what are your favourite/recommended Idiot Plot™ movies? (ask inspired by the big lebowski post)

"idiot plot" is a pretty broad and subjective category (i once saw someone describe frankenstein as an example of an idiot plot, which is one of the more glaringly bad readings i've seen lol), but for lebowski-style fast-paced comedies with overly complex and ultimately inconsequential plots that draw attention to and poke fun at the characters' stupid decisions, some that i really like are harold and kumar go to white castle (2004), o brother, where art thou? (2000), and of course 90s mo lei tau films and their successors such as chinese odyssey (2002), kung fu monster (2018), and really anything with stephen chow other than cj7 (2008)
