Some days I think "oh I must be a narcissist bc I like ppl listening to me when I talk and when they pay attention to me and do my things" and then I realize that I've spent most of my life doing that for other people and not having it reciprocated properly so maybe I deserve to have the attention on me a bit

#also spent two years being someones emotional garbage can and was belittled and undermined when i had issues so...#also ppl w npd: i promise that i dont think this abt u ive done my research i think u are all wonderful and being like this isnt inherently #signs of npd and also that it doesnt make u bad or evil bc mental disorder and disability is not a tell for morality #this is a personal issue fueled by trauma that im working on
