cut and dried, I need you to book all these rooms and events. The people you’ll be calling have already been notified by me that we’ll be in touch to confirm reservations. That’s your job for now. Also,” she dug through her folder and pulled out a ticket, “I need you to pick up Taron’s dry cleaning as well as his tailored suits that are waiting for him downtown at Armani. On your way back, you’ll grab a coffee order for everyone, I’ll text you what to order in just a bit. Also, this is your credit card, which you already know is solely for business purposes. If there’s any unexpected charges that come up when you’re going to, for example, pick up the suits and the cashier has an extra fee for something that was not paid for originally, go ahead and use this card, just always keep the receipts and bring them to me. Okay?” she smiled, and your head reeled a bit. She had just given a lot of information in less than a couple minutes and she didn’t even seemed fazed. You smiled back as you accepted the ticket and credit card. “Got it.”
“Perfect. So I’ll let you get on with your work. Always know what time the stores close that you’ll need to be stopping at, and other than that, work on your own time, as long as we get all those reservations confirmed before the end of the week.”
Seemed easy enough, you mused. “Do you mind if I go begin my work at that table over there?” you nodded towards a glass breakfast table that sat in an upper corner of the room by a ceiling-to-floor length window. It was bright and a little ways away from the rest of the group.
“Oh, yeah, just make yourself at home.” Connie waved her hand in a casual manner as she immediately went back to the paperwork she had been working on when you had arrived. You moved yourself and your work to the table, tucking the credit card and dry cleaning ticket into your wallet before scanning the phone list where each entry had a company name, person to ask for/speak to on the phone, as well as multiple numbers for each contact. You took a breath and dialed the first one.
********************************
A couple hours later, you decided it was time for a break from phone calls and stood up to stretch. You weren’t sure if you should interrupt Connie to tell her you were going to head out to pick up the clothes and coffee, as she was in deep conversation with someone and they seemed to be having a disagreement and you didn’t want to get in the middle of that. Instead, you decided to quietly slip out and opened your phone, sending Connie a quick text saying you were getting the clothes and to send you the coffee order when it was convenient. You were stepping out of the elevator in the lobby when your phone chimed, and you sighed in relief when you saw Connie’s text: “perfect, thanks. :)”
********************************
The coffee shop Connie had told you to go to was a couple blocks down from the hotel, which wasn’t the end of the world except you were struggling to carry all the heavy clothes draped over one arm, the Armani bag hanging from the other, and two coffee holders full of hot drinks in each hand. You somehow maneuvered yourself into the elevator, pressing the floor button with your hip, and exhaled happily when you reached the door to the hotel room, “knocking” on it with your foot. One of the crew, Michael, opened the door for you, taking the coffee holders from you as you gratefully thanked him.
“Uhm, excuse me,” you said softly, “where should I put the clothes?”
“Usually Taron likes to look at them before they get hung up in the closet, there’s a display rack right inside the bedroom.” He pointed to the door, and you thanked him, heading that way and finding the rack Michael had mentioned easily. You hung up the dry cleaning and began pulling the suits out of the bag to hang them up on the empty wooden hangers to the left of the rack when you were startled by a voice behind you.
“Oh, thanks so much!”
You turned around, still holding one of the suits. Taron’s smile greeted you, and you begged yourself not to say or do anything stupid. “Oh! Hi, yeah, no problem.” Okay, that wasn’t that bad, you told yourself as you went back to hanging up the last suit.
“You’re Connie’s new assistant?” Taron asked, coming to stand next to you.
You smiled. “I am, yes.”
He extended his hand. “Taron.”
You shook it. “Y/N.”
“Very lovely to meet you, Y/N.”
Just then Connie popped her head around the corner, knocking on the wall to announce her presence. “Hey, Y/N, emergency.”
You nodded, attempting to finish putting the hanger into the coat of the suit when the wooden piece fell from your hand. Fuck. It wasn’t a huge deal, you knew, but it still irked you, especially looking clumsy on your first day and in front of both your boss and Taron. You felt the coat being taken away from you gently and looked up to see Taron nodding towards Connie. “You’re busy, I’ll take care of the suit. Thanks so much for picking everything up, Y/N.”
“Oh…of…of course,” you stammered, following Connie out of the room, willing your face not to flush.
“Hey,” Connie said quickly, beginning to explain the issue at hand. Something major had come up and she would end up needing your constant assistance tomorrow and the next day, and so she needed the reservations to be completed before midnight tonight. You eyes grew wide the tiniest bit, but you didn’t want her to think you weren’t able to get handle it.
“Done,” you said simply.
Connie smiled in relief. “You’re doing great. Be here at 6 am first thing tomorrow. Text me if you need anything.” With that, she turned on her heel and hurried back to the sofa to her work.
You suddenly felt a little uncomfortable in this room full of strangers, and you approached Connie quietly. “I’m sorry to interrupt, but would it be alright if I finished the phone calls elsewhere?”
‘Yeah, that’s fine. Just get it done.” Connie did her little wave thing that basically meant “whatever, just leave me alone.”
************************************
You hung up the phone, sighing loudly as you glanced at the clock. 11:54 p.m. You had made it, you realized with relief. Every reservation confirmed. You checked off the final one on the list and groggily stood up to get ready for bed.
*************************************
You woke up at 4:30 a.m. to the chiming of your work cell, blinking back against the bright light as you glanced at the screen. “Coffee order enclosed, the shop opens at 5:30.” You groaned at the text from Connie, wanting to get some more sleep especially since you had gone to bed so late, but you knew you wanted to look your best for work and it took a good thirty minutes to drive to the hotel where you had to be at, so you forced yourself awake as you read through the coffee order and padded into the bathroom, hoping a hot shower would stir up the senses a bit.
An hour later, you were the first in line at the coffee shop. You still felt exhausted but your excitement for the second day of work was helping you push through. You had worn your favorite baby blue skirt suit today, which made you feel pretty, and you glanced at your reflection in the window of the shop, tucking a loose hair behind your ear as you picked up the drink carriers and began your two block walk to the hotel.
You made it up to the room, knocking on the door using your foot again. Silence. Confused, you set down one of the carriers and looked at your phone to see if Connie had changed the meeting place, but upon not seeing anything, you sent a quick text. “I’m here.” You pressed send as you knocked again, this time with your fist, then picked up the second coffee carrier again. Your phone chimed at the exact moment the door opened slightly, and you were taken aback by seeing a half-asleep Taron peeping through the crack. You both stared at each other for a moment, confusion taking over, but then he opened the door a bit wider as he laid his head sleepily on the doorframe.
“Y/N.” He smiled, his morning voice breathy with a hint of rasp.
“I, uhh, I’m so sorry, I thought I was supposed to meet Connie here.” You stumbled over your words as you glanced down to notice he was only wearing a pair of sweatpants, and you forced your eyes to stay on his face, embarrassed. Your phone chimed again.
“Here,” Taron took one of the coffee holders from you, chuckling. “I bet that’s Connie panicking that she forgot to tell you she would be at a different location.”
You looked at your phone. “I don’t see you?” the first text read, followed by, “OH shit! I’m so stupid, I forgot to tell you that we’re meeting at my place this morning!” As you finished reading the second text, a third one came in with an address, followed by a fourth. “So freaking sorry, Y/N. Don’t knock on the door at the hotel, you’ll wake Taron.”
“Too late?!” you wanted to text back. Instead, “On my way,” you typed quickly, then looked apologetically at the half-naked, half-awake man standing in front of you. “I am so sorry,” you began, reaching for the coffee.
Taron chuckled again, running a hand through his hair. “Not to worry, you woke me from a shit nightmare anyway.” He smiled. “I’ll see you later, Y/N.” He began closing the door, then paused before completely shutting it. “Nice suit.”
The door shut and you heard the lock click in place. You thought you might start crying or raging or….just….something. Okay, just get the fuck to Connie’s place and everything will be fine, you told yourself, basically running back to your car, carefully placing the drink holders in the floor of the back seat to negate any spills, as you sped to the correct destination, the image of Taron burned into your mind and making you not really want to think about anything else.
