the first time we see cas's bare chest is 5x18 point of no return (written by jeremy carver L M A O) and his chest is hairless there despite still having enough juice to blast those other angels away, so i think of jimmy as the chest-shaver here. he really likes swimming, you see.

this ties into my headcanon that the whole time we're watching human!cas go through the torment nexus in s9a he's also dealing with the autistic sensory hell of his chest hair (and most of his leg hair tbh) slowly growing back. poorest little meow meow in the world :(
