Rules and Headcanons
Greetings! This’ll be one of the few times I write as the host here. You all know the drill. This may be updated at my leisure though.
1. No NSFW/Flirting
Ghost, at least here, is a child. I don’t care who you ship for the most part. But for THIS blog in particular, Ghost is a child. And will react as such when being hit on or getting inappropriate comments. Disgusted and most likely stabbing you. Or I’ll straight up ignore you.
2. I have the right to deny anyone rp if I do not feel up to it, or simply do not want to engage with them
While this may not be a big deal here, I know in some other fandoms it is. People hating on blog owners for not wanting to do nsfw, or engage with something. So I’m stating this now. I’m doing this because I want to, because it’s fun for ME, and because I love this game and want to see more of it. I can shut this down at any time I want, or simply not allow asks anymore and keep it as an rp blog for close friends.
3. Please be literate/understandable
I do not mind if English is not your first language, as long as I can get the gist of what you’re saying. However, I do request trying to keep things like text talk low, unless it’s an OOC thing and you’re trying to tell something quickly. I just..don’t understand most text talk. I’ll let you know if I can’t understand what you’re trying to say, or politely correct if asked.
4. Play Nice
I shouldn’t have to say this but I well. If you don’t like my version of Ghost, that’s fine. If you wanna discuss different versions of Ghost that is also fine, hit me up. But do NOT start hating on me, harassing me, or anyone who engages with me because you disagree. Team Cherry said it themselves, anything not explicitly contradicted with canon is possible. And even then AU’s, headcanons, and different versions exist. Also just generally don’t be mean OOC, I’ll just wind up ignoring you or turning off asks to be honest.
5. I am willing to engage with OC’s!
As the rule says, feel free to try and start an rp with your OC’s, just make it clear what relationship their meant to have to ghost(if any at all). As long as it isn’t girlfriend/boyfriend/significant other. Again, not accepting ships on this blog.
If you wanna be a pseudo parent? Sure! Close friend? Gladly. Sibling? GO right ahead, welcome to the family!
6. All RP’s are independent of each other unless explicitly stated.
Another self explanatory one. Unless stated directly, all RP’s do not exist together in one timeline or anything.
Addendum
I WILL allow secret admirers as long as you don’t jump into flirting/nsfw territory. If you wanna be like Bretta and admire from afar, or be blushy and shy when directly interacting... I can work with that. It’s believable, Ghost canonically had an admirer and has done a lot of awesome things worthy of admiration.
And occasionally, I may do a somewhat shippy roleplay. Specifically with someone I trust. I will not do anything explicit, as well as the shippy rp depending very heavily on my mood at that time. But the requirements for that are trusting them, and also them having a child character or doing an aged up Ghost(if I ever do this, anyway.) But I will NOT allow nsfw on this Blog. It makes me personally uncomfortable and just doesn’t suit Ghost to me, since I repeat, THEY ARE A CHILD.
With that said..onto Headcanons! 1. Ghost is not hollow
This is pretty self explanatory, Ghost is not completely hollow. They have feelings, opinions, thoughts and dreams all on their own. They have likes and dislikes. They do not express it often or a ton unless around trusted individuals.
2. Vessels can communicate!
Vessels can communicate via telepathy together, or they simply use sign language.Hallownest has a common sign language and then various versions of it depending on where/how they grew up
3. Ghost is a child, and somewhat traumatized
Ghost is like I said above, a child. A child who had to take on too much responsibility very young. They have issues. There will be angst.
4. Vessels grow in cocoons, under the condition of being well cared for
This is on the off-chance I do something involving Ghost entering adolescents. My idea is that vessels grow in cocoons made of void and soul. They stay there from like a week to maybe a month or two as the shade works on their body. This is only eligible in areas where they are well cared for, and there is plenty of void/soul in the area. This is a headcanon I am willing to change depending on the rp, but this is generally what I go with unless otherwise stated/requested.
5. Vessels can not eat/drink
Their body is void, and I do not think they have internal organs really. They can still grow...using the cocoon anyway. But I believe vessels are literally just condensed void. Meaning no stomach, or throat, or anything. Meaning no eating/drinking.
They can still technically absorb things into their body, letting it be covered and melted down by void...but they don’t get anything from it. On this note Vessels also cry tears of void if they do ever cry, and it just kinda...acts like dry ice. All wispy and foggy until it disappears.
6. Vessels are FREEZING
They are permanently cold, like dry ice. If you were to try and stick your arm in them it would be frozen solid or have severe frostbite. And yes vessels can feel temperature difference..theirs never changes though. They are forever cold, like touching ice through a plastic bag wrapped in napkins. For this reason, Ghost constantly craves warmth. They will just curl up near a fire if you let them.

GCF in Saipan- A Rant as of August 2018 (Posted December)
(Out in December since I wanted to get a more objective view on things and to edit it slightly. This is just as a memory record anyways so)
When I made this blog, it was meant to be a blog to rant about anything Bangtan that interested me. However, I recently encountered one of the most frustrating, interesting, and baffling two days of my life and I needed to address the cause of this with a rant (that I doubt people will read). The cause: Jungkook’s GCF in Saipan.
WARNING: THIS IS ALL IN GOOD FUN. I claim no rights to what is true or not. Don’t take this too seriously please. Will have Koomin/Jikook references.
To start it off, I don’t like real people shipping. I don’t really care if others do it (as long as they remain sane and logical) but I personally didn’t enjoy doing it for one reason: I don’t know them personally, so it isn’t any of my business. I enjoyed their interactions with each other platonically, using what they gave us upfront as fuel, and whatever else that might be happening to purely up to them. For BTS, I never before cared much for shipping, and just enjoyed every interaction as it is.
Then I watched GCF in Saipan, the catalyst to my descent into a brief insanity. What I can say about Saipan is that it is a theorist haven, perhaps why I’ve become so interested now. By “theorist”, I mean NOT REAL, and my opinions should not be taken as fact. These are all just observations that I personally took from the GCFs.
Perhaps what I should say before going into Saipan specifics is that I watched Tokyo in my early days as a fan. I did not know the context of the song, I did not know Jungkook or Jimin well, so I didn’t think much of it. Of course, I acknowledged it was fairly romantic in setting, but I took it to be interpreted either platonically or romantically, and even now I don’t think too much of it. The video itself has a personal meaning to me: reciprocal love, any shape of it available, with little accents and layers that can be tilted and shifted for the viewer’s own interpretation (as all art). I don’t have too much to say about Tokyo itself, because of how straight forward it is. Saipan is the one that makes no sense if I tried to take it in upfront. I’m not very good at reading behaviors, hence my inability to see what others see as “moments”, but I have done some (very unprofessional) editing before and I absolutely love art analyzing, which the GCFs very clearly are to me.
