Because I maladaptively daydream, I've been able to distinguish the paras I make and loosely control in my daydreams from the people who had once lived in my head.

But I also am almost positive I've got OCD too. And sometimes I find myself wondering whether that's an intrusive person or intrusive thoughts.

...I'm afraid if I wonder too far, I might just jinx it, to be honest. I don't want people in my head again.
