Anything rated mature I colour coded the name in red, and anything explicit green. Not all the mature fics feature smut, but yeah! I didn't want to link anything tooooo explicit here, but if anyone wants any, I can definitely rb this post to add a few more 😅

A Very MacTavish Christmas - @m3rrywe4ther

Prob my fav fic in the fandom lololol. HUGE RECCOMMEND. It's about Johnny who gets roped into spending the holiday Christmas season with his , for the most part, very not so nice family, and Simon accompanies him. So much stuff happens in this fic and it's such a great character exploration of Simon and Johnny independently, but also as a couple, and just so much stuff happens in it lol again, HUGE RECOMMEND!!!

We'll make Death Proud to Take us - Literal_Satan

Fic where, it starts off really sweet where Simon goes to Scotland with Johnny to spend Christmas with him and his family, but things take a drastic turn when Soap's brother, a police officer/detective, gets a little too curious about mysterious Simon, and the story spirals from there. All the guys end up on this crazy goose chase tracking down some of the people who were involved in Roba's brainwashing operations. The fic gets v dark at times and deals with some very heavy trauma so beware, but it's SO. GOOD.

Dream a Little Dream - Angelicasdean

Again, one of my total fav fics in the fandom!! AU where Simon leaves the army to raise his nephew Joseph, who's the sole survivor of the Riley family massacre, and Johnny is one of the daycare teachers at the daycare where Simon takes Jo 🥺🥺👍👍

Pretend to love me like I do - FetteEule

Really cute fic of Simon who accompanied Johnny to Scotland for his sister's wedding, under the ruse they are dating. They are v much pining but not there yet. Features lots of really cute domestic moments and Simon being really sweet to Johnny's kid nephew 😭🧡

Something important - Anonymous

One of the fics that has me totally brainrotted rn. It's about Simon's who's been de-aged to 6 years old, and Price, Gaz and Soap all taking care of him and trying to figure out how he got turned, and how to turn him back! They all get tested on their abilities to care for a child, and unwillingly learn a lot of details about Simon's childhood they never knew. This summary doesn't do it justice tho, so I'd just recommend checking it out! Beware tho again, there is some dark childhood trauma stuff but there are warnings at the start of each chapter that contains references to it.

Seasons - StinglessWasp

In this fic every chapter is set during a different season and tells a unique sort of story/mission/interaction Soap and Ghost have. Definitely some v good angst&hurt/comfort stuffs too. Starts off pre-relationship, and explores their characters a lot! It's just really good HUGE reccommend lol.

What the Eyes Don't see - WhiplashRogue

One of my FAVESSSS! So the premise is like, Soap can actually see ghosts ever since he was a child (which most other people can't see and also don't believe in), and Ghost has 2 spirits attached to him that follow him around(Joseph, and Roach). The fic starts off pre relationship, and it mostly about Soap trying to learn more about these two spirits and discovering more about Ghost's past.

All that's said in the Low Light - Headlocket

Probably one of the most emotional I've ever read LMFAO. It's about Johnny, who receives a back & knee injury bad enough he gets discharged from the army, and is back in Scotland living with his parents as he recovers. He and Ghost lost contact a bit since the accident, and it's sort of a story of them reconnecting. This description doesn't do it justice, just read it, but it will emotionally destroy you lol

Time Loops Suck (series) - Enter_fand0m_reference00

The first installment of the fic takes the idea that Soap is stuck in a time loop during the alone mission! And all the optional dialogues and interactions in thE alone mission are separate attempts of his trying to survive the loops and rendez vous with Ghost. It's just sooo good!! And then there's a follow up fic where it deals with the mental aftermath of the loops and Ghost comforting soap through it, then there's 2 other installments of Simon who instead goes through a time loop! They are such great character explorations in how both Soap and Ghost experience the loops, and I whooleee heartedly reccommend.