For this, I will be isolating Saipan in a fairly tight bubble, with little unrelated topics. I won’t be including much outside Jungkook’s art (except in the skeptic area). Some previous GCF mentions/comparisons, some outside views strictly on the films as well will be referenced in the rant itself. Not going to include any deep reading into their overall relationship, mostly an analysis of the GCF.
I watched Saipan (at this point after being a fan for long enough to care) first thinking that something was off. Something wasn’t harmonious with each other. The second time I watched it, I realized the dissonance was between the film and the music. Together, it wasn’t coherent, which is different than all of his work so far. Tokyo, Osaka, even USA though being equally promo-related, they all had more to build upon meaning-wise, the perspectives matched within the film. Saipan’s song both in mood and in subject clashed with the film from beginning to end. Of course, all in my opinion.

Now, before I go any further, I had an intensive discussion with a mutual on twitter, who is a multi-kpop non-BTS stan. She doesn’t keep up with Bangtan, but she likes some of their songs and is a casual listener. She is also somewhat experienced and knowledgeable in video editing and had very interesting input for the factor of “film sound”, the information from a document which she paraphrased. This was her input through the DMs:
“The Pacific Cinematheque has stated that there two types of sound in film, Diegetic and Non-Diegetic. Diegetic is the sound that we would also experience in real life. Non-Diegetic is any sound we don’t experience in real life like dramatic orchestrated songs or musical score or sound effects like the screeches in the shower scene Psycho.”
“So why do directors use sound? Well (and here it comes) it is to do any of the following 1. add mood 2. add atmosphere to a film. How? By adding these soundscapes that Accent or add another Layer of meaning to the film. The filmmaker wants the audience to perceive the scenes in a specific way, and sound/music leg scenes be seen in the specific way that the director intended. Silence in a film can represent something very important or a turning point. Music, specifically in film, has various uses, but most commonly it is used to “guide the emotional response of the audience”. Music is the clue in scenes, it’s like a huge signpost directing (pun cause the filmmaker is a director anyways off track sorry) the audience on how to react to a scene.”
“So basically what I am saying is that of course Jungkook is aware of the music he’s using in his gcfs, and he’s also aware of the reaction he wants from the films. He used that song because he wanted a specific reaction from the audience, he wanted us viewers to see what his intentions are and at this point I’m insane too cause all I’m thinking is that he wants us to react to Jimin and to focus on that.”
(I may or may not have told her multiple times through out my discussion with her that I feel like I’m going insane. I calmed down before writing this though, for the sake of making any sense and neutrality.)
These are just the basics. If you still aren’t convinced how important a song is in context to a film, then remember: before Jungkook even began making the GCFs, he was doing mainly covers of songs. And he said, specifically to the fans, that the lyrics of his chosen songs are important. He usually chooses them for a reason (what that reason could be, up to the viewer, since he doesn’t outright explain the choices).
So we established that first, Jungkook most likely chose this song with actual thought and intention put into it (again, take that intention with what you may).
Of course, what interested me was Jimin’s parts. Mainly because he is my son (even though I am fairly younger than him), and also because of the teaser Jungkook released shortly before dropping Saipan. Truth be told, I wasn’t really expecting the silly dance nor the punches to be included, as I thought that Jungkook only posted that to show Namjoon and the fans what was going on in the “behind the scenes” video Namjoon posted the day before. Perhaps a little blooper insight. So yes, I was surprised that the scene was included at all, much less becoming a gap-clip repeating between alternating clips of the group and other members. I was also surprised at the amount of time Jimin was shown, as after USA being a very equalized group video, I was expecting the same from Saipan. Similarly to USA, it was very work-oriented and promotional, and also both (definitely USA as from Namjoon’s Vlive) were most likely commissioned by Bighit.
Jimin’s dominates the bridge. By dominate, I mean he is the only one with a completely exclusive part in this particular GCF. Verse 1 was Taehyung, verse 2 was Hoseok, and the choruses are a mix. Jimin appears the most not only through adding up all the small clips, but because he takes up two solid blocks of the song, both with the same context and lyrics. The reason why the it’s hard for me to link the others with their individual parts is because of the way they were shot, the clips that were chosen, all very aesthetically pleasing but difficult to find depth or flow in. Jimin’s parts almost had a story line. This is important to me because of the lyrics, which we shall visit now.
First the meaning of the song. John K. in an interview: He describes the bouncy track’s meaning as “[about] evolving through young love, admitting to past mistakes and committing to giving someone the best possible version of yourself.”
To be honest, this song is not as ambiguous to me as There For You, Troye Sivan, Tokyo GCF. Sure, Troye Sivan is a gay artist, and the song lyrics are directed at a boy. But the lyrics themselves I do think can be taken in any shape of love. For Best of Me, this is not the case. I think Verse 2 is the clearest reason for this:
Waking up next to you
Got you back in my arms
Don't it feel like it use to
Like we were never apart
Never thought I would see you
Now we're loving in the dark
We can't fight this feeling
While I’m a staunch believer in lyrics being universally interpreted and available to all versions of personal view (take Osaka as an example, which is another fairly straightforward GCF), to make it simpler for myself right now and with the tinfoil hat on, I’ll stick with what the song can be most basically understood: lovers who are loving in secret, but wants to be let free.
Here comes a bit tinfoil (not really shippy, but more reading into what it could mean artistically. Purely subjective interpretation):
Now, without going into the ship or anything at all first, here is my artistic interpretation of Jungkook’s editing: the lyrics may be directed at Jimin, but I personally can also intemperate that Jimin in the video embodies the lyrics, or the lyrics embody Jimin in the video. Either way works for me. This is interpretation in the same way people interpret the smile of Mona Lisa (purely individualistic), and it doesn’t rely too much on Jungkook’s true intentions here. Again, I don’t claim any of this as the true meaning, as to me there is no true meaning needed for me.
In the video, Jimin shows the rawest actions. He barely pays attention to the camera half of the time, and when he does, it’s for the sake of the cameraman (Jungkook). This can be seen when in the second bridge part, he shows Jungkook his own camera just off screen, and during the second chorus, he high-fives Jungkook, just off screen once more. I believe Jungkook also chose these parts intentionally, especially the sneeze during the second bridge that he zoomed in on. No matter if the purpose was just to clown Jimin (also possible), it still leads an interesting narrative for me (I know I repeated this multiple times, but no, this may not be the intentions of Jungkook, and it is my own view on it as an art form). The lyrics “I don’t wanna hide no more” building up to “Imma let you get the best of me” was in sync with the way how Jimin bursts from a serious expression into a silly dance, with the silliness continuing later after the chorus and verse 2 into the second bridge. He is true to his actions, letting go of inhibition, essentially not hiding, lying, nor acting anymore. All genuine, silly, honest moments, such as the sneezing, the off camera action, etc.
