love that my supposedly high-level writing class has taught me nothing about structural research papers regarding Chicago style formatting and has no assignments based on that for the entire semester aside from ONE research paper. and im getting 100000 notes about everything when we weren't taught this :/ love that so much

#literally all of our assignments had nothing to do with citing #or writing academic research papers #theres been no structure in the writing assignments besides writing our thoughts #GOD IM SO ANNOYED #also pisses me off when the professor leaves passive aggressive comments as if i should've known certain things WHEN NOTHING WAS PROVIDED #BESIDES A 5 MINUTE YOUTUBE VIDEO #i did the research for formatting but it didnt even matter bc she said it was wrong anyway!!!