Connie had been insanely apologetic when you had arrived, and you tried to act like it wasn’t a big deal, making sure to avoid any mention of waking Taron. You figured Connie wouldn’t actually be upset about that, since it had been an honest mistake, but she already seemed stressed out and on-edge this morning so you didn’t want to push your luck. There were twice as many people at Connie’s place as there had been at Taron’s the day before, and you found out that he and Richard Madden had decided to work on a short film together with the plan to premiere it at Cannes the following year, and so Richard’s crew was busy planning and working out the kinks with Taron’s crew. You were quickly introduced to all the people you hadn’t met the day before, and work began.
Two hours, a few dozen emails and phone calls and a large black coffee later, you rubbed your temples and tried to breathe. This was absolutely crazy. You didn’t know all the details, as you were just there to cover what Connie didn’t have time to, but basically it seemed that Richard and Taron had planned this last-minute and there were issues with funding and the studio having sufficient stage room, etc. It was all overwhelming and since you were super green when it came to how films were made, you tried not to think too much about it and just focus on your work.
Richard’s PA stood up, loudly announcing he had news. “Richard’s plane is landing in forty minutes, and he wants to be involved in talking to the execs and helping us get things pushed through. Connie, would Taron be game to join?” Upon seeing her nod, the PA said he’d confirm the meeting place and would send texts out accordingly.
A little while later, everyone was back at the hotel where Richard had booked the largest suite the building offered to accommodate everyone who needed to be present. You settled on the end of one of the sofas, wanting to stay out of the way of those who were leading the meeting. Richard had opened the door for everyone upon arrival, and even though you hadn’t met him directly, he smiled kindly at you as you had stepped inside, making eye contact for a second longer than you would have expected. You tried not to stare, of course, but for some reason you were mildly fascinated with the way Richard’s hair had a silver streak in it -
“Hello again!” a cheerful voice brought you back to reality. Taron sat down on the couch arm right next to you, smiling cheekily. Your heart skipped a beat, both from surprise and also from embarrassment from earlier that morning.
“Hi,” you smiled shyly. You hadn’t seen him come in, so you assumed he must have been in another room when you arrived.
“I’m about to make some tea, would you like some?” Taron offered. You weren’t exactly sure what to do, since technically you were the one supposed to get drinks and snacks when people wanted them -
“Don’t overthink it.” Taron broke through your thoughts, winking at you. “It’s just tea.”
You let out a small laugh. “Yeah, alright, tea would be great. Thank you.” Taron headed to the kitchen area, and you realized you’d never been in a room this large and fancy before. You leaned back into the sofa in an attempt to relax a little when you noticed Richard on the other end of the room, staring at you. You shot him a small smile before your eyes went to stare at the carpet, still aware of his soft eyes looking your way for a moment longer before being distracted by his PA coming over to talk to him. Taron returned, handing your cup to you.
You sipped the warm liquid as everyone began settling down to start the meeting, Taron choosing to remain next to you on the sofa arm.
“I’m, uhh, sorry again,” you said softly, referring to earlier that morning.
“No harm done.” Taron lightly traced a finger along the seam of your suit that connected the arm to the shoulder. Your eyes followed his fingers before looking up at him, and his eyes met yours. “This really is a beautiful color on you, Y/N.”

Opening Scene. Int. A cheery maisonette in Muswell Hill, London. Saturday evening. Three roommates are sitting in the reception room, the evening sun pouring through the window, casting a warm glow. Two roommates are idly chatting and watching the telly, while the third roommate furiously types away -
“Hey!” Jules’ voice interrupted my thoughts, mid-type. “No working! It’s a Saturday. We’re going to go out and have fun!” she said.
“I’m not working!” I insisted, quickly hitting the save button and closing my laptop.
“Yeah right, it’s all you do,” Mary agreed.
“Well, I’ve just landed this position and I want to show I can excel at it,” I said, feeling the need to defend myself. But I truly hadn’t been working on a script, at least not for work.
“And I actually like my job, unlike you lot,” I added cheekily as Jules tossed a couch pillow at me.
“Look, we all know how brillo you are! They wouldn’t have promoted you if they didn’t think it too,” she smiled. “But you also need to have some fun once in a while.”
“Yeah, yeah,” I said with a grin. “So what did you have in mind?”
“Well, Jules and I were thinking of checking out this really fun place on Kingsland High Street …” Mary started.
“Yeah, it’s a karaoke bar and the hosts for the evening are drag queens!” Jules added with an excited squeal. “How fun will that be?”
“Uhh, you guys know I don’t sing!” I protested.
“Well you can just be a killjoy, but you’re still coming with us,” Jules replied, taking my laptop and shoving it under the couch cushion for good measure.
“Come on, then,” Mary grinned, pulling me to my feet and dragging me along to my room so I could start getting ready. After some deliberation I finally chose to wear a simple black dress over a black-and-white checkered button-down shirt. Minimalist was the way to go so I wouldn’t grab anyone’s attention, lest they try to pull me up on stage with them. I kept my makeup neutral except for a bright pink lippy and tousled my hair before deeming myself “night-on-the-town” worthy.
My friends, it would turn out, decided to make this process a lot more time-consuming. So with time to kill, I dug my laptop out from under the couch cushion, disturbing Tim, Mary’s cat, who had been stretched out and sleeping. I apologized by giving him an extra scratch behind the ears, to which he simply meowed at me indignantly and then returned to his nap.
“Suit yourself, Tim,” I giggled, perching on the ottoman and opening my laptop again. I’d set my desktop background as one of the pictures from my Tesco run-in with Taron two months ago, and it never failed to make me smile.
Of course my friends and I had gone over every single detail of the interaction, in great length and with a lot of wine. I’d still not been able to share the experience online, partly because I didn’t want crazier fans then me to feel the need to stalk him in places like the supermarket. Taron had been kind and friendly, of course, but at the heart of it, he was just going about his life like any of us might. Being famous wasn’t an invitation to intrude upon his life in that way.
Still, as I looked at the photo, I couldn’t help but daydream a little about what could have been. Could a chance, simple encounter really turn into more?
“That’s what you’re wearing?” Jules asked, breaking into my reverie, standing in front of me with her hands on her hips. “You’ll totally blend in… with the furniture!”
“That’s the point, Jules. I’m not changing, so can we just get this over with already?” I whined slightly.
“You will have fun, so help me!” Jules replied as Mary sashayed into the room as well, playfully tossing her hair about. Both of my roommates were in bright colorful dresses; I looked like the drab au pair next to them, but I didn’t mind. We were in high spirits as we locked up our flat and made our way to the tube, my friends awkwardly tottering on their heels and me making fun of them for their impractical footwear.
The transit to Kingsland High was uneventful, and soon we were standing before the neon sign of the Karaoke Hole. A few people were standing outside, smoking or just talking, and we could hear the strains of music and laughter filtering outside.
We had to get our ID’s checked at the front before walking into the neon-lit bar, immediately besieged by the amount of glitter in the room. And feathers. And neon. And basically every wild, outrageous piece of clothing someone could adorn their body with. I suddenly felt very much out of place and as conspicuous as I had been trying not to be.
We quickly ordered drinks, giggling over the names of the various cocktails in the LGBTQ+ friendly venue. Oh, this could be a fun night after all. The booths were all full, and we hadn’t made a booking, so I was truly grateful I’d chosen a pair of sensible flats for the standing-room night. The karaoke was already in full swing, and the hosts were engaging and welcoming to everyone there.
Jules, Mary and I were caught up in the joy of it, cheering right along with everyone for each singer or group that braved the stage. But there was no way I was getting up on that stage, even with my roomies begging me to go with them. I waved and cheered as loud as anyone as Mary and Jules stepped up to the stage, microphones in hand, looking every bit the stars I knew my roomies to be as they launched into a flamboyantly off-key version of Gloria Gaynor’s “I Will Survive.”
I stood around, taking in the packed crowd, men and women of all stripes and colors here just to have a good time. It genuinely filled me with happiness to see everyone getting along, like we’d all been invited to the same exclusive party.
