Cute little Heartshackle headcanons that I have with my sona teehee ♥️♠️✖️
Since Ramshackle is kinda neighborless, Chris takes it as an invitation to play loud music whenever they want (with the okay from the ghosts and Grim first of course) because who’s gonna make a noise complaint? No one that’s who. Often times when they invite Ace and Deuce over and they’re in a good mood, the two will just walk in to see Chris and Grim singing and dancing to whatever they decided to play.
Chris will absolutely pull one of them into an impromptu dance straight out the gate for shits and giggles. Most of the time it ends up being Deuce because they know that he’s as stumbly of a dancer as they are so they don’t have to worry about slipping up. On the occasion that it’s Ace, he will take the lead every time without fail For The Bit. Again, Chris is a stumbly dancer so leading isn’t exactly their strong suit so they’re fine with it.
Regardless of what happens Grim will always try to take the spotlight by doing something silly. No one has dropped the one time he tried to crowd dive into the trio from the couch and all of them just watched him flop, especially Grim himself. He definitely stole the spotlight though!
Chris discovered that Deuce knows a lot of Mom Rock type songs (like Pat Benatar, Shenia Twain, ect google it you’ll know what I mean) and tries to catch him singing along to different songs. They’ll randomly mute whatever they’re playing to catch Deuce off guard mid chorus. Works every time. Deuce has a good singing voice, it just doesn’t exactly fit the music most times.
Ace will make up lyrics to songs he vaguely knows. If it sounds like “concrete jungle wet dreams tomato” then that’s what he’s gonna sing loud and proud. Chris uses the same muting tactic to catch Ace’s rendition of whatever song they’re listening to and he doesn’t get all flustered about it like Deuce. Ace just goes with it and it’s always funny. Constantly gets the lyrics wrong on purpose and then insists that those are definitely the lyrics because he would. Tell me he wouldn’t. You can’t.
Whenever one of them suggests a new song Chris will ask “how can we ruin it though?” Because singing badly on purpose and fumbling the lyrics is fun with the right crowd.