The editing for the dance part is interesting too. As I said before, I wasn’t expecting it, so it was interesting when it seemed Jungkook added a separate track and layered other clips on top of the silly dancing. This one might be a bit of a stretch, but I can see it like the clips of the groups randomly were “hiding” the silly dancing. No particular meaning needed really, just a technique used in editing that, to me, matches the lyrics in an unintended way. Those were just my thoughts when considering the possibilities of the lyrics, and the visual is pretty cool in the narration. I know from experience that it’s much easier to layer clips (BTS eating) over a longer clip (Jimin dancing) rather than cut them individually to fit around each other. So that’s just a neat observation lol.
Artistically speaking, Jimin is the only solid narrative and character within the video because there seems to be an actual correlation between the actions he does chronologically with the lyrics given for him. I find it interesting how he and the lyrics embody each other as the video went on. Again, my personal take on a work of art.
Now here’s the ultimate tinfoil-kinda-shippy part of my post. ALL PURE SPECULATION.
This video can be conceptually all about the “hidden”. Looking at this as a GCF, in comparison to his two earliest works, it is a lot more promotional, like USA (I actually have some thoughts on USA and Bangtan as well, and may think about writing a post for it. It’s not gonna be as bad as this one though).
Perspective of GCFs before Saipan:
Onto the subject of music perspectives, Jungkook so far as established a trend of using the perspective within the songs to be directed at the people starring in it, most noticeably in Osaka, with the way the lyrics were directed/about either Jimin or Taehyung’s roles/characters in the film from a first person perspective speaking. Tokyo as well with the last few lines of “running running just to keep my hands upon you”, showing the camera in the perspective of being behind Jimin as he got farther away with the first person pronoun. USA with the “we” point of view, which is then including the film’s perspective as part of the “we”, especially noticed when Jungkook goes to shake Zedd’s hand. I assume then that Jungkook uses the music choices as a way to direct to the people or to include himself in it at some points, rather than being a passive outside third person view. Now that GCF in Newark is out, that is even more obvious, though I also find Newark to be a diverging path in his medium exploration, so the perspective is more centered around himself rather than those around him. GCF in Saipan was made with the same format as those before it so my thoughts on its techniques are the same (I will be ignoring Newark for now since it’s format is so radically different, as well as the fact that its creation doesn’t affect his previous works).
This is important in the case of Saipan being very dissonant with the the perspectives of the film and of the song. Beyond my personal artistic perspective above (which, in my interpretation, I believe is another layer to the narrative, as multiple meanings within art is always the best). Say that the lyrics are from the point of view of the camera as a character in the film (Jungkook), which so far it has been for most of the GCFs. USA’s perspective made sense in that it was a group song, and it’s about a "we”, including Jungkook, reminiscing the old days. Generally equalized screen-time for each member, first person plural perspective, you get it. Sure, the tone and mood of it was off, but at least the perspective made sense. Saipan’s perspective and mood both don’t make sense. As a whole, Best of Me as a song choice doesn’t make much sense, given the perspective of it. Very different to USA, which I previously thought Saipan was going to emulate for reasons already stated.
Saipan is biased to Jimin based on the film and lyric placement, as previously stated, and so narrative-wise, it is also Jimin-biased. The song choice itself is also strange in that Saipan’s song is very clearly not a group song. It is a song with a “me” and a “you”. During the bridges, it’s even more clear how the “me” and “you” works. With the camera being the perspective, the “me” is the singer speaking, and the “you” (if we base this off of how Jungkook’s use of perspective works thus far) is directed at whoever is on screen. The same way Tokyo was directed at Jimin, and in Osaka, Jimin and Taehyung appeared whenever the lyrics were directed at them (Taehyung appearing at “he’s taking your side of the bed” so he is the subject of the “you” in that set of lyrics, similar to how “running running just to keep my hands upon you” in Tokyo, the “you” was Jimin. Again, Jungkook uses the camera as part of the narrative, hence the use of communication between camera and “actor”).
Well, you may ask, why isn’t anyone else’s part in the going to be the same? Especially Hoseok’s part, which to be honest, I’m surprised no one mentioned much? They mentioned how the song had questionably romantic lyrics, and everyone freaked out about how beautiful Hobi was in the video (same though) but his part coincided with those questionable lyrics I mentioned earlier. Why doesn’t that indicate Jungkook proclaiming his undying love for Hobi? Well, the main reason is most likely “selective context”. That part by itself could allude to that, but as a whole, the film focused on someone else. So this is an example of taking parts of something to make a different whole. That’s why the structure of Saipan felt different than those before it. Tokyo was linear, Osaka was alternating between two, USA was group, and Saipan is... weird.
So, during the bridges, the “me” is the “I don’t wanna hide no more, I don’t wanna lie no more” and the “you” is “’cause what I found in you is so real”. Depending on who the camera’s perspective is, this can be taken in many different ways. However, USA makes me believe that the camera itself is really Jungkook (as I always assumed so) and not the fans, a third person, etc. If the “me” is Jungkook, and the “you” is Jimin - well, I did sort of lose my sanity for two whole days.
In short, for an entire two days I was convinced Jungkook was in love with Jimin or at least had some sort of romantic connection with him in some way. Not that they were in a relationship, I was feeling something much too sudden for me to give it labels, and much too isolated to consider any “big picture”. And I felt like I was going insane because of how out of the blue my own reaction was. As I said before, I’m no shipper. So it was shocking and a little terrifying when I was so convinced. (I am calmer now, and have a relatively more neutral stance on the pairing once more, thankfully).
The main reason why I was so convinced previously was because of one reason: with input from my perspective analysis, I believe the GCFs are from Jungkook’s point of view (as we all believe). With the song choice and the clips chosen, it was a surprise to me when I thought about the film more carefully. I don’t ship BTS because to me, those are outside opinions on what’s happening, behavioral analysis videos, coincidence theories, etc. Sure, they can be interesting, sometimes cute, but I don’t see any need to support or pay too much mind to it. With GCFs, it was different because this was not outside perspective. This was Jungkook. This was his video, that he filmed and edited and spent time on. Like with his covers, as he had told us before, they (could) have meaning. They (could) tell a story, that may change the way you view his work. So what exactly could he be trying to tell us has been interesting for me to interpret. Of course, I still don’t think it matters much to have an absolute “True Meaning” unless he gives out one, and even then, art is appreciated in many ways, with so many facets and personal subjective connections. I don’t think I’m right, just that it’s what I perceived. And for me, it took me off guard how disconnected from the rest of the film the bridges were. They were so different in mood, in style, the bias, the commutative narrative going on. I couldn’t understand what Jungkook was saying, unlike all GCFs previous where it felt more coherent and I could at least somewhat figure out his message. And while perhaps Saipan simply doesn’t have a message, that’s hard to believe with this ongoing narrative.