When my friends returned to me, breathless and giggling, I was sure to congratulate them profusely, overblowing it on purpose until Mary told me good-naturedly to shut up. I snickered and finished my drink as the first notes of a song I instantly recognized blared out, and my eyes instantly snapped to the stage in hope. But the person about to sing George Michael’s “Faith” wasn’t who I hoped it to be, even though I knew it was completely silly of me to think I’d have a second chance to meet Taron. Still, a girl could hope, right?
Embarrassed by my private disappointment, I mumbled something to Jules and Mary about needing another drink, and politely pushed my way between sweaty glittering bodies to the bar. I had to fairly clamber onto a stool and lean over the bartop to yell my order to the bartender over the enthusiastic rendition coming from the speakers.
“I could sing it better,” someone to my right said, and I nearly fell off the stool the second I recognized that accent.
“Excuse me?” I laughed, spinning around to face the person who was most certainly the object of my fangirl dreams.
“That’s my song. I always sing it,” Taron smirked lightly. If he recognized me at all (which I mean, how could he?), he didn’t let on.
“What are you gonna do, go up there and show him up?” I teased as the bartender placed my cocktail in front of me. I took a couple sips and savored it for a moment, also secretly checking out Taron over the rim of the glass in the process.
“Ahh, haven’t had enough drinks yet. And I’m not an arse,” he grinned, waving his empty bottle at the bartender to indicate he’d like another.
“This time it’s on me,” I said, tossing a couple bills on the bartop as the bartender handed Taron another beer. His green eyes looked sweetly baffled at me below the brim of the hat he was wearing, and my heart sank just a tiny bit. So no, he didn’t remember who I was, I thought to myself.
“Well, enjoy your night,” I said, smiling and trying to pass it off as me just being an overly generous person. I hopped off the stool and turned to go back to my friends, but he reached over and tapped me on the arm, leaning in close to me to speak as the bar volume suddenly jumped. I realized I could feel his breath on my skin, and I tried not to gasp.
“I didn’t buy you a coffee as a quid pro quo, Jessica,” he said, and I didn’t even correct him on my name as my heart nearly stopped beating and reality slammed back into me. He actually remembered me, I thought stupidly, shocked into speechlessness for a moment. I suddenly felt my world tilt just a little, and everyone felt way too close. The music was too loud, and the lights were far too bright. Maybe it was the alcohol, maybe it was the proximity of Taron, or maybe just my general anxiety, but I suddenly felt like I had no air to breathe. Taron said something, but I couldn’t make out the words.
“I…I’ll be right back,” I managed to stammer, before making a mad dash for the door, weaving between people until I could push the door open and nearly fell flat on my face tripping over the steps on the way to the sidewalk. I rushed past some people smoking near the entrance, who glanced at me and then went back to their conversation, before leaning against a light pole and sucking in huge breaths of air, trying to calm myself down.
Angry at myself and embarrassed over my panic didn’t even remotely begin to describe how I felt at that moment, moving through emotions too fast to even process them. And nothing had even happened, not really, other then Taron having an unusually impeccable memory. I really needed to get a grip on myself. I pulled my phone out of my purse, which had been slung around my body, ready to text Jules and Mary to come out and rescue me as I surely couldn’t face Taron again, when the door swung open and he made a beeline over to me.
“Are you okay?” he asked gently, keeping his distance until he was sure I could handle it.
“Just peachy,” I breathed, making him tilt his head again.
“Is that a particular phrase said in the States?” he asked, willing to distract me from whatever had caused my panic.
“Uh, yeah, I suppose so,” I said, even managing to laugh a little. “It’s painful how American I still am, isn’t it? I’ve been living here a year already!”
“It’s not so bad. Where you’re from is an important part of who you are,” he said sweetly, stepping a bit closer as he could see me relaxing. “I’d never want to take that away from someone.”
“You’re really … real, aren’t you, Taron Egerton?” I laughed softly, knowing that probably didn’t make any sense to him, but he stayed quiet, allowing me time to elaborate. “I mean, just as sweet and kind in person as everyone thinks you are. That’s kind of rare.”
“Thank you, I… That’s generous of you,” he said, closing his eyes and nodding his head in that way he did when he was humbled by a compliment.
“Well, I mean it. First you save my brown sauce, then you rescue me from panicking over nothing. I’m beginning to rack up quite a tab,” I joked.
“Hmmm, that’s a bit of a problem, innit?” he said, slowly smirking at me again. “I suppose you could repay it by having you and your mates join me and my mates at our booth. We’ve plenty of room,” he said, giving me his most winsome gaze, his eyes passing over me head to toe. I was grateful for the shadows cast by the street light, as I’m sure I was a bright shade of scarlet.
“Can’t say no to that, now can I?” I smiled, biting my lip slightly as he reached out and offered his hand to me in a gesture of support. I slipped my hand in his, noting that he threaded his fingers with mine as he led me back inside.
We quickly found Jules and Mary dancing together, clearly a bit drunk, and who hadn’t even noticed I’d been missing. Great friends, those, I thought cheekily. When Jules saw Taron and me holding hands, she made a big show of it, pointing to our hands and then giving me a cheesy thumbs up. I would have felt embarrassed but Taron didn’t give me the chance, leading the three of us to the booth he and his friends had commandeered. He introduced us to a few people whose names I’d definitely forget later, then returned to the bar to replace our abandoned drinks.
When he’d returned, he slid into the booth next to me, so close that his thigh was directly against mine. And it was warm, very warm. I was distracted by the sensation for a moment, then chided myself and blushed, as if my thoughts had been posted on an electronic sign above my head for all to read. Still, those kinds of thoughts weren’t going to help me survive the night sitting next to Taron, so I tried my best to be chill, starting with downing my cocktail way too fast.
Jules and Mary had no problem joining the conversation with Taron’s friends, and I did my best to chime in when I could, getting a few laughs out of the table. More drinks and badly sung songs ensued until Taron drummed his hands on the table. “Only one person hasn’t yet gone up on stage,” he said, turning to me as his friends all “ooohh’d” at me.
“Oh no, no no no. I don’t sing,” I replied, trying to kibosh that whole idea before it started.
“Oh come on, love, it can’t be that bad,” Taron chuckled, clearly feeling buzzed himself at this point. He took his hat off and plopped it on my head. “You’ll be a star,” he grinned, dragging out the word.
“I can’t go up there by myself,” I replied, desperately trying to come up with some reason other than that I was massively afraid to stand in front of all those people. “I have laryngitis!” I said, unable to keep a straight face at that as everyone else cracked up. I clearly needed to work on my lying game.
“Here, I’ll bargain with you,” Taron said, putting an arm around my shoulders lazily. “You and me. We’ll go up there together, and we’ll just have some fun, yeah? Forget everyone else in the room. I’ve got you,” he said, his eyes slightly glittering in the dark of the bar. I knew he’d said all of this just for my benefit, and it was getting difficult to turn him down. I looked over at Mary and Jules, both of whom knew about my anxiety. But they were both nodding their heads, trying to encourage me to overcome it.
So I agreed, against my better judgment. I quickly finished my cocktail, hoping that the liquid courage would kick in, and let Taron drag me up to the stage. We debated over a song for a little bit while waiting our turn, landing on something I actually knew by heart, so at least I wouldn’t be tripping over the words and embarrassing myself further.
When our names were announced and we hopped up on the stage, our group of friends burst into ridiculous cheers, which made me blush some more and nearly want to bolt, but Taron was still holding my hand and it anchored me a bit. “Don’t look out there. Forget about them. Just focus on me,” he whispered, so I took a deep breath and did my best to take his advice. It wasn’t hard to focus on Taron, who looked almost rugged with his black blazer and stubble, his hair a bit flattened down from the hat that I was now wearing. It somehow made him look even more adorable, but I don’t think he could have looked anything less to me.
Our music started and Taron instantly lit up, the performer in him living for moments like these. My only hope was simply to survive. We’d chosen Elton John’s duet with Kiki Dee, the ever-catchy “Don’t Go Breaking My Heart.” Taron, bless his soul, did everything he could to get me to loosen up, and it somehow worked. I wasn’t glued to the monitor screen because I knew the words, and eventually even I was dancing a little bit with him, clearly being outshone but at least looking like I wasn’t totally out of my element. By the end of the song, I was beyond grateful to leave the stage, but also proud of myself for actually going through with it.