Yellow Card - SkerryB

Soccer au fic!! It's so good! Simon is the captain of a soccer team Soap is drafted to as their new goalie. Simon has had a history with Soap before though, that he was the only goalie Simon could never score on! So that's how it starts, and it's just so good from there!! Simon's family are also alive in the fic and his nephew is adorable.

You swept me off my feet - @ghoulishhone

Ghost is down bad for strong Soap, the fic xD This was a fic Ghoulishone and I were paired together to work on for the Ghostsoap server reverse bang! They wrote the fic and I made some accompanying art. Just a cute fic of Soap having to pick up Ghost after he gets injured and some other shenanigans that ensues:)

Dear Mr Ghost - @shortcuts-make-long-delays

SUCH A CUTE FIC!! The majority of the fic is these letter/pen pal exchanges between Ghost, and Soap's young niece Chloe...it's just. So. Good. And was written by a friend of mine too! BIG RECCOMMEND.

Give me Hope and Let me Down - MechanicalBones

Some of the best Ghost whump I read lolll. Ghost is captured by some people with ties to Roba and tortured. Meanwhile Soap is on his way to rescue him, and eventually he does, and there's a lot of hurt and comfort. It's also a getting together fic. 🥺

Unspoken Love - Hammy101

( Super amazing oneshot. I feel I can't do this fic justice with any summary. Just read it. 🥺 It has decent Ghost whump AND domestic off duty cute ghost soap angsty stuff it's just one of my faves ever!!!!)

Except You, You can Stay - Iravaid

Really realistic, believable portrayal and expansion upon a lot of the key events that happen in the Ghost comics. From his childhood, to the mental aftermath of Roba, his family dying...it's heavy but really really good. And has a happier hopeful ending that's Ghost/Soap 🥺

Hat Trick of the Heart and the sequel Family, Gotta Love em - Librarian_FanFicFan

Absolutely am obsessed with these fics!!! It's an AU about Ghost who is recently discharged from the military due to injury, and on a flight back to London where he is seated next to Soap, a famous footballer/soccer player. Ghost doesn't know who he is tho, but they hit it off and exchange numbers. The second installment features Simon's family!!! And Tommy being dramatic and shocked over the fact his brother got the number of this famous sports player... SUPER CUTE IF YOU LIKE RILEY FAMILY STUFF.

As for my fav CoD authors I wholeheartedly recommend anything by:

RedClegane, m3rrywe4ther, Hammy101, TheEdwardianOne, Iravaid, and so many authors but I can't list them all ahaha...but hopefully this is a good start!

A/N: I Fell in love with this idea so…here I am

It is unique, to be Price and live in a comfortable home and have his kind of problems. He lived alone, far from society, and in the woods, it was cosy. Cosy cabin, with delicious food, and a nice fireplace. What more could a man his height need?

Every day, he would sit on his desk, and read the local newspaper and some books. He would laugh or shake his head when he would read some paragraph. Little did he know, he had some of the cutest and tiniest infestations in his home. Ghost, Gaz, Soap and R/N, tiny humans that live in the woods and who have found a home in the Giant Man's home, Price. As the day went on for John, he noticed a few things move around his home. His coffee mug, reading glasses and bonnie hat, all moved around his home.

At night, he heard something move and he rushed to look around his home for any intruder. And then he saw it, his hat moved across his desk and a little foot could still be seen. He sighs, a baseball bat in hand, he lifts the hat and the four tiny humans scream. Price is about to swing the bat when he puts it down, "What the hell-?" he kneels and looks at the tiny humans on his desk. Soap has R/N hidden behind him, Ghost guarding Gaz. "What are you doing here?" Price asks softly. "We needed shelter for the winter." Ghost responds.

"Shelter?"

"Yes, the winter is coming and our home was ruined." Soap says.

"hm, and you have been without a home so…you came to mine?"

"Yes and we are sorry for not saying a word but we didn't expect a.. well-" Ghost replies.

"Giant?"