This basically comes down to the opposing ideals in my mind. On one hand, I would hate to assume anything about someone I don’t actually know, especially when it’s something so personal and not-my-business. On the other hand, I would hate to dismiss anything that could be meaningful from an artist who put a lot of thought and handwork into a project of their’s. Something my art teacher of four years told me before “don’t be scared of being wrong about reading into an artwork, because they want you to see the things you are seeing”. Perhaps it’s all on purpose without any personal meaning? Maybe. I’ll stick with the “meaningful narrative but not necessarily romantic” for my own safety.
Who knows? Here’s some counterclaims to cheer you up and help me regain sanity.
Speculative counterarguments with responses and more doubt and speculation (my irl friend helped to come up with some of them, just in case):
Counterclaim:The song is meant to be taken platonically, with more focus on literal meaning on the chorus parts “Imma let you get the best of me”, aimed at either the members or at the fans. The song may also be promotional due to it having the same name as one of their own song. This means the entire video was focused more on promo (like the end “Summer Package” text).
Response: Jungkook does care about lyrics, and even with promo possibly being the main focus (which I do think it is a big part of it), I don’t think he will choose a song with the same name at random. However, it is possible he wanted to choose a song with the same name (promo, personal reason, who knows) and also thought the lyrics applied minimally (and liked it musically). As I said before, I am a big “lyrics can mean anything” person, so taking romantic lyrics and using them for platonic or other situations is something I can see happening. So yeah. This is definitely possible.
Counterclaim: Jimin is focused on for the bridge part because of the lyrics “I don’t wanna lie no more” tying to his “Lie” solo from Wings (my friend is the one who came up with this one)
Response: This one I find there is a low possibility of. Mostly because even if that was the case, why would Jimin dominate the entire bridge, including the other lyrics? Jungkook could have easily edited in other members, like the mixture he does for the verses and especially the choruses. Just put in a little shot of Jimin at the lie part and move on. So, this is unlikely (along with the fact that I really doubt Jungkook chooses songs and clips based on that) Which leads to the next counter:
Counterclaim: Jungkook very simply enjoys filming Jimin most, due to familiarity and Jimin being more comfortable with it. He’s at the bridges for content symmetry and also because there were simply more footage of him because of ease and accumulation. He sees Jimin as a very fun and goofy person, so he used the funny clips. There is no deeper meaning behind Jimin’s shots.
Response: Sure, I guess. This comes down to “how personal are the GCFs for Jungkook?”, which I would personally say very much so but I digress. They’ve already proven that Jungkook enjoys pointing the camera Jimin a lot in recent interviews (5th army mainly). I still think the most questionable parts of the video was how Jimin was singled out at the bridge parts and what the lyrics could possibly mean along with that, but I won’t rule this one out for the sake of accumulating other possibilities, no matter how much I believe in Jungkook’s artistic vision and my innate enjoyment in getting random meanings out of everything for fun. Again, platonic intention is possible to me. You may disagree, and that’s completely fine. I’m still neutral about this, because hey, anything is possible. So don’t get too carried away.
Counterclaim: So what about Osaka, if you consider the lyrics literally? Does that mean Taehyung, Jimin, and Junkook are in a love triangle?
Response: Honestly, I would like to do a personal analysis of Osaka in a separate post in the future (if I have time). Here’s a taste of what I think of it in a shorter answer to Osaka in general: it is actually possibly my favorite GCF, reasons being that I adore the the little no-music cuts Jungkook did, and also because Vmin is one of my favorite relationships in Bangtan. Due to sentimental reasons, Vmin has a very special place to my heart. Osaka feeds that part of my soul I suppose. Now, about the lyrics and the supposed love training happening, the thing is that Osaka is very different from Saipan in terms of use of perspective, use of cuts, screen time, etc. Personally, I see Osaka as a film about the maknae-line as a whole, with a smidgen of Jimin-bias. I don’t see the film about a love triangle, especially not a romantic one. Hope I can make a separate post detailing this.
Now that I’m done, I want people to not overthink it too much (unlike me). Of course, Saipan for me personally was just incredibly interesting because of how off and strange it felt to me in comparison to the other GCFs, but in regards to shipping, don’t invest too much emotionally. Enjoy what you get from all members, get attached to a pair maybe. But don’t let it completely take over your life. I like the speculative agnostic approach best (similar to my favorite blogger in regards to KM). Sure, Saipan had me go insane for two days straight out of the blue, but coming down from the insanity was a learning experience, especially returning to my neutral stance, which I enjoy greatly.
Making this more clear once again: this is not a post exposing Jungkook or anything. I do not claim any of this as his real thoughts. In fact, I don’t even believe any of what I’ve interpreted entirely. Those to me are “possibilities” to be thought, but not to be declared as truth. I think I’m probably wrong about a lot of this. Since again, why else do people still question what exactly Mona Lisa was smiling so mysteriously about? (she knows something we don’t, as the critics say).
If you want a more impartial opinion on GCF in Saipan, I recommend this director's outlook. I recommend using a non-biased mind to read this non-biased outlook. It is very interesting by itself as a professional's opinion. Please do not take the post as fodder for ships nor the definitive meaning of Saipan (if there even was one, who knows). We will never know for sure unless Jungkook ever decided to explain it if he wishes to. And if he never does, that’s fine too. Distinguishing what is reality, what is our reality, and what is someone else’s reality is extremely important.
Thanks for reading if you did! Hope it wasn’t the most awful thing ever. Tell me what you think about my interpretation, my opinions, counterarguments and counter-counterarguments. I do like KM as a ship now in some way, but again, all in good fun, and I don’t really want to give the relationship any labels. I don’t really want to take any of this too far other than a long rant to let out some parallel universe thoughts.
This was made also before I really got into any KM speculation, and it’s all very interesting. But I currently don’t really want to form a solid opinion on anything, or read too deeply. Maybe I will, one day. Or not. Since like I said, I’m not good at reading people.
It’s very likely no one will even see this, but as a personal record of my thoughts, it feels good to put them down.

So if you're taking requests.... Chloe and Nath at some formal event at Le Grand Paris and that's where Nath finds out that despite being at these things before she could crawl, Chloe can't dance. So he sorta teaches her what he learnt from his mom(classmates are there too.)