Taron grabbed me around my middle and cutely hugged me, picking me up off my feet and swinging me around slightly in his excitement over what we’d just done. “That was so good! I had no idea you had pipes on you like that!” he grinned, knocking his hat askew on my head a bit.
“I never said I can’t sing, only that I don’t,” I laughed, caught up in his excitement and the effects of alcohol.
“Well you really should more often,” he smiled, pulling me close so that he could fix the hat before dropping his hands down to my shoulders and staring at me for one awkward moment, as if he wanted to put them elsewhere but decided against it. “You have really beautiful eyes, has anyone told you that?” he asked.
“Not...not really, thank you,” I said, totally stunned as we stood there, the flow of the crowd around us totally forgotten. For that moment, it was just Taron and me.
But then the moment passed, and whatever he had thought to say, or do, he decided against.
I felt a pinprick of disappointment as he led me back to the table, ordering another round of shots for the table as everyone greeted me back with congratulations and praise that I had a half-decent voice. I gave them all smiles and tried to entertain Mary and Jules’ texts about how cute we had looked up on the stage together.
We all chatted some more and took the most ridiculous pictures with each other and the night wore on, Taron at times resting a hand on my knee, or even leaning his head against my shoulder, but making no further moves and I half-wondered if this was just how he was when he’d drunk far too much.
I got up to go to the bathroom, badly needing to pee at that point, and stewing on what Taron’s actions could possibly mean. It couldn’t be because he was attracted to me, I decided, especially as I’d chosen the most boring outfit in the world. At least his hat did something for my overall aesthetic, I thought, looking at myself in the mirror. My eyeliner had smudged a bit but didn’t look overall bad. I sighed and pushed my way into a stall, realizing once I sat down that I’d totally left my phone on the table. Jules was notorious for hacking my social media with stupid posts, especially when she was drunk.
Once I’d washed up and returned to the table, it hit me that I was absolutely knackered. I nearly stumbled, into Taron no less, trying to get back into the booth. “Guys, I so need to call it a night,” I said, unable to stop the yawn that escaped. Jules and Mary had been whispering and giggling together, but had stopped when I’d returned. If I hadn’t been so drunk myself, I would have been suspicious.
“You’re sure you need to go, darling?” Taron asked me, looking like he needed to find a place to pass out himself.
“Mmm yeah and I think you should too,” I smiled, trying to hand him his hat back, but he shook his head.
“Keep it, it’s a consolation prize,” he said, winking at me and making my insides melt. If there’s one thing I can tell you, Taron Egerton could stop traffic with that wink of his.
“You’re absolutely ridiculous,” I giggled, stuffing my phone back in my purse. “Thank you for the fun night. It was really, really great.” And you’re bloody gorgeous, I thought drunkenly, glad those words didn’t leave my mouth.
“The pleasure has been all mine,” Taron smiled, nodding to the rest of his group as Jules and Mary and I managed to extricate ourselves from the booth without breaking an ankle. We all took our good-byes, making empty promises to hang out again some time, and Taron escorted us outside and helped flag down a taxi for us. He was a gentleman through and through. He offered hugs to the three of us, maybe hugging onto me a little longer than was necessary, and made sure we were safely in the cab and on our way before returning to the bar. My last image of him was his hand raised in a half-wave, his crooked smile fading into the darkness.
By the time we arrived back at our flat, my head was absolutely pounding. Mary shook me to rouse me from my stupor, half-slumped against the cab door and probably not remotely attractive at all. The street light outside hurt my eyes, and I was starting to get grumpy that I wasn’t already safely tucked in my bed.
“You always do this! I hate your grump stage, it’s such a bummer!” Jules complained, tearing off her dress and dumping it in our main room.
Mary shook her head at our roommate’s exhibitionist streak and quickly took me by the shoulders and escorted me to our shared bathroom. “Just take a bath and relax and you’ll feel better, promise,” she smiled, as if she’d done this many times before.
“Okay, mom,” I playfully whined, dumping my purse on the counter, my phone falling out onto the floor. I bent over to pick it up, swearing slightly and hoping I hadn’t cracked the screen, which had lit up showing my notifications. My eyes went wide as I noticed a text and I screamed, bringing Jules running, crowding into the small bathroom with us.
“WHAT IS THIS?” I yelled, shoving the phone in their faces. There, clearly visible on the screen, was a text message reading <Had a lovely night with you. Until next time, -T.>
“Oh, that,” Jules said offhandedly, as she and Mary exchanged glances with each other.
“Well, when you went to the bathroom, …” Mary began.
“I knew you wouldn’t do it yourself!” Jules interjected.
Mary squealed at that. “So when are you going to text him back?” she asked.
“Not with both of you breathing down my neck!” I laughed in a dazed manner, shooing them both out of the bathroom. “I love you guys,” I said, giving them the biggest smile.
“Love you back,” Mary said, making a heart with her hands while Jules just blew me a kiss, still only dressed in her skivvies.
I closed the door and sank down to the floor, staring at the text until my phone screen went blank again. I took a deep sigh and opened the message back up, my fingers hovering over the keys for a moment. <I had the best time. Hope you got home safe. -J> I set my phone aside and started the water, deciding on a quick shower instead of a bath. Once I was clean and feeling slightly better, I brushed my teeth, swallowed a couple painkillers, put on my jammies and nestled under the covers. I peeked at my phone again, half-afraid that there wouldn’t be a text back or it’d turn out to be a wrong number, even if that didn’t make sense as he’d texted me first.
My fears were proven false, though, as I had another text waiting for me. I opened it nervously. <You really think I’m bloody gorgeous?> I stared for a moment at the text, before throwing my head back and having to laugh. I definitely couldn’t trust myself when I was drunk, that’s for certain.
<I’ll ask sober me in the morning> I sent back with a winky face emoji before setting my phone aside for the night. My head was still pounding and I badly needed to sleep, no matter how tempting it would be to text Taron all hours of the night.
From first contact to the second, I’d been given hope. Not that I was the perfect girl for Taron, or for anyone for that matter. But he’d seen me enough to care, maybe even to like me. And that was a future I’d be all too happy to wake up to the next morning.
Keep reading - Part 3

Note
This may be spread across multiple asks & you're more than welcome to share these public since I'm not giving any real info away: I'm currently working on a feature film where I'm a featured extra so I get to interact with cast & crew more than an average extra. I took my phone with me to the hair & makeup trailer because the woman there has an AMAZING playlist which just pumps everyone up for the morning, she's a brilliant human too, I adore her. One morning she was playing a really cool song +
and I like to Google Voice Search it so I can add it to my iPod later, old school I know. On this day, my phone decided to mess up & freeze. She happened to look at my phone which was stuck on the home screen. My phone background is that photo of Taron with the star glasses leaning on the piano. She clocked it and went "Someone is a Taron fan?" And I got really embarrassed.
I said "No, no, hear me out" to where she laughed & I continued with "I can actually explain this. A friend of mine is a really big Taron fan, for a few years she's being saying how handsome he is & I would just be like "Hahah yeah" but I don't think he's that good looking. He's an average sort of bloke. I got a phone call back in August to see if I'd be available to be a part of Rocketman & I wasn't too sure if this was a bogus thing so I googled it & saw he was a part of it, so I thought fuck it, if I get the job, I can see what this guy is like for myself, and I did get it, and I got more or a rolethan other people there, people actually stopped talking to me which broke my heart.
We'd been there since 3am & all the friends I'd made stopped talking to me by 2pm. But anyway, Taron introduced himself, shared some jokes, had a bit of banter, danced, shared lunch. I thought he was a really nice guy. He's dressed like Elton so I couldn't really tell the attractiveness. I told my friend this & she said I have to watch Kingsman now. So I got the movies & now I've ended up with a stupid crushon him." The makeup lady replied "That's so sweet! Tarons really nice, isn't he? I actually did the Rocketman reshoots with him but I was more excited because I'm a massive Elton John fan." So we spoke the rest of that morning about Elton John etc.
