ngl the best thing about having a bad memory is rereading fics and it almost being like you’re experiencing it for the first time again. like usually i remember the main parts of a fic but i was just looking through my bookmarks on ao3 and found a buddie fic that i specifically tagged as one of my favourites in june and when i tell you i have no memory of this fic.. i’m so excited to reread lmao

#it’s also why i take so long to respond if someone asks me for fic recs #because it’s like i’ve gotta reread them before recommending them just to check what it was about #like my memory isn’t that bad tbh and usually it comes back when i’m reading #but it’s all the little things that you forget about them #that make you realise why you loved it in the first place yknow??#also my bad memory of fics is probably because i read tooooo fucking many #buddie #fanfics #ao3