"Yes, a giant like yourself to live here," Gaz says

"Who is the other little one?" Price asks about you.

"Oh this is R/N, they are a little shy."

From behind Soap, you wave at Price. "Look, you all look old enough to be adults, so we'll make a deal, I let you live here as long as you don't go moving my stuff around or disturbing my peace."

"You got a deal," Ghost took his hand out, Price confused gave his index finger to shake hands with Ghost. "So, what are all of your names?" "I'm Ghost, this is Gaz, Soap and R/N." "Right, well, good night." Price walks back out, probably thinking this was just some weird dream after eating that soup for dinner.

By morning, he woke up to the smell of wood burning and after a rush to the fireplace, he found the four tiny humans all cuddled together near a small fire. He sighs and goes to his room for something to cover them all up with. After looking through clean laundry, he finds an old scarf, which he then places on you all and sighs. He cooked breakfast, went out of his way served a small plate for the four humans to share and then whistled. Soap being the first to get startled wakes the others up. "Oi, I made breakfast, you either come or I give it to the dog." And just like that, he found himself helping the four tiny humans to the table.

Days turned to weeks and months. Price eventually stopped rolling his eyes at Soap's jokes or Gaz's questions and soon found himself making little chairs, spoons, plates, beds, and ladders. He dedicated a room all to the four humans who brought purpose to his life once more. As the harsh January winter arrives, he finds that his little companions begin to sleep in his bed. When asked, R/N responded, "You bring us some comfort and…your bed is the cosiest and warmest of all."

These little friends he created became his lifeline, if he was sick, if he was tired, sad, happy, or emotional, they were there for him and him for them. Soon enough, when Spring arrives, Price lets them know it is okay to stay, that they have become a part of his daily life and he would enjoy their company all year round and when he says it, Ghost appears with an offering.

A handmade scarf, made from the tiny hands of his tiny and funny friends. Now, as he finds new things he is passionate about, he also finds new things to love about the world around him. For example, he loves that now, he doesn't have an empty home, there are people he can finally talk to and even though his problems seem different to theirs, the problems all seem to be equal in some ways.

Tiny problems, now becoming his reason to smile and laugh and even the very reason why he finds himself learning how to cook and wrap birthday or Christmas gifts. In this world, there are many problems and sometimes, if John knows he is looking too deep into them, he can take a step back and look at his four favourite tiny problems.

And because you asked so nicely and cared to inquire, I feel like I owe it to all of you all to post a snippet of the next chapter! 🙌🏻 Because I definitely realize and know how long you guys have been waiting! I’ll post the snippet and then I also can give you an update about the fic/where I’m at, at the bottom.

Snippet of Ch.2:

"Why wouldn't you just tell us?!" Soap grits out, his voice taking on a dark tone as he turns his once sky blue, now stormy, eyes on you. "Do you realize what position you've gone and put us in?"

“Yeah, and what position’s that?” You engage, turning to square off against Johnny, the both of you only a foot apart since you’d been standing next to each other in line.

You’re met with a low warning growl, the motion of his hand balling up into a fist at his side not being missed by your peripheral vision. Despite your defiance not being unusual within the team, your designation now, is known, and an Omega standing up to an Alpha? Not taken kindly upon. Nor is it taken lightly. Regardless, they’re not your Alphas, and that means they have no claim over what you do or say. And while there’s always the risk of an Alpha disciplining an unruly, unclaimed Omega, you’re willing to take it.

"It's your fault, really," Ghost eggs on, making everyone whip their heads in his direction.

So the reason why I haven’t posted the chapter yet is for a few reasons 💕 One, from a writing standpoint this one is quite longer, and I want it to be amazing for you guys! When I was writing the first chapter I had a friend to help me with the dialogue (which is why I feel I really struggle) and rn I don’t, so I think I’ve been nervous about that a bit.

