THEY'VE BEEN HERE BEFORE. Sam remembers, Dean does too. They can almost hear the rumble of the impala as it cascades into the distance. It was different, back then : when the paint wasn't peeling, the games weren't defunct and the place didn't absolutely reek of something strange. John would drop them off on occasion-- Sam used to like the games, the pizza left something to be desired though : but so long as it was smothered in cheese it was hard to disappoint the youngest Winchester back then. The animatronics however . . . they had always wigged Sam out-- 'freaky robo-bear' Dean had once said in reference to the titular star. He'd been older at the time and more irritated than anything when their father had abandoned them, insisting he could be of more use if he could only go with him. But each and every time John had refused and instead left his boys to the care of this place : Freddy Fazbear's-- seriously what had he been thinking?
Something was definitely up with this place : it had been a hit with kids in the 80's but so far as the lore told Freddy's hadn't been popular enough to sprout as many franchises as would be needed for the recent sightings and disappearances. How could someone go missing at a location in Connecticut with another disappearance happening just a few days later in Wyoming? Something else Sam had come across in his research-- a missing children's incident : a terrible event that took place not too long after the boys had last visited the then thriving establishment. It gave him chills-- to know they had come so close to becoming possible victims of what Sam could only guess had been a deranged murderer. That's what had lead them to the conclusion of a haunting-- death by terrible circumstance: it fit the bill. The only issue had been finding the damn thing, both locations mentioned in the disappearances had turned up empty-- a bulldozed lot that clearly hadn't housed any type of structure in what seemed like decades : so they back tracked a found the original building they'd visited all those years ago-- Freddy Fazebear's Pizzeria, located in Hurricane Utah. The ancient pizzeria comes to life as they enter : typical for a haunting. Arcade cabinets light up, 80's music fills the air and sure enough the undoubted smell of freshly baked pizza wafts it's way through both Winchester's nostrils. "Dude-- serious deja vu." Dean utters and offers Sam a look that can only be read as incredulity mixed with knowing. He nods in response and the duo decide to split up-- they'd cover more ground that way and the sooner they found the bones the faster they could salt them, burn then and get the hell out of here.
Sam move through dimly lit corridor, flashlight in one hand crossed over wrist which holds pistol loaded with iron bullets. If it is in fact a ghost this will at the very least keep them at bay long enough for Sam to find Dean for some back up. What the youngest Winchester finds first, however, isn't some ghoulish monster-- but a man, about his age it seems, intently sweeping the corner space. "Hello?" Hunter offers, knowing full well this might simply be a specter : one of the ghosts they were in fact searching for. He lowers his weapon slightly and comes within a few feet of the other male. When no answer comes suspicion fills Sam and grip shifts on cool metal that is quickly becoming warm in his hands. "Excuse me?" He offers again, noting the head phones the other is wearing. He extends his flashlight arm and offers a tap on the shoulder, HOPING AGAINST HOPE THE STRANGER WONT TURN AND ATTACK.
MIKE HAD GOTTEN REALLY GOOD AT SKEEBALL . Sure he was good at it after a childhood spent in Freddy's but now he had the highest score possible on every machine. He sunk the ball right into that left pocket every time. He glanced back at the stage, everyone was still behind the curtains and Spring Bonnie was nowhere to be seen. William was the only one who spawned in different places. Sometimes he was stuck, rotting away in the back rooms that Mike avoided at all costs. Sometimes he spawned backstage in a fresh yellow costume. Mike always woke up in the security guard's office. Even when they wanted to mess with him and turn him back into a child. The lockers in the office have a set of clothes for each occasion. A security guard outfit and boots, sneakers and an employee uniform, and Freddy's shirt with shorts and sneakers from when he was nine. Luckily today he has spawned in at his normal age of 21, the age he was when he died … vanished … he wasn't sure what the outside world thought that had happened to him. It had been a while since he knew the date. He usually only spawned in as his younger self when he interrupted a kill and got chomped by one of the animatronics instead of their intended victim. Freddy's and the animatronics couldn't kill him, he was pretty sure of that, but they could mess with him in other ways.
Today two men walked in, and Freddy's went to work. Before the two could take in anything, the whole building came to life. The soda machine buzzed to life, fresh pizza filled the air, and 80s pop music came through the speakers. soon other people appeared, although they weren't real. They were only marriages, reflections of those who had wandered into Freddy's never to be seen again.
It had been a while since Freddy's had had visitors … he could feel it. The spirits were hungry. Not wanting to end up on their bad side again, he pulled his headphones over his ears and hit play on his walkman. He picked up a broom and pretended to be busy. @shotgunscn
