got demoted and had my hours cut in half with only 3 days warning so i put in my 2 weeks yesterday LOL
#so glad i didnt leave my other job so i at least have smth to fall back on#been filling out applications like crazyyyy regardless tho#i just knew i couldnt stay there and continue to do my job without issue after this happened lol#im happy to be leaving i was getting paid less than min wage anyway LOLLLLL#also im literally the only person in the store who met performance standards well enough to avoid receiving a write up this month so lmfaoo#like idk i think im doing okay. this literally only happened bc i made a (valid) complaint about disliking working completely alone#and because I Just Don't Think The District Manager Likes Me and she does not use her power responsibly#but thats none of my business 🐸☕️#anyways what job should i do next. waitress era perhapsies???#i did like being a manager i just need to find a better company that will give me a fair shot#we shall see it's probably just gonna be whatever i hear back from first atp