But also, because in my real life there’s been a lot of major changes recently. In September I found out that I have CIRS (Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome) which, is basically like mold sickness but, like, permanent. So I’ve been trying to find somewhere safe to move/detox from the mold w meds bc my body can’t on its own, and I’m actually just finally moving into my new apartment on Sunday! 💖🙌🏻 so that’s cool.

Besides that, I also got diagnosed with, like, idk, I guess it’s a disability, technically, and the fact that I’ve been struggling my whole life with it but never knew has been… kind of mind blowing tbh? Like I haven’t told anyone except one person about it—not even my best friends yet—bc it’s been a lot to work through since… I guess I’ve technically had this my whole life but only now know at 25? 😅🤯

So it’s been a lot of working on my health both physically, mentally, and with moving, my family, Christmas coming up, and trying to find a job/support myself even day-to-day, it’s been kind of taxing tbh balancing everything. And that’s not even mentioning the little social life I do have 😅😭🙈 So while I know it’s frustrating waiting, and I’m sorry that it’s taken so long, I do want to be open and tell you guys what’s going on behind the scenes 💕 Granted, I know not everyone necessarily cares, and that’s okay! If you did read all this, though, I appreciate you and hope you have an amazing day!

Your ask, though, Nonnie definitely is inspiring me to sit down and really finish the next two chapters bc I have both laid out- one nearly finished, the other will be shorter (I think?) because of the plot point it’s mostly about 💕 I will say though, too, it does make me a bit anxious not having had a whole plan for this fic unlike the others which I’ve sort of started writing with a whole plot in mind 😂🙈💖 so I just hope you guys will continue to love it ask much as you’ve loved the first chapter! I genuinely have never received as much love on a work than that one chapter, alone! So I am truly grateful 💖

It had been a long day.

You had been on an assignment for about two days now and shit was it hell. The last thing you remember is the sound of gunshots and screams echoing throughout as you had barely made it out alive in one piece with soap , ghost and the others. It was a firefight as the enemy had known you all were coming and all of your cover was blown as it had been a trap. You took many hits throughout the mission , not telling anyone as you really didn't take a liking to the idea of going to medbay and seeing the medics. You never liked it much and you probably never will as you often grew distant from touch as it made you uncomfortable. You hid your injuries fairly well from everybody and nobody had questioned you about it when the extraction team had come and gotten everyone out of there as quickly as possible. Cuts , a small but not deep stab wound and other small injuries littered your body as you winced as your hands were shaky as you touched the skin around your cuts and wounds , leaving you in only your sports bra and cargo pants as You stood in the small bathroom that had been assigned to you in your quarters. you stood looking in the mirror seeing the red crimson that lied smeared around on your body. You saw the purplish yellow and black bruises that littered your sides from the amount of hits you had taken and the cuts on your ribs and the small stab wound on your side that thankfully didn't go deep. You rummaged around under your bathroom sink to find a small container that read ‘medkit’ on the front in bright red lettering and you brought it out and opened it. You found a small needle and thread in the kit and you sighed as you looked at your festering and bleeding wound. You grabbed the lighter you kept in the medkit as well and you sparked it , igniting the flame and you ran the fire under the needle to disinfect it you then pulled out a string from the thread and You managed to loop the thread into the small loop hole in the needle after a few tries and you stood with shaky hands as you began to stitch. The sharp end making contact with your soft flesh as you sucked back a cry as you made work with what you had. As your slowly weaved the thread and needle through your skin your hands trembled as the pain was too much , the tears pricking your eyes as you bit down on your lip trying to hold back as you felt the searing hot pain. As you tried to continue working You heard a small knock on your door , causing you to freeze. Your head turned to the door and you tried to gain your composure as you wanted to see who it was but to not let them know what state you were currently in.

‘’One minute..’’ You called out , voice giving out in the end as it cracked slightly as the pain wasn't helping. Oh how you wished to go to the medics but you were too stubborn.

‘’ its me Y/n’’ The deep and husky British voice came out from behind the door , sounding slightly muffled as you listened. Your eyes widened as you realized who it was and your mind started to race.