Anyway, the last day of filming for now arrives & she went "Oh! I was meant to say, I found some pictures of Taron for you." And she brings out her phone & opens up photos & shows me behind the scenes pictures from not only from Rocketman butalso The Breach music video, AND Legend. She was his only hair & makeup lady. She did crowd on Rocketman. I told her how my Mum & I always watch Legend when my dad's away since we both love Tom Hardy but never realised it was Taron. I then told her "If you work with him again, please don't say about how I'm crushing on him now ahah" and she promised not too. Would be amazing to work with her and him at the same time though 😂
Thank you for sharing! This is a great story. I’m still so jealous you got to work with him during Rocketman. What a lovely coincidence with this woman!

Skate America Ladies SP Pt 1
And we are back for the marquee (?) event, the Ladies. Also, quick reminder that tomorrow I’ll be at Fandemic Comic Con and won’t be able to do recaps until tomorrow night if I’m even conscious and not totally exhausted but I will do my best.
On a second bright note, I found out tonight that Nathan’s long is to the soundtrack of my favorite movie this year, Rocketman! I love Elton John and Taron Egerton’s singing and acting in the movie is A+. He’s also using the rap part of P!nk and Logic’s cover of Benny and the Jetts. I’m so excited! I love all the songs and I can’t wait to see what he does.
Now for the ladies. This will be an interesting competition. One of the baby Russian jumping beans is making her senior debut. Karen Chen is returning to competition and of course, Tennell is competing. And they are already touting her consistency which I find funny since she didn’t have a clean competition last year (notice I said competition, not programs). Doesn’t really matter, the Russians will likely run her over. Anyway, let’s get it started. Here we go!
Christy Leung starts us off. She’s making her senior debut. We’ll have a lot of that the first couple of competitions. Like most newbies on the senior circuit, she needs a little refining. She’s got potential. She’s trying to sell her program which I like seeing for someone so young. I don’t think I like this program though. It’s a little old fashioned for her and I like vintage things. Not a bad start. Not great by any means but not a complete disaster. She’s got some growing but the potential is there.
Amber Glenn is the first American lady. I’m going to call her a warhorse but I mean it in a good way! She has competed and flirted with the top for years and despite not quite reaching it, she keeps trying. Apparently, it’s only her second year on the Grand Prix circuit but she’s competed at Nationals for years or at least it feels like it. Is this her year? I’m not a fan of the color of her dress. Double footed the triple toe of her combo. She’s got a lot of power. She’s doing well. I still feel she needs a strong, rocking program that would highlight her skills better but she’s obviously feeling this program. Nice. She did a great job. Not bad score, about what most of the American women score.
Veronik Mallet has struggled for years. This is her first Grand Prix since 2016 and is appropriately skating to True Colors. I like her intro choreography. Solid jumping, not as difficult but she’s doing very well. This will be a good confidence booster for her going forward. She’s very pleasant to watch, not the fastest and not the best dancer but she’s makes it work.
Karen Chen is finally competing again. She has always been a pretty skater but plagued by nerves. What is with all the pop ballads as the short programs this year? Doubles the second planned triple. This is a very pretty program, nice choreography. She’s still got fast spins. I love seeing spirals again. She still needs a little more confidence, but not bad for her first competition in over a year. She’s into 1st for now. Not a bad start.
Side note, I love how the stream keeps switching between the NBC broadcast and the normal stream. Like just, all of sudden you get the commentators back in the middle of their kiss ‘n cry.
I don’t remember Mako Yamashita from last year, but again bad memory. I like her costume. She’s struggling. I don’t like the music. There’s no musicality to it and it seems very hard to skate to. Must have been hard to choreograph. She doesn’t have any speed either. Definitely not a good program at all. Ouch.
And now for the long awaited debut of Anna Shcherbakova. She is the Russian National champion betting Alina and Evengia last season and has dominated the junior levels. She has also started(?) the quad revolution in the ladies juniors. She is finally of age (just wait for the others and Alysa Liu to hit the minimum age). No quad this program though. Lots of leg grabbing. She needs to work on her extensions and point her toes. She has a lot of speed, but little connection to the music, something I find in a lot of Russian skaters. Oh she just fell on her step sequence. Silly mistake but it happens a lot. She’s not happy at all. She’s a perfectionist. Not a bad debut at all though. I look forward to seeing what she’s like when she’s really on. Her coach scares me. Not as high as I would have thought.
And now for the second group!

Internship
Request: This was a request from the wonderful @ttdlg . Can you write a Taron x Reader where the reader is an intern (for a real bitch) at a movie set for a Taron film? The girls boss doesn’t want her to go near Taron bc she (the boss) is secretly in love with him. Thank you! Love you!
Word Count: 1813
This was it! Your first day as an intern on an actual movie set. You hadn't met who you were interning for yet, you just hoped that they weren't someone you would grow to hate. The way your luck went though, they would be exactly that.
You were sitting down in an office waiting for your boss to come and get you. While you waiting for them to arrive, you looked through your paper work making sure everything was in order.
"Y/N Y/L/N?" you heard someone call.
"Oh yes, that's me!" You chimed back.
"Good you're here. Now come with it." You quickly packed up your paperwork, jumped off your seat and followed the woman who had called your name.
You just took a stab and assumed that this was the person who you would be interning for. "My name is Lilly and you'll be my intern for the duration of this movie."
Bingo!
"If it's alright to ask, who is going to be in this movie?"
Lilly suddenly stopped and turned to you with a stern look, "You will find out in due time." She kept walking at a fast pace.
Double bingo for the fact that Lilly seems like a bitch and by the end of the internship, you will most likely end up hating her. You let out a sigh and continued to try and keep up with her.
After half an hour of Lilly barking orders at you, you noticed a guy walk onto set. Your eyes almost bulged out of your head when you realised who it was.
Lilly was snapping her fingers in front of your face, "Earth to y/n! Did you even hear a word I said just now?!"
You shook your head, "Uh no. Sorry Lilly." Your eyes shot back to the guy who walked on set.
She followed the direction of your eyes, "Listen to this y/n. You are to go no where near Taron Egerton at any point in time. Understand?"
You looked Lilly in the eyes and nodded your head.
"Good! Now let's keep moving." She demanded.
As you were walking, you walked past Taron and your eyes connected for a few seconds. He gave you a smile, you gave him a shy one back and looked away. Staying away from him might be a little harder than you originally thought if he continues to smile at you like that every time you saw him.
You'd only been on the job a couple of hours and you couldn't get Taron out of your head. You hadn't even met the man properly and he was all you could think about. Was it wrong he was on your mind?
Lilly had to leave for a bit so you were keeping an eye on things while she was gone. You were writing something down, when a voice from behind you startled you.
"Oh I'm sorry. I didn't mean to scare you. I just remembered seeing you earlier so I thought I'd come over and introduce myself. I'm Taron."
Your eyes went wide. Lilly had told you to stay away from him. Technically though, he had come up to you.
You didn't want to seem rude so you introduced yourself to him once your eyes had gone back into your head.
"I'm y/n," You gave him a smile that quickly disappeared, "Look I'm sorry but I really need to go! If my boss catches me with you, she'll shoot me!" You blurted before practically running away from Taron. Before you could get anywhere though, Taron had grabbed your arm.
"Your boss doesn't have to know though."
You looked into his gorgeous blue/green orbs, "You obviously haven't met my boss," That's when you heard the door open and close. The clicking of the heels on the floor told you that it was Lilly headed your way. "That's her Taron! I need to go! Please!" He let go of your arm and watched you run away from him.
Then Taron heard her voice.
"Taron! I'm so glad that I ran into you."
Lilly!
He felt as though she stalked him from one movie set to the next. Then it clicked. She must be your boss as you ran away just before she came over.
"Lilly! You're on one of my movie sets again." Taron mentioned through gritted teeth.
"Why wouldn't I be?" She smiled.
"After the way things ended between us I didn't think you would."
