I was just thinking about a love interest for Price in ‘Anything’. There are already two snipers so I’m thinking medic!reader. Someone who he’s familiar with and who helped with Birdy’s situation and helps mend all the others when they show up in the med bay and their usual medic isn’t there. She’s kind to König because she understands it was a horrible mistake.

She’s not part of the 141 so there are no worries about it being inappropriate. She’s more a part of a different team who absolutely loves her. A badass in the field but a sweetheart everywhere else. Someone who performs miracles.

Their first interaction:

“I know you’re used to being the one giving orders so I’ll give you some grace, but in this room/tent/arena you’ll follow mine. Do we understand each other, Captain?”

John “Heart Eyes” Price agrees.

Maybe it was during Birdy’s attack and reader is the one responsible for stabilizing her during transport.

Call signs are so tricky but I was thinking Poppins as in Mary Poppins because she always has stuff at the ready in her pockets/bag. (Not one hundred percent sold on it but just brainstorming.)

Price can’t light his cigar? Guess who has a lighter. If it’s one he thought he lost he doesn’t comment on it.

By the way, you’re Anything series has me out of my mind. It’s perfection.

OooooOooO look, the medic reader is such a tasty and tempting thing that i just want to tangibly squeeze. I can see that working perfectly for their dynamic and not being a conflict of interest. It would also not heavily involve the rest of the 141 which means a lot more Peepaw action.

I see the medic as being quiet at first, actually.

They just quietly patch him up, quietly deal with his shit until one day he comes in ragged after a mission. Maybe one of the 141 has been kidnapped or there's a situation that has to be a long term solve rather than a go out there right now solve. He's frantic, he's irritable and he's actually having a panic attack. He just doesn't know it.

So when he insists that he doesn't have time for the stitches and he begins to get progressively louder and manic when you try to keep him to the seat,- THATS when you break out the "you fucking listen to me. You're not out there you're in here and in here, I'm the fucking boss- not you. So sit your fucking ass down on that chair and stay still "
