Hii, what's Yaoji's relationship with Nezha? You say they're not related but I've seen Nezha implied having a crush of some sorts on her...so I'm really curious. Love your writing btw, it's super yummy :3

Anyways! Story wise Yaoji and Nezha wouldn't have too much interaction I'd think. He used to babysit her as a kid but wasn't very fond of her because she was a bit too similar to him, but in turn Yaoji had an infatuation on him because he was a hero to her. Don't worry, nothing weird happens, and Nezha only starts liking Yaoji AFTER he meets her as an adult years later, and by then he doesn't realize she's the same person until names are brought up.

A joke I made with my friend was that after Yaoji returned to the celestial realm, she was supposed to be in an arranged marriage with Nezha, but somewhere along the line, it didn't work out because s4 events happened abahdjr

As for why I made Nezha like Yaoji..no idea. Usually, with those type of fics there's no feelings involved, just the devil's tango. I like to imagine Nezha grew fond of Yaoji even more because in a way they both have similar lives regarding their relationship with family, and in general she's absolutely adorable and also pink x purple is my core weakness
