i recorded myself sleeping for about an hour and. it was revealing
#granted it was in the supine position which is not how i usually sleep#im a side/stomach kinda guy myself#i just wanted to see how bad it could get#and hoo boy#apparently on my back i snore both inhaling AND exhaling so that's something#also my mouth stayed closed! this was all happening within my sinuses and post-nasal cavity#which yeah that tracks#also lots of twitching and. moaning????