It was ghost.

‘’ let me in…please?.’’ He asked as he pressed his forehead against the door waiting for you to answer. You sighed , knowing you weren't going to be able to hide this from ghost you slowly walked to the door and opened it to see the familiar skull masked man that you've grown to love. Ghosts eyes widened as he saw what state you were in and he immediately went into the bathroom with you and closed the door behind him. ‘’ why didn't you tell me it was this bad?..’’ His voice was firm yet gentle , the concern for you was evident in his eyes as he looked you over. ‘’You knew?..’’ You say confused. ‘’Of course i knew , your shots grew sloppy , you walked on a limp and you were hunched over after the mission that's more than enough to tell y/n.’’ Ghost sighed. ‘’I didn't want to go to the medics..’’ You say quietly as you wipe your eyes and sighed. Ghost shook his head and he looked at your side to see how you stitched it and he shook his head. ‘’ i know and your gonna get a bloody infection one day if you keep doing this’’ He says in a disappointed tone as he sees you stay silent. He sighed as he got closer to you and he rummaged around in the medkit that you had placed on the sink counter and he grabbed a roll of disinfectant and a roll of bandages. He looked down at you , his tall stature looming over you. ‘’ just sit down okay , let me take care of you alright luv ?.’’ You just nodded and sat down on the toilet seat and you watched as ghost took off his gloves revealing his large and calloused hands. He then gently grabbed a soft pad and opened the disinfectant bottle and poured some on the pad and he kneeled in front of you and he looked you over before everting his glaze onto you. ‘’ may i?’’ He asked as he didnt want to make you uncomfortable with anything he did. You gave him a nod of approval and he gently cleaned around your wound. Only he was the one to be able to touch you in such ways , only he had gotten a pass as he was your lover. As the pad came into contact with your skin you winced as you felt the burning sensation. Ghost then gently unrolled the bandages and started to wrap your side , the soft white cotton meeting your skin as the hard part was over. His touch was warm and gentle , he was a soldier and a brutal one at that and yet who knew how gentle this man could really be. He took care of all your other small cuts making sure nothing went unchecked. As he finished up he cleaned everything up and placed everything back under the sink and then turned his attention to you. I will indeed! Fair warning none of these are terribly long (there aren't a lot of longer AleRudy-focused fics in general) and a lot of them are NSFW/feature NSFW

My literal favorite AleRudy fic that I've ever read is this one called The Tailor's Son by IJustWannaAskSomething. It's an alternative backstory for how they meet and fall in love and it is genuinely one of the best fics that I think I've read in the fandom in general. It's Rudy focused (which I love) and is just super fluffy with not a drop of angst in sight!

I've mentioned before, but I love the AleRudy dynamic of Rudy who has been living with his feelings for so long and handles them through hookups. My favorite one of these is i could be your holy ghost by tippytulip. It features a first chapter with a little Rudy x Soap action and some Jealous Alejandro. This fic is NSFW and also Rudy-focused!!

What Love Does To A Man by Hentaiisgreat123 is just a cute little fluffy one shot between these two with Alejandro being head over heels for Rudy (as it was meant to be). No NSFW, just cute guys being cute and in love!

Okay so, this next one was (I think) meant to be an entire fic, but the author has only written one chapter and, considering it was posted in February, it may not be getting another update. That being said, I hate the weird stigma that has popped up of people shitting on unfinished/abandoned fics and avoiding them all together. Some of the best fics I've read have been unfinished. The concept and first chapter of this fic stand alone fairly well as is, and it's good enough that I think people should take a chance to read it. It is Relax, Colonel by WinkEyeTightenTie. Also NSFW!!!

