Okok nexo knight rewrite idea where in s4 when clay attacks Jestro and nearly throws him off a cliff, instead he uses his powers to just uhhh blow Jestro up. Like, *magic blast* and Jestro is just… gone. Then Ruina steps in but she seems pretty triumphant despite it all. From then on, Ruina takes Jestro’s place as commander of the armies.

This serves as a much stronger reason for why clay wanted to be sealed away, because Jestro was still his friend and he just killed him with magic. This also makes clay and Jestro friendship still relevant to the season.

And then it turns out that clay didn’t kill Jestro, but rather, digitised him, made him nexo, just like Merlock, which would flow really well into the next season: Terrorbytes, which is based on technology.

I think this is a lot more interesting than Jestro getting arrested for being possessed against his will (kinda salty abt that tbh)

How I feel about this character

STRONGLY

Do I.... need to elaborate on that? Like, I sob every time I think about or see him because hE DESERVED SO MUCH BETTER IN EVERY SENSE OF THE WORD AND MY LOVE FOR HIM IS SO UNSPEAKABLY BIG, FUCK. WHAT THE FUCK (Also, his wonderful design, the fantastic voice acting by Vincent Tong, god, everything about him)

Okay, apparently as of recently Aaron?? I just..... think they could be good, I want them to be friends (after the knights finally apologize to him oh my god).

I also would LOVE to see him being friends with Axl because Axl is the only one never throwing shade at him

But yeah, overall - he just deserved better. From the characters and especially the writers. His redemption arc in the s2 finale? God, PEAK, AMAZINGLY written. I WISH that he hadn't been turned right back to evil. It wasn't even voluntarily, so it did NOTHING with his character. PLUS, we didn't even get to see much of his new life before that which is sad because I would have LOVED to see it and it would also have carried a certain meaning for what was to come. He really couldn't catch a break (FUCKING GROSS ASS CLOUD ISTG, PLEASE SOMEONE END HIM)

But even then, they didn't do that much with the whole concept, they just wanted him to be bad again.

I wonder if s5 would have handled his character better....... but knowing this show, I'm not sure. Still obviously wish we got to see it. He deserves to be happy, oh my G o D  and I'm sad that the show apparently didn't really - uNdErStAnD tHAT.

But yeah, you know all of this

He just deserved... so much more respect and we all know it.