“Hm? I’m sorry I can’t hear you over the music. I’m afraidyou’ll have to come join me over here if you want to talk to me.”
The redhead had the audacity to wink at her with that impishsmirk of his while she glared daggers at him from her seat at the table. Thetable that he had just abandoned herat, leaving her alone, when the wholereason he was there in the first place was so she wouldn’t be alone and uncomfortable.
“I know you can hear me; the music isn’t even that loud. It’sa symphony orchestra, not one of your underground rock bands.”
Still smiling, the artist rolled his eyes and walked backover to her, every step in time with the music. He snatched up her hand fromthe table, and before she had time to react, he was dragging her out to thedance floor.
“Whoa whoa hey, what do you think you’re doing?”
“Contrary to what you may think, Madame Bourgeois, you canand will have a very good time tonight, and that means dancing.” He spun toface her the second they were in the absolutecenter of the dance floor and drew her up close to him, one hand holdinghers and the other snaked around her waist. To any onlooker, it probably lookedlike an innocent hold, a natural position for a couple dancing, but in reality,the grip on her waist was a trap.
Bitch.
She only glared at him more. Nathaniel laughed and took astep back, dragging her with him. She stumbled, staring at the ground as shetried not to step on his feet. He only laughed harder at her frazzled expression.
“Sorry, did I catch you off guard?”
“No,” she spat, “I—,”she stumbled again and then sighed and planted her feet, staring up at himstubbornly, “—I don’t know how to dance.”
He rolled his eyes, clearly amused. “Right, sure,” he drawled sarcastically. “Chloé Bourgeois doesn’t know how to dance.Come on,” he pulled her into some sort of spin and she hurriedly fumbled,trying to get her feet underneath her before falling. She was only somewhatsuccessful, forcing him to swoop down to catch her. “Holy shit,” he said, allsarcasm now vacant from his tone, “you don’t know how to dance.”
She finally stood up straight again and glared at him, anannoyed pout in her lip. “Correct.”
He chuckled. “No wonder you hate these events.”
“Well, there’s that. And I don’t really like the people.” Chloéglanced around them, glad to see that the patrons were too caught up in their champagneto notice the hotel manager/heiress stumbling around on the dance floor like anostrich with three left feet. She had attended every single one of these stupidformal events that the hotel hosted since she could walk, and never in her lifehad she enjoyed a single one. Not even in the previous few years when she’dbrought dates.
Being single this time around, she’d been debating who tobring when Nathaniel had volunteered.
“You know you’ll haveto dress formally, right?” she asked with a brow raised.
His response had beento smile and roll his eyes. “Yes, I am aware.”
“I thought you weretoo cool to dress up or something.”
“Maybe seeing you inyour business attire every day is getting to me.”
“Do you even have atux?”
“Somewhere hidden insome closet, yeah. I even have a tie.”
She’d waved him offthen. “Don’t worry about a tie, I’ll get you one that matches my dress.”
“Wait, I have to gowith you?”
She proceeded to punchhim.
Looking at him now, she had to admit, he cleaned up nicely,as jarring as the sight was. His shoulder-length fiery red mane of hair lookedless wild than normal, gelled back so that only a few deviant strands hung inhis face, and he’d even taken out his piercings for the occasion—though not theeyebrow one, which she was strangely thankful for, as it kept him looking morelike him. His suit was surprisingly well-tailored to his figure, making herwonder if it was somewhat new or if he just hadn’t grown in years. He hadditched the suit jacket back at the table and now looked so strangely classy inhis white button up, black vest, and the blue tie she had secured around hisneck.
She liked it. She couldn’t deny that he looked damn good likethat.
But she also strangely…really missed seeing his hair out anduntamed, all of his piercings in, and dressed in ragged, paint-stained clothesthat toed the line between hipster fashion and homelessness.
He smiled an award-winning smile as he took her up in hisarms again, preparing to dance some more. “Well screw all those other people. I’myour date tonight and I’m here to make sure you have a good time, so ChloéBourgeois, I say it’s time you learn to dance.”
She stared at him and sighed, all of the stubborn energy sinkingout of her the longer she looked at those pretty teal eyes. It had been a long,exhausting day getting everything together for this event and she was in acrabby mood, but just looking at the positive, confident expression of her bestfriend as he subtly swayed her with the music, well…
She deserved to relax.
“Okay, Kurtzberg,” she relented, gently resting a hand onhis shoulder while the other gave his hand a squeeze, “teach me how to dance.”

Carrie Page & Dale Cooper & Joseph Wheattree: I am very fond of |Laura| and |Coop| traveling forever on dark highways after the end and they’re gonna need a gas station at some point!
Donald & Gordon Cole: something something burning hopeless dreams, but also federal interest in Xanadu, and how would that go?
Dale Cooper & Piranesi: oh you know, split selves and the reconciling thereof. Successfully, in Matthew’s case... ...less so in Coop’s, at least last we saw him. I’m interested in seeing them meet at any point in their timelines (and as any part or rejoined part of their selves, Dougie&Piranesi as much as Richard&Matthew or any mix thereof) under either canon’s metaphysical rules! (DNW: Richard being “the real Cooper” - I think he’s the part of Coop who is not quite Mr C but still sent all his warmth and empathy away)
Final Fantasy VI
What I love in this fandom is intra-party interaction. They’re all wonderful and don’t get to speak to each other that much, if at all. I’d love to see scenes and/or little adventures during or after the game! I don’t really have ships here so any unrequested character is welcome to feature too but I would prefer gen.
Celes & chocobo, Sabin & chocobo, Celes & Sabin & chocobo: you get the idea. It’s CHOCOBOx ffs, I’ve been meaning to request chocobos for years and then I always forgot! Full kweh ahead! Hit me with all the chocobo feels, what it’s like to travel with these big fluffy birds for better and for worse, what it’s like for Celes, what it’s like for Sabin (I just picked two faves who also traveled together), all your chocobo headcanons, during the WoR serpent trench leg of the journey or anywhere else!
Edgar & Gogo: in my ongoing quest to throw Gogo at the rest of the cast and see what happens, I thought it’d be neat to have them hang around Edgar since one’s an accomplished mime and the other is perhaps not so accomplished as he’d like to be in putting up a persona. Canon-typical Edgar flirting is a-ok unless it hinges on Gogo being a woman. I use they pronouns for Gogo but I’m good with all options. I’d like for them to continue presenting as inscrutably gendered, however.