My Dear Husband (Marry Me Again) by your_executioner is a cute little isekai/alternate universe's crossing type of fic. Essentially when Rudy almost dies in the fire from the game, he somehow get transported over to an alternate universe where he and Alejandro are married! Super cute, slightly angsty. Just a good quick fic of Alejandro and Rudy being pushed into action by a universe where their other versions have their shit together lol

me gustas tu by ghvstsymphvny is a story that essentially gives its own backstory for how Alejandro and Rudy met and how they finally decided to get their shit together. It's a fairly angsty fic (though you won't be able to tell at first) and does feature Valeria as Alejandro's ex as part of the backstory. Very good read!!

The Course of Fire by Kabbal (Aledane) is a 5 +1 fic that is essentially 5 times of Alejandro being whipped then the one time that he finally does something about it. It's cute, slight bit of angst in the middle, and spicy toward the end. I love it and I love Alejandro being whipped for Rudy which is what this fic provides!!

Now for two straight up NSFW Fics I've enjoyed:

Save a Dream, Ride Me by LazyOne. Rudy gets a cowboy hat and slowly drives Alejandro insane with it. Nuff said.

One Night (Tonight) by MoMoMomma. AleRudy ABO fic where Graves says some shit about Rudy to Alejandro while he's captured and it sets Alejandro off :) This is genuinely one of my favorite NSFW fics that I've read for the ship and I stop at it literally every time I go through the tag to reread. Just the concept is so good dudes

as far as phoebe’s kid + the twice blessed prophecy, i have written on that au here, but i think if the baby really had been born it would not be the twice blessed but i do think they would still probably give that plotline to wyatt just bc. i also think that having a child and being a single mother would really further the need for coop bc dating as a single mom while still having a career is hard enough but dating while you’re a single mom with a full time job and a magical half demon baby who was lowkey the antichrist for the better part of the first trimester is a whole new can of worms. i think she still would have had a relationship with jason dean but i think it would be very short lived as i don’t think that he would be ready to commit to a family. and then by the time we hit season six and piper and leo have broken up and jason has left phoebe and yada yada yada phoebe would really be like huh. love isn’t real. we’re all gonna die alone.

and you know things go well with this guy yada yada yada but one night she goes out on a date and her sisters weren’t able to watch lil dency for her so coop was babysitting and she comes back home to see coop sending out small pink glowing projections from his ring and her baby just laughing uncontrollably trying to catch them and phoebe gets why she has been ready to dive fully in to the guy she’s been going out with. coop says it’s just nerves bc of her past relationships and that it’s completely fine and understandable but phoebe knows better. or at least now she does. she’s in love with coop.

29 - Free Soobin and YN 😂😂😂. So true, they needed to be freed from Mama Kim. Ngl, Beomgyu was gonna make a comeback but then I thought that Soobin would be a better option, low level drama ya know 😂. Obviously Hee's friends like YN more they see the difference in their friend. They see how happy they make each other and they just love to roast Heeseung 😂.

30 - I loved Heeseung taking Mama Kim down thru texts 😂. He did not hold back and I love him for it. Originally I planned for the confrontation to be a written chapter but then changed my mind and I love how the texts turned out. No I love that 😂😂. Mama Kim very much was inspired by kdrama villain mothers. She's a mix of kdrama rich moms and Indian soap opera evil mothers.

31 - The Hee's were my favourite too. I just loved writing the family dynamics this fic. The sibling bond between the Kim's and the Lee's being the chillest ppl in the world. They don't care abt anything as long as their son is happy.

32 - Mama Kim is going to prison for life and she's never coming back 😂😂. The villain gotta be taken down somehow neh. I always planned for marriage to be the endgame for Heeyn and I'm happy with how it turned out.

Final Notes:

Soobin and his family are completely fine. Mama Kim was exaggerating. Soobin's family was going thru it but not to the point that they needed marriage to save the family 😂. Ur like the only person who cared about Soobin, I really have been doing my bias dirty in my fics and I feel so bad abt it 😭😭😭.