Lilly just laughed, "Of course I would silly! It wouldn't matter how things ended between us." She reached out to touch his arm.
Taron forced a smile, "It was great to see you again Lilly but I've got to run back to set." Lilly kissed Taron on the cheek before he left.
She didn't care how things ended between the two of them, it wasn't going to stop her loving him. Even if you didn't know it.
You were going through the list that Lilly had given you when you heard her coming up behind you. "I was just going through your list to make sure that I had done everything you've asked." You informed her as you turned around to look at her.
"Good. Make sure it is done before you go home."
"Of course Lilly."
Once you had finished all of your jobs, you started to get your things together and head home. Before you even made it off the set, you felt someone grab your arm and pull you into an unfamiliar place.
"What-?" You started.
A hand went to your mouth, "Shh y/n! It's just me."
You slowly turned around, as the hand left your mouth, to see that it was Taron. Your eyes went wide for the second time that day. "Taron what are you doing?! I told you that we-?"
"Y/n look. I know why you don't want to be seen with me."
"Oh you do, do you?"
Taron just smiled at you, "It's Lilly," your eyes went wider. "It's alright y/n. I don't care! Her and me are in the past."
Your eyes found their way back into your head again and you looked at Taron, confused. He just smiled back at you. "Don't worry about her and go out with me."
Your mouth was moving but nothing was coming out. Since you couldn't find your voice, you just smiled back at him and nodded your head.
"Excellent," Taron smiled, "Let me have your number and I'll get into contact with you to organise something."
As you got your phone out of your bag, you gave Taron a worried look, "Can we keep this on the downlow though? I don't exactly want to get fired just yet."
Taron laughed, "That's fine. I wouldn't want you fired yet either. It'd mean that I wouldn't get to see your pretty face.
You felt your face go red, "Thanks I guess."
Taron's hand went your face and smiled, "We won't let her stop us."
You looked into his blue/green orbs and smiled at him. He seemed as though he'd be a good guy to get to know so you weren't going to let Lilly stop that.
Taron took your phone from your hand, added his number and rang himself so then he had yours. "I'll text you later." He kissed you on the cheek before leaving to head back onto set.
You exited the door to leave set and headed home with a smile on your face the whole way there.
The next couple of weeks was spent with you and Taron exchanging looks, smiles and the occasional text without Lilly catching onto the both of you. The whole situation made you a little tense but it was also exciting for you. Who else could say they were sneaking around their boss' back with Taron Egerton?
You realised that very soon the movie was going to wrap and it was making you feel upset. You let out a sad sigh as you were sitting down for lunch.
"Hey y/n, what's wrong?" Came Taron's voice from down the hall.
You looked up at him and gave him a sad smile, "What's going to happen once the movie wraps?"
He sat down next to you and took your hand in his. "What happens is we go out in public properly without the feeling of someone watching our every move. Hanging out at your place is great but I want to be able to take you out and show you off." He lent over to give you a soft kiss on your cheek. It put a smile on your face as you watched him get up and walk to set.
Not long after Taron left, Lilly found you. "Y/n, there you are!"
"Lilly! I've done everything you've wanted me to do and more! I had some free time to get something to eat." You started to panic.
Lilly laughed, "Y/n, calm down! I just wanted to say something," You looked at her confused, "I just want to thank you for everything you've done over the last few months."
"Um, you're welcome?" It sounded more like you were asking a question then making a statement.
She laughed again, "I know I may have come across as a bit of a bitch but that was just so I could get the most out of you. It's also come to my attention that you and Taron have been exchanging looks and probably texts going from the smile on your face at times. Look I know I told you to stay away from him but that was before I realised that Taron and I weren't meant to be. So I just want to say, go get him!"
You looked at Lilly shocked at what she had just said. You never thought that you would do this but you got up gave Lilly a hug and smiled at her. She smiled back at you and motioned with her head for you to go. With that you grabbed your bag and headed home.
Once you were home, you texted Taron to let him know what Lilly had told you. Within half an hour there was a knock on your door.
"Did she really say that?" He asked as you opened the door.
You smiled and nodded your head. Taron grabbed you around your waist and spun you around not even bothering to shut the door.
"Y/n this is amazing! I can now take you out properly in public! Come to the premier of the movie with me? We'll make our official debut as a couple."
You took Taron's face in your hands, once he had placed you back on your feet, and softly kissed him. "Of course I will Taron. We'll just need to find a nice dress for me."
"That can be arranged." Taron claimed your lips once more before he guided you to your bedroom.

I’M MAKING AN EGGSY/TARON TAGLIST DIRECT MESSAGE ME TO BE ON IT <3
Tumblr media
Eggsy entered the doors of the large building, if not made obvious enough by the horridly big sign outside, that was the Statesman building. He chuckled and wondered to himself if they could be any more discreet. He walked with the umbrella in one hand and was suddenly greeted by Agent Tequila who leads him up to the last floor. As the doors of the elevator opens, your eyes meet with Eggsy’s.
“Agent Moonshine.” Tequila greets you with a pat on you back which you return with a smile. You turn back to meet the smirking face of the British Kingsman,
“Agent Galahad, it’s nice to see you not on a computer screen.” He laughs at you and nods his head, you hand him a martini and he thanks you. Tequila and Champagne look at you both suspiciously,
“You two know each other?” Champagne asks,
“C’mon, Champagne, it’s not my first time on their side of town.”
“She’s a great Agent,” Eggsy begins, smirk still placed upon his face, “she’s very… Attentive, you could say.”
“Ain’t you just flattering, Galahad?”
“Is it really a form of flattery if it’s true, love?”
“Okay?... How many times did you go to his side of town?” Tequila asks with a scorned face, “Cause I’m real grossed out, I think y’all are talkin’ ‘bout doin’ the do.” You looked at Eggsy, only to catch him looking at you intently, gulping the rest of his martini,
“She came about five times.” Merlin spits out the gulp of whiskey he was about swallow as he let out the comment, “The shop, she came into the shop.” You bit your bottom lip, giving Eggsy a suggestive smile,
“Christ, Galahad!” Merlin exclaims, “You didn’t do it inside any of the fitting rooms, did you!?”
“Y/N?” He ate the garnished olive from the silver stick, giving you one of his winks that always got you in trouble – in the good sense of the word. You smiled but then cleared your throat and passing a file around the table.
Agent Champagne began to explain the mission at hand but you could tell Eggsy wasn’t listening. You felt his stare burning against your skin and he wasn’t even close enough to touch you. You tried to focus yourself but failed incredibly and only ended up biting your lip. Unlike Eggsy, you were in fact attentive, just as he said you were. You understand what you had to do and got up from your seat to get ready. Merlin elbows his fellow Kingsman,
“D’ya understand that, you moron?” Merlin asks with furrowed eyebrows,
“Understand, what?”
“Bloody idiot… If you’re gonna look at her like you’re gonna eat her and not do it discreetly, you might as well just grab her from across the table and eat her right in front of us!” Eggsy stands up from his seat and straightens out his suit,
“I like this girl enough to do just that but I think it goes against the whole ‘Manners Maketh Man’ thing, ya kno’?” He grabs his umbrella and runs after you, leaving Merlin to deal with Champagne and Tequila.
He sees you strutting through the office in your black pencil dress, your glasses covering your face, and a clipboard in your hands. He feels as though you couldn’t feel his presence but he knows better. He knows that you know his every move. Other than Harry, you are the only person who knows how he moves, speaks, and thinks. Like he had mentioned before, you were an attentive person and it was nothing less than true.
He had met you a few years beforehand, at a mutual mission, from each agency. It wasn’t their intentions for both of you to meet but as fate would have it, you did and or a few months you were seeing each other secretly. Of course, you lost excuses to go back to London and as did Eggsy to fly all the way to America. There were phone calls here and there, which you both liked. Before you knew it, you both knew this was something more than casual but both parties refused to admit so.
“Eggsy, I can feel you following me.” You chattered, laughing at him and waving your pen to the space beside you, suggesting for him to start walking beside you,
“And I thought I was bein’ casual.”
“Lately you’ve been sucking at that job.” You laughed. Suddenly, with one push, both of you are led into an unlit closet, “What are you doing?”