Ghost Trick
I am very interested in various characters finding about the erased timeline, but not getting their memories back, and having to live with being told about what they did but never remembering it. Exploring the ghost lore is great. All what-ifs welcome (what if they managed an acceptable happy ending but didn’t reset the timeline, what if a different party went back to the past and kept their memories, what if Alma’s ghost stuck around…) Also open to AUs here, especially for generic fantasy or sci-fi settings or the Final Fantasy ones I prompted last Yuletide.
For the non-canon sides of Jowd/Alma/Cabanela, please no infidelity? I’d be good with either setting the fic during the game timeline or some what-if thereof when the other spouse is dead or unavailable, or simply keeping them offscreen and not mentioning them (eg Alma/Cabanela beach day, Jowd/Cabanela precinct shenanigans)
For Jowd in general, I do love my big boy and enjoy milking that size difference for all it’s worth. In gen contexts too, it’s neat. him big.
For Cabanela in general, I am prompting scarf shenanigans, gen or shippy! It’s almost 4m of fabric... scarf used in clever ways, scarf getting in the way, scarf wrapped around one’s throat, scarf sticking out on a stakeout...
Alma/Cabanela/Jowd: maybe once Alma and Jowd have figured out he’s smitten and that they do in fact reciprocate... they tease him to death, slowly and deliberately? Is it even a Jowd romance if there’s not an exhausting amount of teasing involved, I ask? Jowd & Sissel & Yomiel: Sissel has two dads and they both love that cat very much. I’m all for the usual new timeline Jowd&Yomiel bonding tropes... with cat!
Kentucky Route Zero
I love the ending and I’d love to see its themes and setting explored. I’m all for exploration of any of the game’s themes and for including any staples from adjacent genres - wanna go full-on American Gothic? Dip into surrealism? Take a leaf from Twin Peaks with tulpa / split narratives to explore the characters’ issues? I love AUs so that’s an option too. Or of course there’s Xanadu at the height of its glory, an infinite what-ifs generator. Were the requested characters part of it, what were their digital counterparts up to? A Xanadu narrative would be great! I’d also love to hear about any new spot along the Zero or the Echo river, or an expansion of some place that’s only mentioned by Will in HATATE or only gets a few paragraphs of text. Mostly, I just love all these characters so much and I’m going through the tagset’s options like a hyperactive cat. Any fragment of their lives will make me happy.
For Lula and all the artists in particular (and Cate, depending on your stance on mushroom hunting, I suppose): please do lean into their art if it’s something you enjoy! Exhibitions, concerts, reviews... accidental reenactments of Robert Frost poems... all the discourse on the arts is my jam, if that’s your thing.

Pyre
I feel deeply for all of Pyre’s main themes - literacy, degrees of freedom, the fragile time that is the end of a historical cycle, nobodies rising up to the occasion, the revolutionary spirit that goes toward building a better society, and of course found family, “distance cannot separate our spirits” and all that jazz. Thoughts about finding oneself at the end of an age, as everything crumbles down to form something new. I love all the themes, the solemnity, the heart of this game. I adore everyone in that Blackwagon+Dalbert+Celeste, so if you want to add a Nightwing or two to any prompt, please do! I also love all the Scribes and find Erisa a compelling tragic figure. Out of the other triumvirates, I’m “love to hate them” for Manley, Brighton, Udmildhe and Deluge and would not like to see them featured in sympathetic roles. My main interest usually lies in post-canon exploration when applicable, but I’m also into various adventures during canon. Pick a location or a place outside the map and see what happens? As for the ending variables, I’d ask for a peaceful revolution and Oralech alive, but no preferences for who’s up and who’s down, pick whatever works best for any given plot bunny.
For any non-humans, if you like, do lean into their non-human traits! Curs gonna cur, saps gonna sap etc, different biology, different cultures...
Conversely, I regrettably do not enjoy an overwhelming majority of canon pairings so for Pyre, DNW unrequested ships period. The only exceptions are Soliam/Gol and Hedwyn/Fikani which I’d be happy to see featured wherever.
Barker & Brighton: it’s the sportsball bromance, you understand. I want to see these wildly incompatible individuals (Archjustice & Literally Exiled Due To Pissing On An Archjustice’s Statue) bond and maybe travel together due to their shared passion for the Rites and for Barker’s eventual invention of straight-up basketball
Big Bertrude & Celeste: who blinks first. They are... certainly two personalities, with primadonna tendencies perhaps (confirmed for Bertrude, but if I try to picture Celeste away from her job...). What if they clashed, is what I’m saying.
Big Bertrude/Pamitha Theyn: Pam returning from her travels, again and again, and finding a home in Bertrude’s lab, finding an understanding there... Bertrude’s attitude being thorny in a way that’s just what Pam needs to allow herself to open up... also: snake kisses.
Celeste/Jodariel: if the Heralds make it to the Union to get a shot at living a life of their own, and Tariq already has his friends and his interests in the material world, what’s left for Celeste? Maybe she could find herself unexpectedly close to Jodi, who’s good with distance and silence and also feels like the world doesn’t need her anymore...
Dalbert & Tariq: Any excuse for Tariq to hang out with the Fates for a little while, and treasure and be treasured by dear Dalbert...
Erisa & Volfred: what were they like!! What did Erisa think of this Reader and his Plan with Oralech, how did he approach her... how did they spent their time together...
Ignarius & Oralech: no no no listen, here’s the thing. If Iggy’s clearly got a thing for impressive horns and in general is quite stunned by other demons... ...I need him to see Oralech. Take this as seriously or as crack-treated-seriously as you wish.
Oralech/Tariq: I think there may be something about two individuals who got ultimately screwed by the final steps of the Scribes’ design (Oralech self-evidently; Tariq decides to rebel (!) to the planned end of his and Celeste’s mortal existences and stick around for a while). Learning to carve a niche for themselves...
Oralech/Volfred: waking up and remembering that the mourning that’s set deep in your roots is for someone who never died, waking up and remembering that the bitterness that consumed you had made up a betrayal that never was, finding each other through these crumbling walls... ...and/or Oralech being the government’s checks and balances aka the guy who knows Volfred and knows when to say Volfred _no_
Tariq/Volfred: Volfred’s zodiac sign is Cancer and Cancer is ruled by the Moon, so there’s that. I love how they both hold the other in the highest esteem, especially on Tariq’s part since he’s the immortal Herald of the Scribes and Volfred is, all in all, a history teacher, but listen to him and you’d think the roles were inverted. I love my nonviolent canon but could anything happen to either of them that may require a rescue, and/or some good old-fashioned h/c? What’s something that could make Tariq of all people lose it? How’s life 100 years on?