I saw the non-con/dubcon, NSFW, etc. But when I scrolled through the reblogs and comments it seems a little more than that? I'm just asking because I do love your works and am okay with non-con/dubcon, but sometimes other dark themes that are parallel with that freak me out. So I just wanted to ask, cause I love your writing, but I really don't need to freak myself out rn 😅

no that's a fair question to ask!!! hmm.....dubcon/noncon were the biggest tags (for how Ghost treats Soap and some implications for reader later on and how he sees her).

if you want a teensy bit more info, i'm putting it below the read more:

there's no graphic violence at all, no blood or anything like that. there's no penetrative sex either, just frottage/handjobs and then some super light comeplay (Ghost sticks his fingers in Soap's mouth). they spar a bit, but there aren't any injuries. the dubcon/noncon tag also applies to the way Ghost talks about the reader character (he tells Soap that she's also his and he has a right to her, sort of thing, very possessive and nasty)

NEXT chapter will have actual penetrative sex (piv for soap/reader and anal for ghostsoap) and i'm still undecided on how i want that part to play out, but i'll give ample warnings beforehand.

i tend to not write the extremer side of noncon if that helps? i prefer the weird nebulous middle ground personally, so you probably won't ever read a fic of mine that has very graphic noncon/rape in it (even "catch and release" teeters on the edge but i never quite push it over - in MY personal opinion, for some people even that is too much, which i get, but i personally think i tend to hover in between dubcon and noncon idk). anyway, i overtag for a reason because i don't want to catch people off guard, but i personally think i'm overstating how dark my fics are tbh.

Guys ngl its really sad for me tbh, like when I said it was bittersweet I really did mean that.

I am happy to be finished with it because it means I actually did it! I set out to write the fic and I managed to do it!! Not only that, but I'm super proud of the way that its turned out and the world I've been able to create for it!

I feel like I've done the characters justice and I've created a universe and established relationships that I love and care about which is a very big deal to me! This also definitely has made me feel more confident in my writing abilities and the fact that I can actually write something this long (any other multi chaptered fic I've worked on had been usually left incomplete 🙃). It also just kinda tells me how much I'm into COD rn landjjfjfjf

But at the same time it is very sad/odd. I'm falling into a weird area as I finish this where its like...what do I work on now? Like do I try to start another multi-chaptered fic? I want to, but I'm scared I'll leave it incomplete like I've done others. So there's some weird kinda anxiety going on there (and general sadness cause I'm like knowing that I'll probably stop getting so many requests that are connected to sito)

But also its weird cause like I've dedicated the past three months of my life to this fic and now its over. And when I say dedicated like...I mean dedicated. I've tried to kinda skirt around it, but some of you guys have still kinda picked up on how quickly I update and how long the updates usually are. 7,000-9,000 words every 2-3 days is a lot to write super quickly and so most of, if not all, of my freetime over the past month has kinda been dedicated to this fic (a little sad but I'm anxious and going out is scary so)

So now that I don't have this to work on I'm kinda like 🧍what am I gonna do with all this free time??? And I'm also just generally sad that I won't get to write the SiTO versions of these characters as much anymore lol

Also yeah, lol, I definitely did not intend for this fic to end up being so long and I am legit so bad at telling how long my fics will be akfbbdbdjd

Like idk if I've mentioned this before, but when I first started writing SiTO I fully thought it was going to be a longer one-shot (like 15,000 words) and I refused to admit that it wasn't a one-shot until like 60,000 words in akfjfjjfjfbf (yes I did write over 60,000 words of this fic before posting any of it lol)

Then initially I was going to end the fic actually after the Ghost/Roach/Soap initial get together. Like Makarov was going to die during that chapter because at the time I vouldn't figure out how to justify Yuri being alive and him still having his memories (and I stone cold refused to kill Yuri so). Then I figured it out and went back and heavily heavily edited the arm injury chapter, the bar chapter, and the chapter where Roach and Makarov first talk so that it would all flow together for Makarov to come in as a bad guy!

Lots of things changed as I wrote them lol