“This dress is drivin’ me mental.” He begins to attack your neck with kisses, making you moan and roll your eyes back, “Do you always dress like this?”
“Y-Yeah.”
“That is fuckin’ sick.” You giggle and grabbed him with desperation, leading him to your lips and kissing him roughly. As you jump on him and wrap your legs around his waist, the voice of Agent Ginger rang through the hidden speakers of the closet,
“You both best be getting dressed.” She says,
“Fuck!” You both shriek, making you jump off of him and straightening your dress and Eggsy unwrinkling his suit, “Uh… Thank you Ginger, we’ll see to it.”
“Ginger?” He looks at you puzzled,
“Agent Ginger Ale.”
“Right.”
You both exit the closet in an orderly fashion, no one even taking notice of your sudden appearance in the hallway. Your Kingsman looks around to spot for any wandering eyes and when he finds none, quickly slaps your ass, making you yelp a teasing laugh and playfully slapping his arm.
You put on a sheer white top, a white tube top underneath, and tucked it into black dress pants. You tapped your shoes together to reveal a hidden knife and clipped your inconspicuous knife hair pins into your hair. You attached a watch (similar, if not almost the same, to the Kingsman watch) on your wrist and grabbed your gadget wired bag from the hook before exiting the room.
Eggsy looked at you with an intense look as you came out of your ‘office’, his mouth agape and his airways almost blocked.
“Close your mouth, Galahad, you’ll catch flies.” Merlin addressed with a smirk on his face,
“Merlin’s right, you know?”
“How did you- Wait, you were far away.” Merlin asks in a surprised tone,
“Attentive.” Both you and Eggsy say, making Merlin nod in realisation. You lift Eggsy’s chin to close his mouth while staring into his marvelled eyes and walk over to Champagne to go over the plan once more.
“You… Are… Whipped, Galahad.”
“You can see why, can’t you, Merlin?” Merlin laughs and shakes his head in astonishment,
“C’mon, lad, you better listen in on the conversation so you know what the fuck you’re doing.”
Arriving at the secret hide out of your newly found villain, you introduced yourselves as Mr and Mrs. King to the female who awaited your arrival. You smiled at her and entered the glass building with your ‘husband’. You were led downstairs where rocks became walls and the true light of the sky had disappeared. Stopped at the glass doors downstairs, a woman with blonde hair came out in a lab jacket.
“Mr and Mrs. King!” She said with excitement, giving the both of you a firm hand shake. She pushed up her thick glasses that almost magnified her eyes and sneezed repeatedly, “My name is Cheska Aragon and your donations are deeply appreciated.” She sniffled, wiping her nose and giving you a wide smile, exposing her gold covered bicuspid tooth,
“Well, when my husband and I see hard see hard work, we love to appreciate it.” You say with a sweetly fake voice which is obviously isn’t heard to a normal person’s voice, especially if that person only wants money,
“Three million dollars as an investment is so much more than I expected!”
“We’ll make it official once we see your projects.” Eggsy laughed, grabbing the spare lab coat from her offering hands. You both slip on the lab coats and Cheska leads you into the brightly lit room where bodies and bodies of people laid on steel tables, connected to wires and tubes. You rarely became nauseous about anything, being a Statesman came with more blood than inside your own body, but the sight of the pale faced, cold lipped, lifeless bodies struck something in you. You jumped in surprise as you felt Eggsy’s hand rubbing your back.
She leads you both to the last table and holds her hands out, presenting to you both the creation she had made.
“With one click of a button, these people will serve to command me and you, if you choose to invest in me,” she begins, “I created them to kill people, you see, people who get in my way.”
“And you did that how?” Eggsy asks,
“Mr King,” she takes out two large needles from her pocket and smiles. One injection was filled with green liquid, the other with red, and the needle was thick and could probably cut through your hair, “I have spent ten years creating these and after all this time, as you can see, it has worked.” She turns around and opens an unseen door behind her, grabbing a man almost twice her size and setting him in front of her, “This is Connelly, he tried to commit homicide and failed because I caught him.” She laughed, evilly. His hands were tied behind his back and duct tape covered his mouth, he yelled at the both of you through his taped mouth, “This blue needle,” she stuck it in his arm, making you jump slightly, “initially it disintegrates the prefrontal cortex, it gets rid of his memories,” the man begins to shake, “it also triggers the emotion of anger in his amygdala and finally, this red needle, if need be, if they lose control of themselves,” she sticks it into his neck and presses down to secrete the liquid into his body, “kills them in just five minutes.” She smiles at you maliciously,
“I have one more question for you, Cheska.” Cheska nods at Eggsy, fiddling with her fingers, “You know, before we close this deal,” he chuckles, “are you keeping Senator Ascott in this building?” Cheska’s face falls as she slowly realises that you are not here to invest in her but to destroy her form of investment and as you see her emotions change on her face, you throw one of your hairclips at her, going straight through her hand and keeping her stuck on the door.
“Fuck you, you little bitch!” She hissed, “I will fucking kill you!”
“I love you, too, beautiful.” Sarcastically blowing a kiss at her. You take out your gun and begin to shoot at the Cheska-made ‘soldier’, wiping them out in under three minutes. Eggsy winks at you as you both take out the last two soldiers at the same time. You look over at the door where you flung your knife only to find a bloody stream and no Cheska, “Eggsy, she’s gone.” He looks around for her and as he turns around her sees her behind you with a red liquid-filled needle,
“NO!” He yells as Cheska injects you with the lethal needle. He shoots her in the head, her blood splattering all over the floor, and runs to you laying on the ground. He begins tapping your face and caressing your cheek, “C’mon, love, with me here.”
“I’m feeling…” You pant, “so sleepy.”
“You can’t- MERLIN!” He yelled through his earpiece, “Merlin, Merlin, I’m losin’ her, man!”
“Hey, y-you ain’t going soft on me, a-are you? I-I dug the whole sexy spy thing.” You said in a broken chuckle as Tequila and Merlin burst through the door, “I only have t-three minutes left, Galahad,” You caress his cheek and he grabs your hand, bringing it to his lips, tears landing on your soft skin, “I guess, you’re alright.”
“Galahad, we gotta take her in.” Eggsy nods and they quickly carry you into the car. As the engine starts, your eyes close and you lose your consciousness.
You inhale deeply and fail to recognise the scent of the room. As you open your eyes, you look down and see a cannula stuck in your arm. Across the room you see Eggsy, Ginger, and Merlin having a chat.
“I could go for some water.” You stated and suddenly, the room silenced. Heads turned to you and Eggsy came running beside you, taking your hand in his, “Hey.”
“You alright?”
“I’m thirsty.” He chuckles and grabs a cup and a jug of water, filling it up and handing it to you. You gulped it down and wiped your mouth, “Thank you, Eggsy.”
“Thank God, you’re okay! We thought we had to replace the Moonshine.” Ginger says,
“I ain’t goin’ away that quick… Well, almost.”
“She failed to complete the mixture of the poison from the flower she used, luckily, we found an antidote just in time, you were gone for thirty-one seconds, Moonshine.” Merlin explains,
“We’re off duty, you can call me Y/N, Merlin.”
“Alright,” He taps Ginger on the shoulder and leads her near the door, “it’s good to have you back, Y/N.” They both exit the room, leaving you and Eggsy alone in a quiet room, which in usual circumstances would lead to unspoken things but in this instance, led to a tear slipping out of his eye,
“Hey, Eggsy, what’s wrong?” You ask concerningly, caressing his cheek,
“You were gone for thirty seconds, thirty seconds, Y/N, and it felt like a life time- I- It felt like I lost a part of me.”
“I’m here now, I’m okay.”
“I know and I don’t think I’ve been happier but I have to tell you something.” He helps you sit up and you’re ready for him to end things with you. You understood why he would and you nodded as a gesture for him to continue, “Look, I know- I know we started this just for fun and I understand, I do, if you don’t feel the same way-”
“Eggsy, I understand but I can’t handle you leaving me right no-”
“Wait… what?” He straightens his posture,
“That’s what you’re doing isn’t it? You’re ending things?’’ He begins to chuckle and rests the bridge of his nose in between his thumb and pointer finger, “What?”
