I finally read the puppet master x holy knight manga I picked up a few months ago and damn was it ever my cup of tea. Corruption of a holy knight, strict master/slave dynamic, public humiliation, manipulation and of course loss of autonomy ahhhhhh. Like the only thing it actually was missing was a puppeting kink scene unfortunately, but it was a single volume with a surprising amount of plot so I can forgive that. I looove stuff where the sub is bigger, stronger, stubborn and suffering for his pride and this also hit all of those marks too. 🥴

Just imagine dying in the real world and getting isekai'd in the Haikyuu universe, you were confused but was excited at the same time, you were finally in a place you love. But this universe wasn't gonna take it easy with you, cause guess what? PEOPLE IN THIS UNIVERSE CAN'T SEE YOU HAHA!

Well this logic is because you were once 3D and got suddenly transportated into the 2D universe. Does it make sense? Idk but welp shower thoughts amirite?

While you weren't able to be seen by people, you were also a 12 year old child! The scenery infront of you was the time where knight and shining Tsukishima Kei was there saving the poor Yamaguchi Tadashi in distress. Ain't Tsukishima an intimidating bitch? Welp he still managed to save Yamaguchi from those bullies didn't he?

You were standing there, amazed. Tsukishima was still an adorable child, Yamaguchi also–maybe even more adorable. This was what made you more interested with Tsukishima, still adorable, a savior? and a soon to be bitchy volleyball player. You were inlove! Super inlove. Like you were already head-over-heels for him when you were watching him across the screen, but now you have seen him and he is right in front of you, portraying that one scene in Haikyuu.

But as I said, this universe won't take it easy on you. As much as you're amazed and well....inlove with the sight of him, he was not with you! *insert dramatic sad music*

You were everywhere close to him, from his middle school days, to highschool. Whenever he was practicing, going home, doing anything that was outside his home–you were there. Sounds creepy right? Well you don't entirely exist in their mind anyway so why is that a problem?

WELL IT'S DEFINITELY A PROBLEM NOW!!! Because guess what? PLOT TWIST!!! Tsukishima saw you the entire time!!! (that's a lot of exclamation marks!!!)

You were confused lmao obviously. Like why wouldn't you? How embarrassing is that, that you were following him carelessly because all you knew was that no one knew you, no one saw you, no one could even touch you. But wait. How did you exactly know that he can see you? Here's exactly what happened:

You were doing your daily stroll beside him while he was going home, this time Yamaguchi was already away and you were alone with him when suddenly, "So when are you gonna stop following me?" You stopped walking, quickly moving your head side-to-side just to see no one else behind or beside you. Tsukishima also halted from walking, he turned to you–staring at you with a deadpanned expression.

(Hey what was that cliché thing authors always use again? Oh wait I remember!...ahem)

If looks could kill, you would definitely have been dropped dead the second his gaze turned to you.

"So...are you gonna answer me or not?" He was slowly nearing you until he was completely towering you. Subtle trembling was all you felt from the lower part of your body and your face was pale (not white, just pale lmao). "You can see me?" Your mouth was wide, you could say that you were kind of smiling but of confusion instead of happiness or joy. Well as much as you were glad that someone could FINALLY see you, it was embarrassing to be caught of stalking.

Tsukishima squinted his eyes "Of course I can see you idiot, you think I'd be talking to you if I couldn't?" You gulped, he was getting even more intimidating every second. "Well then, you must be crazy 'cause I don't exist!" You said proudly even putting both your hands on your hips. It was mostly true anyway, you existed, just not technically in this universe.

You and Tsukishima ended up in a heated argument debating on why you were hella real and DEFINITELY was existing. You eventually grabbed Tsukishima by his wrist to go to a random stranger. Tsukishima was left a good distance (to save him the embarassment of having a stranger see him randomly coming to them just to watch air try and grab the stranger's attention) you were waving you arms infront of the stranger, even yelling at them and trying to get a hold of them, but you ended up just going through the stranger's body.

You proudly stomped back to Tsukishima and grabbed him by the collar to tell him how you proved his point otherwise. But you suddenly stopped in realization, it seems as though Tsukishima also understood why you were staring at him in awe...

YOU WERE ABLE TO TOUCH HIM BUT NOT THE STRANGER WOO!
