hogwarts house: gryffindor | slytherin | ravenclaw | hufflepuff

best quality: that she's never done anything wrong in her life, ever!!! no, but seriously, i love martha because she cares so much... about the world, about people, about adventure, about the doctor. she just has this amazing capacity to love and forgive flawed people and then come back caring more than ever. she cared so much that she was able to bring the entire planet together through the power of just her stories, through her love for the doctor and her love for the world!!!

worst quality: she has none. i literally can't think of one bad quality.

ship them with: mickey, because as much as that ending has a 'pair the spares' feeling to it, i think mickey would just absolutely idolize her?? and she deserves that.

brotp them with: rose, donna, bill, jack... the list could go on...

needs to stay away from: men who don't treat her right.

misc. thoughts: martha jones deserved (and still deserves) better!!!

okay, now for miss sarah jane...

best quality: i don't know a ton about her since i haven't watched much classic who, but from what i can tell, her best quality seems to be her investigative sense! like, she grows up wanting to be an explorer, she becomes an investigative journalist uncovering these crazy alien plots, she thinks of things in a way the doctor absolutely wouldn't, and she just generally seems incredibly bright while also saying "damn the consequences." she will find out the Truth, no matter what!!

worst quality: according to a friend i love and trust, her worst quality is just... being given inconsistent writing.

ship them with: classic who stans. she is kissing you all on the mouth!!!

brotp them with: the doctor, rose. definitely rose. also, k9!!!

needs to stay away from: aberdeen.

misc. thoughts: even though i don't know a ton about her, what i do know makes me like her a lot, and also she has adorable fashion sense!!

Character I find most attractive: Jay or Evie.

Character I would marry: Ben or Jay. Or Evie or Audrey.

Character I would be best friends with: Evie or Ben or Gil.

a random thought: @ishiphumasohard said once that Mal’s fashion (at least in d3) is either a Karen in a mid-life crisis or a child’s imaginary friend and I haven’t been able to get that out of my head ever since.

An unpopular opinion: None of the songs in D3 were memorable or good except Queen of Mean and maybe Do What You Gotta Do. (not including the VK mashup and Rotten to the Core remix on the album because I do like those.)

my canon OTP: Harry and Uma. (because they ARE.)

Non-canon OTP: Ben and Evie.

most badass character: Uma. no question.

pairing I am not a fan of: Ben and Mal, post D1. Ben and Harry because I don’t believe “one character threatens/harasses the other” = sexy.

character I feel the writers screwed up (in one way or another): god where do I even begin? EVERYONE. Mal is definitely first in line, though.

favourite friendship: SEA THREE.

character I want to adopt or be adopted by: there hasn’t been a capable adult in this series since ever and I’m not getting adopted by any of these kids.

How I feel about this character: DESERVED BETTER. Love of my life. So smart and capable and strong and wonderful. Deserves the world.

All the people I ship romantically with this character: Rose, Donna, Mickey, Ninth Doctor, the Watchmaker

My non-romantic OTP for this character: Donna and Martha, and Rose and Martha, in a world where they got to interact without the end of the world coming down on them (and probably without Ten around bc Rose gets distracted too easily with him)

My unpopular opinion about this character: I feel like liking her is probably an unpopular opinion for plenty of people but they’re wrong

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon: Gotten to slap the Doctor at least once more. Or come back and have the Doctor apologize to her. Or better yet, have the Doctor apologize in her actual season. Or TREAT HER BETTER IN THE FIRST PLACE.

my het ship: Martha/Mickey, who deserved better from Ten (and Nine) and also deserved better writing and a proper love story than just pairing up the spares

my OTP: Watch/Martha (yes my OC/Canon ship is my otp sue me)

my cross over ship: McCoy from Star Trek and Martha would either hate each other or love each other and I think they’d be cute. I’ve also seen a few crossovers with the MCU that ship Martha and Steve and I’m SUPER into that too.

a head cannon fact: Almost every alien Martha comes into contact with loves her and wants her to stick around.

my gender bend: First person I thought of was Anthony Mackie He has the same kind but “I don’t take any shit” vibes as her.