“I think that injection made you a bit dim.” He leans in and kisses you, “I’m try’na tell you I love you.”
“Oh… OH!” He nods as he stares into your eyes, “I love you too, Eggsy.”
“I don’t think have the power in me to leave you, ever.”
“Good, ‘cause I couldn’t handle it, ever.” You smile, pulling him for another kiss.

Graduate’s Escape
A smutty end of the week Friday treat for you all.
Chapter 1 and Chapter 2
Chapter 3
As far as first kisses go that was at the top of your list. It was teasing and lust-filled but also incredibly cute. You could feel Taron breaking into a smile as you pulled away. The temptation to kiss him again was strong but you managed to resist, for now.
“Truth or dare?” you asked him again, mirroring his blissful smile.
“Truth.”
“What’s your favourite sex position?” You watched his face closely as he thought about his answer; wondering if he was basing this on past experiences or imagining how it would be with the two of you together.
“Am I allowed two? Because it depends… Reverse Cowgirl is up there but it’s quite a selfish one as you’d be doing all the work.” He started to think aloud, answering your own thoughts in the process. “So maybe doggy style, but then if it was you I think missionary would get a better result.”
“What makes you think that?”
“Just some advice Hugh gave me earlier.” He shot you a cheeky wink as you held your head in your hands, remembering back to your conversation with Hugh about Taron’s intense stare and what it did for you.
“I knew I shouldn’t have trusted him!”
“Oh I trust that man with my life! Plus he’s not exactly done a bad job with us tonight, has he?... I can’t let him do all the work though, so how do you fancy coming back to mine?” Taron asked unapologetically. You hesitated, knowing full well that the vodka had been in charge tonight. “Only if you want to…” he added as he moved in closer and stole a quick kiss. “Not that I’m trying to persuade you or anything.” He kissed you again. Your eyes were closed but you could sense him lingering just millimetres away, feel his gentle breaths and inhale his tempting cologne. Caving in you kissed him back forcefully.
“You get the taxi and I’ll lock up here.”
***
It wasn’t far to Taron’s apartment block. You followed him in through the key-coded door and waited patiently for the lift to descend to the ground floor. Taron gestured his arm out, inviting you to enter the lift first as the doors slid open. He pushed the last numbered button on the list for the twelfth floor then turned to face you. Neither of you had said anything since getting out the taxi causing the tension between you to grow ever more lustful. Taron backed you up against the mirrored wall, dipping his head and catching his lips on yours messily. His hands rested on your waist at first but soon moved lower, one to the side of your hip and the other to your arse. Your kiss was passionate and rough, you fought against his tongue for dominance but he wasn’t subsiding. You ran your hands from the back of his neck down over his muscular shoulders to his chest. His heart was beating fast. Pulling back from your kiss for breath, Taron rested his forehead against yours. He pulled your hips forwards into his crotch as his excitement grew. You moved your hand round to his back, slowing dragging your fingertips down his spine and causing him to moan softly. He silenced himself by kissing you again and again, he teased you with quick licks and frequent breaks, somehow managing to resist giving himself to you entirely.  As the lift doors opened he ran his hand down your arm and took your hand in his, guiding you out of the lift and towards the door of his penthouse apartment.
A small ‘Wow’ escaped your lips as the lights flicked on to reveal the open plan living space. It was surprisingly cosy for a bachelor pad, with cushions and blankets spread across a large corner sofa in the centre of the room. The London night skyline stole the show though, filling the wall of glass in front of you with the perfect backdrop. It wasn’t often that you got to see your city from this high up. You would have stayed and taken in the view for longer but as you turned back to Taron he was mid-way through taking his top off.
“Fuck that view, this one is way better.” You mused as you moved slowly towards him, eyeing up his abs and pecs. He kicked his shoes off as he continued to undress before you. “Taron.” You spoke his name softly, watching on as he looked up from his belt and finally met your line of sight. You crossed your arms and lifted your t-shirt up and over your head, dropping it to the floor as Taron watched on, his mouth opening gradually. You undid the button on your jeans and loosened the fly, revealing the lace at the top of your knickers. His arms were around you in no time at all, his lips kissing softly against your neck and shoulders. You raised your leg up as he squeezed your arse, encouraging you to wrap yourself around him so he could carry you through to his bedroom.
“Get the switch” he instructed as he paused just inside the bedroom door. You ran your hand down the cold wall and flicked on the light switch, giggling to yourself as practicalities took over. You may be about to sleep with a film star but not everything goes as smoothly as it does in the movies. “That fucking giggle” he though aloud as dropped you down in the middle of his bed. He was half way between a smirk and a grin as he took great satisfaction in pulling your skinny jeans down and off your feet. You bit your lip seductively as you watched him drop his own jeans, his hand automatically touching himself through his boxers.
“Come here.” You ordered, inviting him to make his way up between your legs. He planted kisses over the centre of your stomach, up between your lower ribs to your breasts and collar bones. You stroked down his arms as finally reached your eye level, giving you the same intense stare from earlier on tonight. You were dying to kiss him again but you didn’t want to break the look. Instead you wrapped your leg around his and drew it slowly up his thigh, gently pushing his lower body down on top of yours. You moved your hands to his bum and played with the waistband of his boxers, inching them down deliberately slowly. Taron caved first, breaking the gaze as he dropped his lips to yours. Feeling he was hard for you was such a turn on. You rubbed up against him forcefully, wanting him to take you immediately. It didn’t take long for him to come to the same conclusion. He knelt up and slid your knickers off, touching your clit at an agonising pace with his index finger. You lifted yourself up onto your elbows wanting to watch him as he teased you. His other hand reached down inside his boxers and pulled out his bulging erection.
“Fuck.” Was the only word you could find. You unhooked your bra and threw it off the end of the bed whilst he pulled a condom out from his bedside drawer and rolled it down his cock. You moved over onto your hands and knees, offering up a doggy style position to start with.
“Fucking hell.” Taron emphasised each syllable slowly at the sight of you waiting for him. He knelt on the bed behind you and moved his hands up your arse, into the small of your back and round to hold your hips as he entered you gradually. Both of you took a sharp intake of breath at the feel of each other. He continued to work into you at a slow pace, drawing back and thrusting again, again, again. You dropped your head down as you started to lose yourself in the pleasure and rhythm. Gentle moans and heavy breaths came with each movement from Taron. You’d never experienced anything this powerful with your exes, but none of them had been in the shape Taron was in now. He filled you sharply and quickly but dragged back slowly, triggering off your sensitive spots and working you up nicely. He leant forwards into you pushing his palm all the way up your spine to the back of your neck where he ran his fingers through your loose hair. You lifted your head to look back over your shoulder at him, watching his pleasure filled but focused face. “I knew you’d want to watch me.” He said smugly as he pulled out and allowed you to turn over.
“It’s the ultimate compliment, your face turns me on.” You giggled back to him, instantly regretting your choice of words. Taron shook his head as he laughed with you.
“I don’t know how you do it… sexy and funny at the same time.”
“I hope that’s not a bad thing.” You were genuinely worried because it wasn’t a comment you’d received before.
“It’s literally the best thing, but shut it for a minute because I’m dying to finish here.” You kissed your worries away, wrapping your arms over Taron’s shoulders as he moved back inside you. Things heated up quickly as your bodies moved together. He breathed heavily above you, closing his eyes occasionally as he started to lose himself to his orgasm. He had the perfect angle inside you, hitting the same spot repeatedly. You moaned heavily in encouragement, begging him not to stop yet. He pounded against you fast and faster, pushing you over the edge in no time at all. You held his shoulders firmly as you came beneath him gasping and writhing.  As he drew close he shortened his movements, holding on for as long as he could. You felt his shoulders tense up as came inside you, his moaning low and breathing heavy. A slow and tender kiss followed as he relaxed down beside you. You kissed him back more playfully, taking advantage of his momentary lapse in energy and wanting to thank him.
“That was incredible.”
“You are incredible.”