Oralech/Tariq/Volfred: Volfred has two hands, and sometimes miracles happen twice? How do they balance each other, what’s the Oralech/Tariq side like and what’s Volfred’s perspective on it? Is Tariq a constant part of their lives or does he fade in and out?
The Silver Case
I‘m all for the surrealism, big things being introduced and never picked up again, Rashomon’ing it up with six explanations for the same thing where no single one can be true, people dying and then popping up again like nbd... maybe the thing I like the most is characters transcending their humanity and looming over the dystopian world like ominous avatars. Correctness’ first ending had me swooning, that kind of mood is unparalleled. I have played TSC, FSR and 25W so far and have vague memories of K7. I’m aware of the “everything’s connected” readings and they sure seem to check out but that’s not my main interest in these games. For FSR-focused requests, I see Lospass as a real island but also a metaphysical place of transformation first and foremost, where strange things happen that don’t make sense elsewhere.
Toriko Kusabi & Remy Fawzil: What’s Toriko up to when she’s not chasing Chris? I think it could be fun to throw her at Remy and see the island from their point of view!
Tetsugorou Kusabi/Sumio Kodai: Tetsu picked one hell of a crush, huh! What’s it like in the aftermath of the games, when Sumio is Like That? How does Tetsu grapple with Parade? Is Tetsu an anchor of sorts for Correctness Sumio, who seems (at best) to be existing on a slightly different plane of existence at any given time and could disappear if you blink too hard?
Tetsugorou Kusabi & Shinko Kuroyanagi: I’m joining the “let these two be foulmouthed friends” masses - who’d be more fed up with the other’s nonsense, and in which ways would they be an unstoppable team?
Shinkai Tsuki & Tetsugorou Kusabi: Both of them end their stories in the shadows one way or another, and defending their protégé may have had a hand in their misfortune one way or another. What kind of understanding could they reach? What IS Tsuki up to anyway?
Christina & Catherine: anthro Catherine, as per the Placebo bonus chapter Yami, was unexpectedly charming. What was Chris before reaching Lospass, and did he also have a chat with her on the plane or on the island?
Shinkai Tsuki & Tokio Morishima: not unlike Tsuki&Tetsu, I’m intrigued by their 25W endings and I wonder if they could have a little lowkey, off-the-grid teamup maybe?
Tetsugorou Kusabi & Toriko Kusabi: a sweet father-daughter bonding moment on Lospass perhaps, both orbiting around Sumio’s nonsense in increasingly bizarre ways? What’s their take on the island?
Twin Peaks
Case fic but they don’t find out jack shit, someone disappears, David Bowie was there, it’s complicated. Fragmented, shifted, mirrored identities. New Lodge spaces. The risks of staring into the void for too long. Gentle illusions. Transcendence. The moon. Static buzzing. Any title from the s3 ethereal whooshing compilation used as a prompt, actually. Twin Peaks is all about the mystery to me, the awe of mystery and unknowability and the human drive to look beyond and the risks of getting a peek, and about shared consciousness and trauma taking physical form in an uncaring world. Go wild with the ethereal whooshing! But I also love the human warmth at the heart of it all, and sometimes it’s enough to anchor these characters and let them have a nice day. A fic entirely focused on some instance of coziness against the cold chaotic background of canon would be great too.
Canon-specific DNWs: any singular Dreamer being the ‘source’ of canon, BOB (let alone Judy) being forever defeated in the finale, Judy being an active malevolent presence in the characters’ lives, clear explanations for canonical ambiguities, ‘Odessaverse’ being the reality layer, the Fireman’s house by the sea being the White Lodge, anything that 4 hours Twin Perfect video says is the explanation of Twin Peaks
Albert & Hawk: I love Hawk’s constant snarkiness in TSHOTP and I think it would work very well with Albert’s, so I’d love to see them either snipe at each other or work together to demolish... idk, Ben or whomever. They also share the peculiar brand of skepticism of someone who has been stewing in supernatural nonsense half their lives and that’s cool too I think
Albert & Windom: speaking of people who should snipe at each other...! Were they forced to work together at some point or did they bark at each other during an office party or? (and when did Gordon start pretending that Windom never even existed, incidentally?)
Albert/Coop: fiery early days? Dream meetings that Albert will inevitably write off as a product of his aching subconscious? Post-finale where Albert has made his peace with Coop not being part of this world and not even deigning to greet him, except one day Coop is back - with apologies? Post-post-finale where they’re peacefully living out their days as best as they can?
Albert/Harry: did they tragically fall into each other’s arms in the wake of Coop’s disappearance? Do they keep in touch throughout the years? Does Albert resign on the spot with a resounding fuck it after the s3 finale and rush to see Harry? Does he stay this time?
Coop/Harry: Harry seeing his Coop again… somewhere, somehow. Maybe he perceives him in the woods, maybe Coop isn’t all human now. Monster cuddles very welcome. Could be canon divergence but could very well be post-s3. Harry getting closure for waiting all that time in front of Glastonbury and never giving up on Coop… they can live in the woods together…
Albert/Coop/Harry: basically the sum of the three sides of this triad… give them peace, given them nice things, give them so much love… Coop finding his place in the world and making up for lost time… give time to these old wounds…
Bobby/Shelly & James: I am very fond of all three of them and I’d like for James to have friends maybe? Shelly thinks he’s cool! If he and Bobby can get over the decades-old rift due to Laura’s affections...

Important Update
//Hey everyone, so this is an update on some things and a reminder, so lately I’ve been feeling anxious about a certain subject that has made me really rethink a lot of things such as shipping and NSFW content, specifically smut. There’s no need to worry because I know I’m okay and the issue has just made me want to make some changes.
//In regards to ‘aging up’ my muses. I prefer mostly to write in AU verse over the canon of my muse’s series, it allows me to explore different stories, settings, and elements with my favorite characters, and explore mature situations and themes with them as a ‘vessel’ and I do this because many of my characters’ canon depiction or age is not in my comfort zone (i.e Sora’s 15 by KH2). It is not just smut content that when I talk about NSFW or mature themes, it can also be profanity, violence/gore or other disturbing subject matter, which will always be tagged, and marked under ‘read more’ as to be respectful to my mutuals and followers who are either underage or not comfortable with NSFW content. I know opinions regarding this topic have two sides and frankly, it’s ridiculous that the moment you see something about a character being aged up, the people who are clearly ignorant. I do also understand that some people are uncomfortable with it and that’s alright too, you are all entitled to your opinions.
//With shipping, I ship a lot of characters and most of it, and I love shipping for lots of reasons, most of my ships began from reading other peoples fanfiction or seeing their art about their ships. With new possible ships and interactions, I want a relationship to be built between our characters, (unless we discuss established relationships before starting a thread). A somewhat bad habit of mine mostly does threads based on ships or to do something ‘shippy’ and with of my mutuals who I’ve become good friends with we have similar likes and ships. Lately, I’ve interested in doing more platonic or non-romantic threads.
//So basically, for the time being, I’m going to be cutting down on smut here, for example like one day in the week (probably Sunday cause you know XD) and with certain people or depending on my mood it’ll be a no. Mostly I’ll willing to write smut content on my discord and mainly stick to SFW content for the time being and more relationship building threads, and just having fun, but I wanted to get this off my chest, and I’ll be adding some of these paragraphs to my rules page later.
So key points:
I will not RP smut content with people under age, I will check your info page or ask you about your age in IM.
I will not portray my muses or characters who underage in any mature situations in their canon depiction and age, they will be aged up ALWAYS.
All NSFW threads and content will still and always be tagged and kept under ‘read more’
There will be less smut, and shippy threads for a while on Tumblr and be exploring more platonic and other genres of RP.
Also in the future, I will continue to make sure any mature content will be hidden and I will always be respectful of others feelings and careful with my work.

pbbt i need somewhere to put my saeran headcanons. so? here?? i’m still paranoid abt how read-mores work on mobile. oh and spoilers warning obv.
like i said in my,, yyyyooran post... saeran probably eats sweets unconciously a lot of the time while he’s doing things like watching shows or reading or w/e. sometimes he eats so much that he feels sick. dummy.
personality-wise... very withdrawn and quiet for a quite a while when he first starts recovering! at least around most of the rfa. saeyoung sees his snarky side pretty quick but it’s a surprise to the other rfa members when he starts getting more comfortable because eventually he doesnt stop himself from being snarky and sarcastic. he even starts poking fun at people other than saeyoung (probably zen because he’s so dramatic. or jumin because.....how can u not poke fun at jumin han)
everyone is surprised the first couple times it happens because they thought he was this Sweet Soft boy but no. he’s sassy as Fuck (within reason of course)
appearance-wise... even tho i Love edgy saeran w all my heart and Want it to be canon so bad........ going by the secret endings i... cant help but imagine he doesnt wear a lot of chokers or paint his nails much, if at all, after his hair goes back to red???
i imagine it was a struggle to convince him to dye hair back to normal at first bc he was very Abrasive and defensive and for a long time he didn’t want to let go of the persona he built for himself???
which makes sense because, like, if you built up a whole personality for yourself out of spite and anger (while also under the influence of a FUCKTON of drugs and brainwashing) and suddenly that spite and anger is subsiding,,,, that would be pretty fucking confusing
but once he’s dedicated to recovering and getting better he p much drops all the Edgy stuff in relation to his appearance.
(he STILL... wears a lil bit of eye makeup tho? but its very simple and “”””natural”””” looking u kno like... usin brown eyeshadow as eyeliner.. maybe some mascara... v simple n natural n cute.. ........ bc its calming for him to apply it. and it helps his eyes/the green contacts stand out more so its easier to tell him apart from saeyoung)
and... idk i imagine he still kinda genuinely likes that edgy fashion style a bit??? but. i feel like the white hair and leather and spikes was more for shock value and trying to be as different from saeyoung as possible, more than anything... if that makes sense? yeah.
so. what DOES he wear? imo he is a Cozy Boy ok. tbh i dont rlly like his sweater postcanon but i imagine he wears stuff like that pretty often buT.... to be more self indulgent i like to imagine more lik e…. cozy, somewhat baggy knit sweaters n jeans. comfort is key w his wardrobe. pull-overs... sometimes he’ll wear t-shirts w/ cardigans. sometimes hoodies. overall v soft cozy boy, always snug as a bug….. but yes.
knit sweaters in earthy tones. w/ jeans. ye.
messy hair too??? the messy hair + comfy clothes always make him look cute n sleepy.
also!!! ok. again, when he’s still very insecure, i feel like for a long time he would only wear clothes with long sleeves? clothes that cover as much as possible... bc of his tattoo and all the scars he probably has (some of them old, some of them recent.) and also bc he’s probably a little insecure abt being so thin and sickly?? idk
and?? idk maybe i’m projecting but i feel like big baggy, comfy clothes would be kind of an emotional safety blanket for him, if that makes sense? they’re cozy and big and he can hide in them. so?? yeah. hes comfortable in sweaters. for a long time he’s very opposed to Not wearing smth comfortable and somewhat baggy that covers as much of his body as possible.
like, it’ll be a billion fuckin degrees outside bc its summer, and this poor boy refuses to take his sweater off. everyone tries SO hard to get him to wear smth less hot, but nope. he doesn’t care if hes melting. “That’s what ice cream is for.”
BUT i feel like he gets more comfortable rolling up his sleeves or even wearing t-shirts eventually ?? like once he hits a certain point, he stops giving a fuck and isn’t insecure about scars and stuff at all.

like. one of them sees scars / marks from past injuries and ask him about it and he just. looks at what they’re referring to for a second and then just replies deadpan
“oh, yeah. that’s from a time when someone at mint eye beat me up.” or “hmm… this? i’ve had it since i was 8, i think. mom did that.”
just?? very. casual about it. and it’s not like he’s totally over those things, but he’s comfortable enough now that they’re not a big deal? idk he doesn’t rlly consider that it might make other people uncomfortable, because he’s not uncomfortable
blunt to a fault sometimes, tbh. and it catches ppl off guard sometimes.
idk and like... in fics and imagines and headcanons... i often see people portray him as very confident (and forward, flirty in shippy scenarios) or just. super shy and withdrawn. or grumpy and “””””””””””tsundere”””””””””””””(ugh)
i kinda see him as a mix of all of those,, tho, less forward and flirty lol. idk just
very shy, kinda quiet, grumpy and done w/ his brothers shit all the time.... but also there’s sometimes flashes of confidence as he gets better and more comfortable? like he can joke around with people.
he’s not as boisterous as saeyoung or yoosung or even zen really, but not as dry as jumin??? idk. i picture him as a very chill presence when he’s in a good mood, but he still has this witty edge? IDK HOW to describe it.
and ofc he has his bad moments when he’s very withdrawn and insecure and cagey but i feel like, on his good days, he’s a rlly chill guy, if not a bit quiet.
this boy also has a potty mouth. and he doesn’t curse to be tough or edgy or anything, but he’s just used to speaking like that i guess so.. he definitely embarrasses jaehee or mc at an rfa event... or in front of kids. bc he doesn’t have a filter when it comes to Bad Words. they just shush him like “Saeran!!!!! Language!!!!!” and he doesnt realize what he’s doing wrong
